Admitted my patient, very costly, interacted 3 doctors with pleasant experience. Security guards are helpful. Some of the female nurses are chatty & noisy, leading to discomfort of patients but they don't bother abt it. General wards are conjusted. Night staff is there to sleep. ALL PATIENTS : MUST CROSS CHECK THE MEDICINES, ETC MENTIONED IN UR RESPECTIVE BILLS. MEDICAL TESTS ARE 3 TO 7 TIMES COSTLIER HERE.

One of the Best hospital available in area with High Standard Medical treatment (Best and Experienced staff) and facilities and all this too in very affordable prices....therefore this place is bit crowdy in Day time. But still they are maintaining their standards.Neat and clean place. will pray to God that no one need hospitals but if you are in need... Definitely Go ahead for this place.

I want to give 3.5 star rating but no point option is there so I give 4 star. This is the hospital we go more than 7+ yr. It's super speciality as its name depict all test,multi type of doctor everything related to hospital available here. Staff is also okay but sometimes there mood is not very well and management is poor on billing counter so much rush sometime you feels like it is government hospital management should improve and the person who are in suit may solve your problem but they make you convience that you are wrong not them. Charges are high. Panel is also there. Parking is also available but you never get parking here.

It’s very bad experience that I got with yashoda hospitals and maintance is not up to the mark and even government hospitals are maintaining well better than this . It’s fully commercial and no one have control to take the decisions always trying to keep the patients stay long and even for getting the reports also we need to do lot of follow-ups. A very nice experience with everything coordinated well. Nursing staffs were top notch. They helped me and were there for me 24x7. Talking about the doctor,he was really kind and would always clear my doubts as a patient. Food served here is good. I got variety of food which was nutritious ofc and got a dietitian to look into my diet. Overall it was a very good experience. Kudos to the team :).

My mother 60 years old was complaining for unbearable acute chest, abdomen, pain due to which I have taken her to the emergency at midnight. Though night duty doctor have explained it that it was not related to heart, I requested him to admit her as she was complaining for the pain from 2 days and she was on pain killers. The doctor advised us to give a pain relief injection and consult a chest specialist in the morning. Pain relief tablet can be given at home, the pain was coming back after every 2 hours which is why we visited the hospital. If pain relief injection is the only option at emergency than this is totally waste of time by visiting the hospital. Kindly note, the doctor was derogatory telling my father that he has 13 yrs of experience and he has seen so many such cases in his career. We had not asked his experience we had just requested him to admit till morning so that patient can be monitored throughout night and we can avoid transporting her again. However, doctor advised that we cannot admit a patient until there is acute emergency. Now, How do we know there is an acute emergency? Who can say the patient has very little time left without proper tests and examination? We have explained to doctor that the pain was unbearable that's why we came at midnight but he was adamant on his statement and refuse to admit. In-fact I heard him saying to the radiologist that, a patient has come and her husband and son is doing ruffianism so click an X-Ray. Telling him the right way showed our ruffianism. Fyi, my father has a very good knowledge of medicine and salts and you will be surprised to know that the pain relief injection given by doctor was of same composition my father was giving from last 2 days. This behaviour from doctor is totally unacceptable and he should be well punished. Since we are not doctors doesn't mean that we do not know a word about it. I myself works in navy and I myself have good knowledge of human body as we have been taught to deal with emergency. I request the hospital management to contact me thru this review to discuss the issue. The hospital staff/management/doctors are deaf some day some person will make a blast to wide open their ears. Very pathetic service. Not deserved a single star also.

Definitely one of the best hospitals in NCR. My father had been admitted here with sepsis. He was given the best medical aid possible. Methodical, step by step process was followed that ensured the right diagnosis and treatment. The in-patient stay facilities are also top notch. Every care is taken that the patient and the attendant feel comfortable. Warm, attentive and friendly staff that's ever vigilant. Thank you for the care provided.

Overall hospital is good, neat and clean environment, nice supportive staff, great pantry services and food quality is unbeatable very nicely connected with kaushambi metro station and also very well connected by road. Pharmacy is a bit costly as you will not get any discount here in medicine so better if you take medicine from backside of this hospital. If this is a delivery case, so I wanna suggest all please do not come if labour pain is not started naturally otherwise you will definitely end up with a C Section. Worst hospital in the world. Forcing for test which is not needed. Making people wait for the test even pregnant ladies.. and illiterate staff with no sense of responding and updating anyone.. even have back door entries for their loved ones.... Never visit if you wanna get healed.

There's no advance appointment available. They give appointment only on arrival and there's huge waiting (40+ people minimum), so you have to wait there in a small room stuffed with more than 40 people without any Covid protocols being followed. You'll definitely get corona here if you choose to wait in queue. All the other hospitals, even the local ones provide prior appointments. I have been waiting for 1hours45mins till now, and it'll take another 40 minutes for my turn. So I recommend that you come here, take your number, and then come back again after 2-3 hours. Their services are extremely slow. Update: It has been 2hours and 45minutes now since I'm waiting for my turn.

Dr Kuldeep Sharma dermatologists (skin doctor) is highly UNPROFFESSIONAL doctor he Was RUDE and IRRITATING I thought I was talking to some roadside quack .. He didnt even listen to me properly and wasn’t able to diagnosed my simple skin issue which was just an allergic reaction and blamed my age (I am not even 30) for my skin issue . He thought I have psoriasis and prescribed me medicines for that I took those medicines for weeks which was ineffective . He lacks knowledge of his work and manners too .. NOT RECOMMENDED for skin. rest hospital staff was good

I want to give 5 star rating to the doctor - Dr V S Pandey (General Surgeon). He is extremely patient and skilled and had a very good professional approach. But, regarding my overall experience with the management, I would give it 3 stars. Reasons - 1. The attendants with the patient don't have a space to sit near OT or Post recovery area. 2. Very expensive rooms and treatment 3. The parking area is a haphazard. Really bad managed parking. 4. The overall service was very delayed for anything that we asked once shifted to the room. 5. The billing queue is very long due to lack of staff.

Please avoid this hospital at all costs. I had made the worst decision of my life when I admitted my father in law over here. Every day was a struggle, raised complaints every day moreover even the doctors there complained about treatment negligence. No one owns any responsibility here and also will add charges for things which were never provided. So make sure you double check your detailed patient bill. Even you cant leave patient unattended in ICU, it is that bad.

I dialled todat the 6/9/2023 at aound 11 AM to book an appointment and correctly followed the recorded (IVR) instructions and eventually was holding to book an appointment with a pulmonologist but it was endless wait as there was no further response except that it was repeatedly announcing that its Yashoda Hospital. The admin staff, support staff were very cooperative. Doctors guided us with all the things and answered our every question. Very Neat and clean environment. My mother was admitted for a surgery of Gall bladder under Dr. P.K. Sinha and Dr. A.P. Singh. We are very grateful to both the doctors as they have treated my mother in a very experienced and polite manner. The nursing staff was also very prompt and was there as soon as we needed them. The food was very hygienic. Rooms there are also very clean and well ventilated Request the management to please keep the facilities up to the mark as we trust the brand I would recommend Yashoda Hospital for any and all the treatments as we have been associated with them for more than 15 years.

Worst hospital. There doctors are good but staff are not. They don't follow doctor's instructions carefully. And they are not following the precaution for covid 19. My father was admitted there and from there me ,my husband and my father all got infected with covid 19.staff were not using gloves when they visited to the patient. Walked in to see a physician as I was having high fever. Their system was down and they said no billing till Sys is up. Also for first visit they had a form , however not having any pen to fill it and I was told to go get pen from reception and come back with filled form. For Gods sake you are not an IT company citing system reasons, you are a hospital and charging fully for your services. Not having 5 Rs pen along with form and making a patient run around for that is not acceptable. Disappointed

I was admitted in this hospital as a COVID19 patient with my family and was well treated with excellent behaviour and everything was perfectly maintained. Doctors and nurses used to regular visit us and even Dietitian used to call us frequently for our taste and preferences and delivered great food.

My wife was admitted at yashoda hospital for a surgical procedure under Dr Deepa. My overall experience here was very nice. All services here were very nice. Also post operative facilities are very good. Food services provided here are also very healthy according to the patient. Dietician also explained the diet chart very efficiently. Yashodha hospital is one of the best hospital and I am so fortunate that I brought my child here for her diabetic ketoacidosis treatment . She is undergoing treatment of Picu unit and all the drs. Nurses are very professional and well versed. Management is taking care of every single thing here for my child. We have not suffered here for anything. Everything is super streamlined. Admitted in ICU with Covid 19+ for Treatment started on 10.01.2021 under process and support supervision team of senior directors team Doctor K.K. Pandey & Arjun Khanna + Anshumann Tyagi. They all excel in this particular Covid 19 Treatment. Very confident and nice human behaviour and all the nursing staff is expert and well trained too. One 31 years old person in nursing I would like to thanks for his sincerely efforts and dedication is Mr. Gaurav. Eventually, with their service and team efforts made me recovered very soon on 18.01.2021. So, I got relieved from Yashoda hospital on yesterday afternoon. Thanks for their excellent technical and medical services.

Yashoda Superspeciality Hospital Kaushambhi is an excellent hospital. Doctors are very dedicated, especially, the Respiratory team of Dr KK Pandey, Dr Arjun Khanna and Dr Ankit Sinha is just fabulous. The nurses are very caring and very well trained in patient care and infection control. The housekeeping staff was very well behaved and trained. The whole hospital staff including the management were very nice and took personal care about me and my family. Special thanks to Dr A P singh, sister Moni, sister Binitha, Libina, ICN Winny and all staff of ward D and C, Laboratory, radiology and the Physiotherapy team. The dietician Ms Bhawana and her team very meticulously made our diet plan and made changes according to our needs. The food was nutritious and tasty. The admission and discharge process was smooth thanks to Floor manager Ms Charu. The best part was the daily Prayers conducted by senior Nursing Supervisors which surely helped us in early recovery. Overall experience is good but still to meet world class standard, much to be done. The main issue I found is with their website as many of time you can’t see your test reports online as it don’t work properly and sometime booking an appointment is not so easy. They should work on customer support area also.

There is no token system to make payment.Very tiring for senior citizens. Only one counter for pvt patients, who pay higher amounts. After consultation same long que for tests billing.Seperate billing counter required. Nothing against the quality of doctors. Some of them very competent.

At the time of admission I advise patients to ask for policy and rules so that at the time of billing if they give you any explanation for over charged price as " sir ye hospital policy hai " so you would know that in advance. I would agree nursing and housekeeping staff was highly cooperative but hospital will try to charge you anywhere and everywhere. We were charged visiting fee rs 550 for every day even for those days when there was no visit , hospital has good ambience and infrastructure

The hospital has good amenities and good staff. During the stay in hospital, nursing staff took utmost care. Even the patient care services Head comes checking if there is any problem. The complete support staff has a smile on their face and brings in positive vibes when you need care. Treating surgeons visits timely and even visiting doctors keeps on checking in if things are well. For food, even dietician ensures there is no allergic food provided to you and based on the requirement, right food is served.

Ovellall experience is good. Facilities in regards of patients care was very nice. I liked everyone's soft behaviour. If any problem we faced during the treatment, immediately they solve the issue. Nice hospitality.... And best thing is that all facilities are available with in the the hospital.

My experience was okay in terms of treatment, got cured of sepsis and the diagnosis was fast and accurate, would recommend coming here for "treatment." But, One thing I'm not sure about is why my family member who was admitted to the hospital, was never moved to a room, she was kept in ICU even after she wasn't critical anymore, and they charged a very hefty fee for it. It was approximately 60-70,000 a day for 7-8 days. She was directly discharged from the ICU, never got a room. They made good money out of it. But what can you do, in case of emergency, you have to do whatever it takes. Doesn't matter if you're being wrongly charged.

Overall all was fine but few suggestions 1) no connectivity of calling n internet in rooms so it is very difficult to manage. 2) nursing staff needs to be more prompt & professional.....too much loud talking is done irrespective of patients being around so silence needs to be maintained. I recently had an experience at Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital Ghaziabad that I would like to share. I brought my 70-year-old mother to the hospital from Jammu after her knee implant failed from a previous surgery. We had visited several doctors and hospitals before Yashoda, but they all said she needed two surgeries to fix the failed implant. Given her age, we were hesitant about this. However, a relative recommended Dr. Akhil Kulshreshtha, a Senior Consultant Orthopaedic at Yashoda Hospital Ghaziabad. After explaining the situation to him, he advised us to bring her to the hospital for treatment. After completing all the necessary tests and analyzing the reports, Dr. Akhil successfully operated on my mother after three days of admission for "Revision Total Knee Replacement". She was later discharged after seven days and started walking with minimal support after one month. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Akhil and his team for their expert care and compassion. He is thorough and always willing to listen, while also explaining complex medical terms in a way that is easy to understand. I would also like to thank Dr. Harit Kotari, a Consultant Gastroenterologist, for taking care of my mother's existing liver illness and providing expert consultation. My overall experience at Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital Ghaziabad was exceptional. From the moment we were admitted until discharge, the care was well-organized and thoughtful. The hospital staff, from patient attendants to senior doctors, were patient, concerned, and caring. The hospital facilities were exceptional, very neat, and well-maintained. Very bad experience, I NISHA SHARMA (Patient name) visited on 12.08.2023 at 4:40PM to Dr. Luv Bansal (Neurologist) but he do not give attention to us even he was busy in chatting on his phone for 2-3mins and after I told him to look the MRI report than also he keeps on looking in his phone. I told this incident to the reception and post a complaint regarding this but no step was taken, I told them to check the CCTV for the proof but they deny. I have paid a valuable amount of Rs.1000 and this is the behaviour of their doctors, which can’t be neglected.

Had my wife's Fistula treatment done by Dr J S Lamba Senior Laproscopic Surgeon, overall surgery was done excellently after proper guidance by doctor and nursing staff, hospital staff was also very cooperative and cordial.

Wrost hospital and they are so much greedy they know that my grandmother will die but instead of saying truth to us they said that it's very common problem and said it can be cured but by giving wrong medicine to my grandma that causes failure if her internal organs and when we visit other hospital they told us it is due to wrong medicinemedicine. Yashoda Hospital Kaushambi: NDMC patients pressured into paying additional fees Review: I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with my experience at Yashoda Hospital Kaushambi. My elderly mother, who is the wife of a government employee and a housewife with limited education, was told by a cash counter person at the hospital that she would have to pay additional fees for my father's hernia surgery, even though he is covered by NDMC health insurance. We had already been given an appointment for the surgery, and my father had been put into the OT when the hospital started negotiating with us about the additional fees. My mother felt as if she was being blackmailed into paying the extra money. We were told that we would have to visit Palika Kendra to resolve the issue, but we were not given any clear information about what we were supposed to do there. We were simply told that we would have to "figure it out." We are extremely frustrated with the way that we were treated by Yashoda Hospital Kaushambi. We feel that the hospital took advantage of my mother's vulnerability and pressured her into paying additional fees. Recommendation: We urge Yashoda Hospital Kaushambi to be more transparent about the cost of treatment, and to stop pressuring patients into paying additional fees. We also urge the hospital to provide clear and concise information to patients about how to resolve any issues with their bills. Facts: * My father is an NDMC employee with NDMC health insurance. * The cost of the hernia surgery was estimated to be INR 45,000. * Yashoda Hospital Kaushambi would cover the cost of the surgery up to INR 17,000. * My mother was told that she would have to pay the remaining INR 48,000 in cash. * My mother was told that she would have to visit Palika Kendra to resolve the issue. Conclusion: We are appalled by the way that we were treated by Yashoda Hospital Kaushambi. We believe that the hospital's actions were unethical and unprofessional. We would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Worst experience I've ever had. I met with the accident last week and all the staff was waiting for the formalities to be done for surgeries and they are literally waiting for the patient to be baffled. They wasted 15 hours preparing the reports itself.
