I
had
a
scheduled
appointment
today
at
11:40
with
Megan.
On
my
way
to
the
appointment
I
got
a
call
from
the
office
asking
where
I
was?
It
was
11:30
and
I
was
10
min
late.
I
told
the
person
I
was
speaking
with
I
thought
my
appointment
was
1140
and
she
said
no
it
was
1120
and
that
I
was
10
minutes
late
and
that
if
I
didn’t
get
there
within
five
minutes
my
grace
time
period
would
end
and
appointment
would
be
cancelled
and
have
to
be
rescheduled.
I
pleaded
with
the
person
who
called
me
stating
I
was
in
the
car
on
my
way
and
would
be
there
by
11:46.
I
am
caring
for
a
very
ill
dog
and
in
my
eyes
was
going
to
be
6
min
late.
The
person
told
me
no
my
appt
was
for
11:20
and
I
would
need
to
reschedule
and
basically
hung
the
phone
up
on
me.
Having
been
a
patient
there
for
30
years
when
dr
schnoll
was
treating
my
children
for
acne,
I
believe
at
best
you
need
to
revisit
your
policy.
I
have
no
intentions
on
rescheduling
with
you,
I’ll
find
another
dermatologist
who
values
the
loyalty
of
a
their
patients.
Btw-
Maybe
the
patients
should
come
up
with
a
grace
period
rule
who
have
to
wait
more
than
15
minutes
when
you
are
late
seeing
us.
No
need
to
send
your
knee
jerk
response.
