Very rude owner/person who sits at the first counter. Another worker/attendee tried to touch me on my chest many times on pretext of removing jewellery. I asked this uncle to show me more pieces of bridal jewellery as i did not quite like the necklace. I understand that he had already opened 4 boxes but hearing this he banged all the boxes shut, threw them under the counter and started attending to the next customer. He did not say a word to me and completely avoided eye contact. What kind of a behaviour was that! Did Not expect this standing at the so called ‘best’ store of sadar market. I do not know the name of the worker who was trying to touch but he was probably the shortest in height there, very slim, dark skinned and wore a plain white shirt that day. I scolded him upon which he ran off to the other direction. Too bad.

Terrible customer services. They delivered broken jewellery and then later did not exchange. Even the necklace had worn off paint. They dont service thier products. On top of it, the owner acts as if he is running a business at the scale of say ambanis.

Visited the shop with my daughter for her bridal jewelry. The owner humiliated us and the helpers misbehaved. The collection is overpriced to almost double triple. They have a team of MEN who they employ to post 5 star reviews about them. If you read carefully most women have given negative reviews

Poor behavior of salesman. They have very good collection of Bridal Jewellery. But they don't know how to talk to customers. They will make you feel really bad if you don't plan to buy anything. I wanted to rent Bridal Jewellery because I really liked it , so asked some questions and I didn't have my wedding lehenga's blouse so I wanted to come again and then book matching Jewellery. To this the salesman replied - "Jinko lena hota hai vo to le lete hai. Jinka problem hai unka shaadi tak problem rehta hai. Hamare yahan hazaaron booking hoti hai, koi fark nahi padega agar aap nahi karoge. Hamara to chalta rahega". I mean how mannerless is the staff ? Even after having such a nice collection of Jewellery, I won't be booking it from this shop. I almost finalised it. But I hope they teach their salesman how to talk to customers. It's their job. They are not doing us a favor by selling it. I don't remember his name. He was middle aged man on the bridal sets side of counter. Please avoid this store if you don't want to be treated so cheaply.

Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour by the staff. They made the entire shopping experience horrifying and even manhandled my friend. Still taking time to sink in this incident. Would recommend no bride to go there and traumatize their beautiful wedding phase.

Horrible products with horrible staff. Rented my wedding Jewellery from here and they gave broken hathphool. Also they have priced the rent way too high. Rude staff. Zero customer service. Had to rent the jewellery because of lockdown in Delhi and sudden change in marriage date. Otherwise I wouldn’t have rented from this shop.

I've bought a bridal chooda from this store in February and they suggested to not take readymade chooda but arrange with the good qualities kadaa with them. They gave me full set for rs 8000+ and it started Fading just after one month and then there was lockdown so couldn't go there. They said these kadaa's are of American diamonds and their color will never fade. They told me that these are lifetime guaranteed kadaa's. But they are of very poor quality. I've bought so many things from there in my marriage but I feel they bluff you so much. Better you go some normal shop rather than this big showroom.

I don't remember the name of the staff but i was genuinely disappointed by the way he was trying to sell his product like he was not at all interested.I was in hurry and in emergency have to purchased bridal nose ring in December 2020 . That cost around Rs 700/- and when i reach home then I notice there is fine crack. I feel if i am purchasing 700/- or 7000/- selling skills must be same so it actually helps customer to purchase more. Otherwise i feel like "is shope me to si se kuch dekhate he ni hai"

Extremely poor and pathetic experience. Salesman was extremely good and cooperating but the owner is pathetic and arrogant. Salesman quoted different price but when the product goes for billing the owner quoted higher price. With this kind of behaviour the shop loses the confidence of customers.
