After picking out an eternity band, Al helped explain to me the step by step process of explaining the size and types of the diamonds to use on the ring and the type of gold to use! After finalizing the order, the band was made very quickly ! My wife was incredibly happy and excited with the ring and Al took the time as well to size the ring as well to make sure it would fit perfectly ! My wife is ecstatic ! I definitely plan on coming back to Shoshany Jewelers when finding the next gift!

Al Shoshany is an excellent jeweler and his work is impeccable. Tyler is also very exceptional and they make an excellent team. I asked them to design an emerald cut engagement ring, fully customized for my fiancé and they exceeded my expectations. Al walked me through the entire process, hand selecting the diamond in person and what specifically to look for. He completed this project ahead of schedule, and is very responsive to emails and phone calls. Most importantly, their prices are extremely fair and for this quality of work, service and product, you are getting far more than what you paid for. I’m definitely coming back again for the wedding band and other custom items.

Always the BEST!! Down to earth and honest, and very, very nice. Helps you with great design ideas if you are trying to design that original piece, or just retrofitting an old piece to make it look better. Always tries to find a better way to do it so you're not paying more than you need to. Looks to keep lasting good customers, so is not looking to gouge you for the top dollar service they always give!! Hard to find a more professional and technically savvy group to work with. Don't bother going elsewhere. They won't be as good and trustworthy!!! I'm lucky their store is close to where I live.

Shoshany did a really amazing job on my Swiss ETA 2836 movement. Being a mechanic for over 15 years I figured I could tackle this job myself. Spent a small fortune on Amazon getting all the tool required to work on a watch yourself… long story short, I broke the watch. Hahah. I was so bummed. I started googling some local watch places. Brought it to two places before I found Shoshany… Even before I brought in the watch, I have a really good feeling just from the way the handle emails and phone calls.. Went in on a Tuesday after work and really liked how clean and well lit the place is.. they give you a clear well written receipt describing the issue. The work done was simply perfect. No hidden fees, everything was beyond my expectations. I really have nothing bad to say. The only thing was I felt the repair was a little too cheap.. when I asked for the cost, I thought he had made a mistake. In todays world everything is so expensive not this place. Thank you guys, I’ll be back for any further repairs as I threw out all my watchmaking kits! I’ll stick to car wash repairs! Haha

I have been to a lot of jewelers in my life and normally you need to choose between good service or good prices. This is the first place I have ever dealt with and it has not only excellent prices but the ultimate service. I am used to going to places and having them tell me that what I want is not possible but Al is a real artist and a true craftsman. whatever I asked him he said “one way or another I will figure it out to get you exactly what you want“ that is the perfect jeweler!

My fiance and I went to Shosany for my engagement ring and it was quite possibly the easiest process ever! Al was so informative, honest and no nonsense. He didn't try any sales pitch, he actually tried to save us money---how rare is that when shopping for jewelry? He sent us a render of the ring for approval via email in two days and then started the process without asking us for a dime. Ultimately, my ring is GORGEOUS. I absolutely love it and it was exactly what I wanted. Looks like we know where we are going for our wedding bands and any future jewelry purchases. :)

Amazing engagement ring experience. Al and Tyler were a complete pleasure to work with. I visited multiple custom jewelry stores in the area, and even drove quite a distance to some others that were recommended because I was looking for a 5 star experience from the start. I was someone who was new to purchasing any kind of jewelry, very skeptical, and wanted to feel good about such a special piece, the engagement ring. Al and Tyler were both 100% transparent and quickly responsive to communication the entire way through. Since I was wanted a custom designed ring, Al's knowledge came in handy as we worked together to create a setting that would not only look beautiful, but have structural integrity.
