    John M came to fix a clogged drain we’ve been having issues with in our main bathroom. He came on time and worked quickly and efficiently and left everything clean and the way he has found it. On his way out I mentioned my AC return vent getting backed up and he checked the filter, left and returned with a new one to replace right away even though that wasn’t on his schedule for the day. Every time John has been our maintenance tech we have been pleased with his work and how professional he is!

    John M is a field maintenance for Glenwood and also does emergency response during the weekends. I have dealt with John M on several occasions and I can not be more impressed with his overall behavior and professionalism. Always an excellent personality, listens to the customer and very skilled at his job. I feel very comfortable when John M responds to a maintenance call and as a bright future with Glenwood Apartments.

    Management is absolutely horrible and blame "too many people" for not reaching out to me about a billing issue. They set us up with our new lease and I literally sat with one of the women on the phone to set up my monthly billing info IN ADVANCE so it would come out when the new rent was due. The 1st came and money wasn't taken out. I didn't even realize it because I was sure it was taken care of because I set up billing and I remember going through the steps even though this system is brand new. It hits the second week of the month and I get this bright red letter addressed to not myself or my boyfriend, but a lawer telling them to file for evicition for us. I immediately call the office in shock. Told them I thought we were good and there must be a billing system issue. They blame me for being late and said they can't waive fees. I am like "well wouldn't you even warn me before eviction at least??" and they tell me the mail is messed up and they have too many tenants to keep up with notifying people. I would have never even had to change my billing if they didn't raise the rent and change systems. Then they have the nerve to tell us we better pay on May 1 like we weren't going to. I would love to move where the experience is much better and I feel welcome. I feel like I've been scammed.

    Dan R is truly amazing. My heater and oven stopped working and I have a 4 year old daughter. Dan immediately returned my call and rushed over and fixed my issues. Dan R was very professional and completed everything in a timely manner. Thank you Dan R for your amazing service.

    John from maintenance, John from maintenance! This guy has been at my unit after hours and he knows what to do and does it efficiently. Once he came with the exact piece in hand that needed to be replaced just by the message I left. Like everywhere, Ive had issues in general, but I have to say the maintenance guys that have come to my unit have been respectful. I feel bad when I have an evening issue, but it happens that John got stuck coming twice and he was efficient and doesn’t make you feel like he was bothered.

    So I have been living here for almost 4 years and I never really call maintenance up until nowadays. Raphael came in today because I called about my kitchen sink it was overflowing. He responded immediately to my call to the maintenance line and came in no time. He was quick, informative and helpful. I’m just happy for the support and the professionalism. I have to mention George too who is super helpful, informative and professional as well.

    I want to acknowledge the hard work that John, Johani, Marie, Rafael and other maintenance staff put in each day for our rental community. They are highly responsive to all of my maintenance needs. I appreciate their follow-ups and timely actions to address my maintenance needs (most recently with my toilet and bathtub). This is a great group of individuals who do their very best to make sure the residents needs are addressed as quickly as possible. Thank you all!

    John and Trevor were very helpful and were very patient when it came to changing out my fridge. They gave me ample time to get everything cleaned and cleared out and they even went as far as offering to help me. They came in and got everything done within 15 min and they even helped me clean out the puddles of water left by the damaged fridge. By far best experience I’ve had with the maintenance personnel!! Definitely friendly and great guys

    My refrigerator broke on a Sunday afternoon and Dan R. & Trevor of the Glenwood Maintenance Team immediately called me back, came to assess the situation, replaced my refrigerator and made sure everything ran smoothly. Trevor who has always gone above and beyond to assist me & Dan R. who I met for the first time the very day my refrigerator broke was incredible - they are both phenomenal! Dan R. and Trevor deliver consistent outstanding service. In addition, I feel I must mention Johanie (so?) of the maintenance office, she has helped me so many times. She is fantabulous, she has helped me to have my apartment vents cleaned when I got out of the hospital, she is always caring, concerned, efficient, and kind. She is truly the best on a personal and professional level!!!

    Thank you so much John M from maintenance for fixing my sink. Every time I have a problem with something in my house and he comes he always fix it make sure he check on it to make sure it’s still running good the next day. If you’re looking for a good responsible maintenance guy call the maintenance office and ask for John M thank you…..

    It was 3 am April 10 Sunday morning and I hear running water. The second floor hallway bathroom apartment had a water leak. Unfortunately I live on the first floor. I put some towels and buckets but waiting until morning wasn’t an option. The damage would have been extremely bad. I hated to call Glenwood Maintenance at that hour but I had no other choice. I dialed at 3:07am and received a returned call from John M at 3:15 am. That’s 5 STARS!!!!! Situation was fixed 100% I have a nice apartment and we all hate to be in construction mess. With the fast response by John M that problem was averted. Thank you

    John..maintenance guy is AMAZING! My kitchen sink was backing up on Labor Day. I called maintenance and John was at my apartment less than 10 minutes. This doesn’t surprise me. He’s always pleasant and does an amazing job. Thank you John.

    I've been here over 12 years and many things have needed repair in this time. John has been here on several occasions and he is always friendly, gets the repair done quickly & its a one & done! He knows these apartments like the back of his hand & can find a solution for any issue! He is a great asset to our community!

    John came to my apartment to assess an issue that needed to be acknowledged immediately. It required an electricians work, but he was able to take care of the situation the same day to the best of his ability following the proper protocols to ensure it was safe in the apartment. He also is took the time out of his night to get a new part at the store himself, before the electrician was able to arrive. John is respectful, helpful, and has an attention to detail. His genuine demeanor is appreciated and should be highly valued at Glenwood.

    I have not yet moved in, but I can say that so far the experience has been AMAZING. I applied, and was approved and accepted in less than 24 hours, and had everything finalized almost immediately. I am extremely impressed, and Marie was nothing short of amazing with her patience and helpfulness. I had a lot of questions, many that may have been repetitive, and she was very good with her answers and explaining everything to me with such a great attitude. Thank you Marie for all of your help with getting everything moving so quickly and almost effortlessly, without me even visiting first!! And also a thank you to Rosemarie (I hope the spelling is correct) for letting me tour the model at such last minute on a Sunday. You both are great with customer service and I am pleased with my experience.

    John from the maintenance staff has been so helpful. I had to call the emergency line as it was after the maintenance office was closed and he came over very quickly. He helped me with my issue, explained everything very thoroughly and was so kind! I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything to me and didn’t make me feel like a bother with any questions or concerns. He took my concerns seriously and it is very appreciated! Great guy who puts a lot of care into his job!

    Do your due diligence prior to looking here. I've lived here 4 years and had maintenance come many times (or at least try to get them to come help..you have to keep calling and calling and calling) I have never heard or met anyone named John. He must be going to every apartment but mine. If you google/look at the white pages for some of the "tenant" names that left these alleged 5-star reviews here, they live in NJ but have never actually lived in Glenwood. Hm. Weird. I would say a large amount of reviews are phony. Is John asking people to leave reviews? Over the last couple of years, it is clear that they are letting anyone in here at this point. The buildings are very OLD and you will hear everything your neighbors do. Everything that other people listed on their low star reviews are absolutely TRUE and I've also experienced. Sort the reviews by lowest to highest and if you are OK with what people have stated, then this place is for you. You pay an amenity fee that keeps increasing for what? The laundry room is filthy - see photos.

    John from maintenance was incredible! We recently moved in and noticed a small issue with our bathroom window. Within a few hours of calling maintenance, John came and fixed everything in 10 minutes. He was super helpful and went out of the way to help us!

    I submitted a maintenance request to repair my oven and my bathroom sink and John showed up within the hour. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. While he was here, he also fixed a couple of other minor things that he noticed--just because he wanted to help. Really just a great experience and an awesome guy!

    John has been so helpful! I had an issue in my bathroom with my shower and the pressure being so low. He came and checked it out and finally figured out what the issue is!     We just moved in recently and were experiencing issues with our fridge and freezer. John from maintenance came to troubleshoot the issues. He was very thorough and explained if the issues continued within 5 days to get back in touch. We wound up needing a new fridge and contacted them and within less than 24 hours John was here with our new fridge! We could not ask for better service and are thankful it was taken care of so quickly.

    My oven had a gas leak & had to shut the gas off in the middle of the night. Called maintenance in the morning and John came over right away. Located the source of the leak. Realize how old & old of date the stove was and has it replace a couple days later. John really took good care of us and also fixed a few other thing around our apartment as well. He did great work !

    Had George A. here twice. He put in a new kitchen sink, new kitchen floor and caulking without a problem. He was very pleasant, efficient, and all around friendly guy. He said he would be back to finish the job and came back within minutes. I’ve had experiences in 13 years here that haven’t been resolved or a mess was left. This was not the case. Great addition to our maintenance team.

    August 25th, 2022. I came home after a long hot day to no power, meanwhile my neighbors below me and next to me have power. It’s after hours (like 5:45pm) so the emergency maintenance comes and the guy was awesome. Got my power back on BUT my AC must have blown as it’s blowing normal air which we did not know at first. I’m the top unit so heat rises. I call again cause now it’s hot for the pup and I and they put the HVAC guys on it for the next day. It’s 82 degrees in my apartment currently at 11:17pm with 3 fans going. I have seen many people complain that this is a common issue. Maybe they should compensate their tenants that have to now sleep in these conditions and worry about their pets. Nothing was offered for the night. Maybe have some AC window units available for the tenants while it’s taken care of if they experience this issue. I have been here almost 3 years, they are letting anything move in now after Covid and nothing gets taken care of. My dishwasher has been leaking and I had spots in my bathroom since day one that were spackled but not painted since move in. Look elsewhere if looking for an apartment, or make sure you also invest in Ring cameras cause it’s been break ins, cars/motorcycles stolen and drug addicts banging on random doors of people they don’t even know. Glenwood is more like GHETTOwood.

    John was MOST HELPFUL. Not only was he professional but he was also able to answer all my questions. John came in and assessed my concerns, and was back within 20 minutes with all supplies. Much to my surprise while finishing the job he looked up and saw my Ceiling was cracking from one end to the next. John proceeded to place a order in to have the ceiling fixed ( Reassuring me that this was normal) . 5 start service!!!
