Can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this place. Coffee I had was amazing and the caramel shortbread was awesome too. Really friendly staff - it was pretty busy when I was there but service was great. Plenty of places to sit and the atmosphere is relaxing.

This place has changed, it used to be great before it changed hands. A proper homely place for a coffee with a good selection of cakes/sandwiches. However now it seems to just be doing the same as all the other independent coffee shops and that is trying to be like Starbucks. Such a shame. Service was good but everything else was just better before, if you are looking for somewhere like Starbucks this is for you but if that is the case......just go to Starbucks.!

Lovely friendly independent cafe. Very nice staff, great coffee, nice soup, great cakes. Good selection of plant milks. Interesting, fun decor. My only complaint is you are not at the top end of Sutton town near where I live or I would be there every day.

So many coffee options in Sutton but this is always my preferred choice. Its coffee quality is high but probably not that different to other specialists so it is all about the atmosphere that is the draw There are interesting cakes and snacks, served by staff who know their trade and are always helpful The layout of the coffee house is where it scores over competitors. Not overcrowded with tables and a great combination of formal seating and comfy armchairs. There is an area available as a workplace and one for a quiet read. I love it there

Popped in for a couple of chai lattes, they were some of the best I've ever had! Also, I was tempted by a cinnamon roll (which was too big to fit and a box)... By tempted, I mean I totally bought it and it was worth the calories! I was also impressed with the fact it was unpretentious, it was refreshing to have genuinely friendly staff.

The vibe was very welcoming. I was served by a lovely lady called Molly. The flat white I ordered seemed to get better the more I sipped it. Cannot recommend more.

Really nice tasting coffee. I didn't order any food but it looked really good quality (... Dieting sadly) three staff on which was plenty for the custom in on a Saturday lunchtime. Very friendly staff who were connecting with customers. But bit expensive for a small coffee. Over £4. Choice of alternative milks.

Occasional visits to Sutton and have visited only twice to tazza for a cup of tea. Most enjoyable cuppa l have experienced whilst out shopping.👍

I really like this coffee shop - it has great coffee and a nice atmosphere, so I won't mark it down. But I do think there's a few things to improve. In terms of things to improve: possibly the opening hours (people typically want coffee before work, rather than after 9), possibly some more vegan options (only saw some snacks and a sausage roll rather than the more substantial sandwiches), and definitely the staff's attention to hygiene (I was handed my beverage by a barista wearing her mask on her chin and then she stuck a straw into it that she had just been holding in her fist - not hygienic in the best of times, and definitely not during a pandemic).

Always assured a great coffee and snacks from this independent coffee shop on Sutton Surrey. There are many coffee establishments to choose from in Sutton, but I much rather support an independent who actually care about coffee and service. I have been frequenting Tazza since around 2010 when I was living in Sutton, but still go there 7 years after moving away from Sutton. The best quality coffee in town. Thanks Tazza!

This is the only place on this miserable highstreet where you can drink speciality coffee. Nice and helpfull staff, sweet espresso, average but tasty food, filter coffee available - properly made. You probably won't find any better in Sutton.

Lovely staff, beautiful art, they don’t charge for alternative milk, and that all there is to it. I understand that my coffee will be 3£+ but I expect at the least it’s drinkable. The pastry taste like they have been left there over night. Location wise perfect, some generic hipster music would suit the vibe rather than the complete silence

Really good coffee but just recently and I dont want to name and shame anyone, there is one lady who I find does not make coffee as well as her colleagues. And I know i shouldn't but if she is there, I tend to go somewhere else. So perhaps the owner should do a blind test to make sure everyone is making coffee the same as their colleagues. I really dont want to come across rude, but I really do enjoy the coffee just this has happened on the occasions when I do drink the cappacino made from this lady. Please dont hate me!

Real ethics in products, prices are not inflated, and DELICIOUS. We had an oat milk cappuccino and oat mild chai latte, they were best we have ever had.

One of the most ethically responsible coffee shops in the area. The staff are amazing and I would happily have my morning hit of caffeine with them every day. Great art work too.

Coffee is excellent! The place itself is cosy and staff is friendly. You can spend some nice time there with your friends, partner or even alone if you like. You can pay with card. I highly recommend this place!

Not a lot of food choices. Ham and cheese toast was nice, love the coffee which is why I go & its a Christian owned shop. Cups should be bigger for the cost. It wouldn't hurt to offer a variety of rolls or lunches girl's service was rushed& whilst polite it was clear that they couldn't cope. That's on a quiet day. Sorry, I wish I could have given a better review, i have been many times & service was faster, attentive & reliable .

Comfortable to eat in and very friendly staff

Good service, sat outside plenty of safe distance seating. Seating indoors as well. Would help if we could see the menu outside because once in the queue and looking at what they have to offer it forces one to make quick choice, not much time.

Best Oat Latte in Sutton high street

Although I don't drink coffee, their hot chocolate is (probably) the best I've had. Staff are always friendly and very happy to go the extra mile. Bonus is their Gluten-free cake/muffins!

Such a lovely little place. At times like these it's important to support our local shops instead of the big names like Starbucks and Nero. These guys have delicious coffee, lovely sausage rolls, veggie options... There's a book trading service and they sell little knitted Xmas ornaments and lots of charity involvement. Give them a try next time you're out for a coffee!!!

Lovely cafe with good vibes. The coffee is great and they offer plant based milk. How ever the size of the take away cups is not worth the price. And they hardly ever have any vegan options, for sandwiches or cakes.
