I
was
absent
from
any
workout
program
and
although
I
have
always
been
strong,
I
did
not
have
the
stamina
or
interest
to
pursue
a
routine
of
daily
exercise.
then
I
joined
a
fitness
club
in
an
attempt
to
get
physically
fit
–
with
very
little
success
because
I
needed
the
one
on
one
training
in
order
to
progress.
Isabella
Fitness
was
the
route
I
had
the
good
sense
to
take,
and
the
one-on-one
which
was
required
in
order
for
me
to
achieve
a
mental
and
physical
devotion.
Throughout
10
years
as
a
member
of
Isabella
Fitness,
I
am
in
a
condition
that
can
be
comparable
to
my
training
in
the
Marine
Corp
some
50
years
ago
!!!
My
relationship
with
the
coaches
is
with
gratitude
toward
their
attention
toward
my
success,
I
see
many
men,
my
own
age,
hardly
able
to
walk,
and
I
know
for
sure
I
would
have
been
in
the
same
dire
condition
had
it
not
been
for
the
training
and
perseverance
of
the
routines
provided
at
Isabella
Fitness.
Of
course
aches
and
pains
that
develop
with
the
onset
of
age
is
present
in
my
life
–
however
I
am
able
to
lessen
the
degree
of
its
affect
due
to
the
training
I’ve
received
.
Exercise
and
weight
training
can
help
anyone,
regardless
of
age,
to
live
a
life
condition
of
ultimate
welfare,
both
mentally
and
physically,
It
is
indeed
critical
for
life’s
challenges.
