The
manager
at
this
location
is
an
absolute
nightmare.
I’ve
never
been
treated
so
horribly
as
a
paying
customer
anywhere.
She
needs
a
class
in
business
and
customer
service.
My
smoothie
was
made
incorrectly.
It’s
an
$11
smoothie
so
I
simply
asked
for
it
to
be
remade
possibly
and
went
over
the
ingredients
and
what
I
was
tasting.
She
made
me
stand
there
for
10
minutes
while
she
stood
at
the
computer
with
an
attitude
from
the
get
go.
I
already
had
to
come
back
and
was
late
so
I
had
asked
if
we
could
get
the
new
order
started
since
the
employee
behind
her
remembered
me
and
I
was
just
in
within
the
hour.
She
got
nasty
and
then
tried
to
gaslight
me
that
the
smoothie
was
fine.
When
I
told
her
it
didn’t
taste
at
all
how
I’m
used
to
since
I’m
a
frequent
customer
and
order
the
same
thing
pretty
often.
She
got
aggressive
and
told
me
she
would
refund
the
order
and
would
not
make
it
saying
“you
can
leave
now,
we’re
good”…She
refused
to
remake
my
order
telling
me
and
everyone
in
the
store
that
I
was
“disrespectful”…I
was
a
calm
customer
with
a
complaint.
There’s
a
difference
between
being
direct
and
being
disrespectful
and
I
was
in
no
way
doing
anything
other
than
asking
for
the
order
to
be
corrected.
I
didn’t
raise
my
voice,
curse,
or
do
anything
inappropriate.
This
way
of
doing
business
is
so
ridiculous
I
still
can’t
even
believe
this
person
has
a
job
in
customer
service.
I
own
a
business
specifically
in
customer
service
and
also
separately
work
in
food
service.
I’m
appalled
at
this
experience.
When
you
offer
a
product
and
a
customer
isn’t
satisfied
(within
reason)
it
is
your
responsibility
to
the
brand
to
correct
it
if
possible
so
they
have
a
better
experience
and
you
can
maintain
a
good
reputation.
