Great food, service was not exceptional but not poor. I would definitely go back. There was a bit of a delay in getting food, however, we were pre warned so that was fine. Edit: visited again 18/06/23: this time the service was worse, took almost an hour for our food to arrive, food distinctly average, the place looks grubby with rubbish and food swept into the corners beneath the fire extinguishers. Adjacent tables were not cleared in one and a half hours of us being at the restaurant. The gents toilet had no hand soap. There were mix ups with kids allergies and we think that they may well have removed an egg from a piece of toast and left the same piece of toast on the plate. I think we will give this place a miss for a while, which is a real shame. Redhill deserves better, this is a prime location and a 2* food hygiene rating a few months after opening seems to suggest staffing issues. The place seems under staffed and unable to cope even at 1/3rd capacity. Come on guys, this is disappointing!

We had a great evening in The Posodero Lounge. You can order through a QR code or at the bar. We had cocktails and sharing plates. The food and drinks were good. Chelsea served us and she was excellent. They have a lending library of books. Tables available inside and out

I going often to Posadero, I think since they opened they had improved in their food and customer service. I still thinking it could be a room from improvement in more attention to the detail with the customer service and speed. But pictures from last dinner said everything and eggs benedict for brunch highly recommended them. Lovely food and atmosphere.

First time eating here and very impressed. Lovely breakfast muffins and coffee. Also an extensive gluten free menu for my fiance. Would recommend.

It's always a little hard when reviewing a new place, and think it's only fair to take all things into consideration. With new restaurants will come teething problems etc. Generally this was a great place. As a Redhill local, do feel like this place needs more restaurants etc. So happy this is now here. The menu is vast and covers everything really. It's well designed too, seems like a creative, quirky place and has many different stories and places to sit. Sofas, chairs, tables, high stools around high tables. Fab! It just depends on what you are wanting to do when going, but it seems to serve all people and their needs. Laptop and work, family lunch etc. I was waiting a long time for my food to come out at one point. I went for fish finger sandwiches, which were really well done and very tasty. Unfortunately there was a lot of back and forth with my pancake specifics and in the end just wanted to eat them and leave. I also didn't want to pay for them in the end, £13 seemed like a lot for what I got. The lady opposite me said they were always getting orders wrong here, as she had been here a few times. The milkshake could be thicker, it was very milk like. Apart from that, I would and will probably be back, even on the days I want to change up my environment, I would opt to come here. Decent restaurant and think they'll only get better really.

In Redhill, Wetherspoon definitely has a worthy contender in the name of Posadero Lounge. I came here with a group of friends not knowing what to expect, and we were pleasantly surprised with their Tapas Tuesdays, where you can get an order of 3 tapas for 12.95 and get a free drink as well, as long as you come 5 PM onwards. The place is like different places/ambiance depending on where you're seated. The food was delicious and we're definitely coming back here for gatherings with my friends, ready to try their other offerings next time. Great food and a nice place to sit back and relax. Loved their toasted pitta bread. Definitely need a second serving.

We only stopped for a coffee. The decor is amazing and very quirky. Staff friendly, but the test will come when the cinema complex opens next door. Food offering looks to cover everyone's taste, but yet to try. Could be a great addition to Redhill, let's hope so.

My first visit was pleasant and so decided to make another attempt at dining for lunch. DISASTER!!! I was served uncooked food which caused me to throw-up (in the rest room) and subsequently had food poisoning.🤢 (the chicken was NOT fully cooked through) Upon discovering the uncooked food (and also feeling oddly qweezy), I brought it to the attention of the shift leader on the day. A few apologies were thrown my direction coupled with attempt at a plausible explanation. 😕 I empathised with the individual and decided to let this be a "quiet word" with the hope of improvements to beaded and a conversation (as was promised) with the management following an exchange of my email. STILL WAITING... 😶😐 The lesson here is, FOLLOW THROUGH WITH YOUR PROMISE!!! I will NOT be visiting here again and I was thankful that the food poisoning was limited to just me and NOT my children. 😨 It's a real shame that an experience that could have been made better was left to mould into a sickening experience. NO GO!!

Another excellent branch of the Lounge chain and welcome addition to Redhill. I love the variety of options on the menu here - I had the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup while my partner had a lounge breakfast. Both were very well received. Even in the lead up to Christmas service was fast and the staff were friendly. Will definitely be visiting again in the new year.

FoH staffs were great, very accomodating service 5* Very disappointing food though Brisket chilli was warm on the outside and room temp in the middle Cheese were half way melted Portion size was very small considering paying almost £14 for this, didn't even fill half the depth of the plate, very very small portion size, only had 4 tablespoons of meat in it and thats it The rice was even more disappointing, it tasted very old, had onion skin that was not removed, half cooked, very dry, overseasoned and left a salty/sour after taste There was only around 12 people in the restaurant and not busy at the time. Food came in within 10 mins, I'd rather they took longer and produced a better quality food

Let's be honest, I was dubious after the health rating they received, but I gave benefit of the doubt knowing they are a new establishment with teething issues. However, I played it safe with the chilli, it was served with rice on the side, it was ok, tasted like a micro meal was packed with A LOT of ingredients, felt like I was eating a lot of "stuff". My partner had a bacon cheeseburger and said it was OK. My daughter joined us for dessert, and she had the churros, and they were AWFUL! Every bite was just a mouthful of oil. They were saturated, which wasn't pleasant. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the decor is lovely. It's a shame it was so quiet on a Friday night. We will be back because it's what Redhill has needed, and I'd like to try the tapas next time!
