    Maskit Moalam IS A GEM! Referred to her by a former client! Adorable, personable, thoughtful, professional! Knows her products and is super efficient.     The dealership service department is so rude . Richard is there should be schooled on how to deal with people . I have a full warranty on my Range Rover and they never check it . 3 months for a windshield still not replaced. He didn’t order it till I got range Rover customer service involved . Took four months for a tire, and when I called service myself and Parts, it was there within a week. I have a very expensive truck my wife won’t drive because the windshield which is under warranty still not in . No loaner car offered and when you ask they do not have 1 . I will sell this once it’s fixed . Be wear sales people are great . Service not so good . Joe

    Bought a new Defender from this location yesterday. Showroom is beautiful. Staff was very helpful and the entire transaction was seamless. My sales consultant John Wolklin is great and Christian who taught me how to use the car and all the systems was great too. Overall a perfect car purchase experience. And I love my new Defender!

    Hands down the best car buying experience I've had! I flew up from Virginia to purchase a new Defender from Andrew Llyod. From the first call to delivery, Andrew was an absolute pleasure to do business with! The entire process was seamless and the delivery took under an hour! They installed extended fender arches and front end paint protection film to the vehicle prior to delivery, both were done to perfection! I'm particular about the paint on my cars and I'd also comment on how well prepped the vehicle was prior to delivery and lacked any swirls in the paint. Ray Catena JLR of Marlboro should be a model for all dealerships!

The process was seamless I was made to feel comfortable and respected by the sales team. The entire process surpass my expectations.     Always a positive experience at Ray Catena Jaguar Land Rover Marlboro service department. Zoraida the service manager is top notch always responds fast and handles any situation with ease. Prompt and professional service, everyone is very friendly and always helpful. The service area is always spotless and waiting area is always stocked with the best Italian espresso Lavazza. Rebecca Frisch and Mike Loffredo are also very nice and super helpful as well. This is the only place to take your Land Rover / Range Rover for service .

    I sought out another after terrible experience I had with LAND ROVER OF MONMOUTH. Two batteries replaced within a year n half at full price, missing covers, battery cable not secured and the list goes on. I found Ray Catena Land Rover of Marlboro. Let me tell you and any dealership this the method you should operate a dealership. Very professional service manage. No run around. No return trips. I bought in my LR2 for repairs, every step I received a email as to parts I need with estimated cost.. Also emails as to progress of vehicle every day. I finishing searching for a dealer Highly recommend this dealer for service.
