Dr. (DIPTI NABH) was a wonderful experience and the spacial staff nurse Sister SADHANA 👍 exprince or behave and good nature was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose and would highly recommend to anyone.

This hospital is small in size. Near by karkardooma metro station waking distance as it is small in size so crowd is there management good staff and doctor are also cooperative but little unprofessional. I go through small surgery in this hospital so that what myself experience. Overall good hospital go there for health checkup. Parking is headache there.

Hospital is good from all angles. Pushpanjali took care of our patient like their own family member. Nursing staff, housekeeping, management staff all work professionally and they are very supportive .The staff is courteous and keeps checking on the well being of the patient. Meals provided to the patient were nutritious, healthy and good in taste as well. They are ready to accommodate according to the taste of the patient as well.Overall the whole staff is awesome and one must consider this hospital over the other brands❤️.

I had a bad fracture of my leg bone and ankle. Dr Karun sir had operated on my leg. He explained me very nicely about the surgery. After surgery also, he help me so much in recovering from my fracture surgery. Best part is, Dr Karun is ever smiling surgeon. Wish no one get fracture, but if someone gets by bad luck, Dr Karun sir is the best one to treat.

Good caring doctors and crew with excellent back up plans. Consulted Dr Karun Jain and I got my fractured right hand operated by him. The team of doctors and all associates are very efficient. Dr Karun Jain sir has done my shoulder arthroscopy surgery. I had multiple dislocations of my shoulder since a long time, for which my joint got injured & it required surgery. Dr Karun Jain has explained me very well about disease & my surgery went very smooth. The best part is, his post operative care & support, which now a days is rare. He was very positive and help me recovering well. Now I am fine & able to resume back my gym & sporting schedule as well. Well, my brother had severe knee injury back in Kolkata for which multiple ligament surgery was advised. We had consulted many ortho surgeons. Since I was settled in Delhi, I suggested him to come to Delhi for surgery. We had many options here as well but we had chosen Dr Karun Jain for knee arthroscopy surgery for my brother. His charges were also very reasonable. Dr Karun was very sure of using best implants, to deliver best results. We were also convinced by his opinion and went ahead with Smith & Nephew implants. His surgical skills are superb. Now after 8 months of surgery, my brother is totally fit & healthy. My brother is a footballer by passion and I love the fact that he resumed back his sporting habit with full strength. One thing is sure, Dr Karun is really good surgeon, who not only operates well but also gives you so good advice that helps you recover after surgery as well. I think finding a good surgeon after trauma is a real task. I recommend Dr Karun to everyone who has knee injury. Thanks you sir for all. To add about Pushpanjali hospital, it is a good hospital with good nursing care of patients. I remember meeting Dr Manish there, who is also a generous medical superintendent. I have never ever seen the pathetic service and hospital like your hospital. Its such a ghanta baba ji ka, want to tell you Govt hospital or a very small clinic is very very good in comparison of this pushpanjali hospital.. My bhabhi suffer n wait in corridor after gave birth to a baby almost 1 hour due to there was no room available for her patient. Infact they said that they gave the room suddenly to the patient after delivery (said from morning) but after that they deny to gave the room.... Guys i will complaint of this hospital And Escalate this matter to top level management.. And in govt authority...

All the facilities are excellent all the staff are very helpful and it is very clean and maintained. Dr SP Singh is experienced doctor and his experience helped alot for my speedy recovery. Had a very quick response from Dr Karun Jain here who diagnosed hip replacement operation for my father and performed the operation. It was highly successful and now after about 25 days my father aged 92 is in physiotherapy rehabilitation. The doctors in the clinic were highly responsive and quick. I am quite satisfied.

Recently my grandfather was admitted in the hospital for a week under Dr. Ashok Grover and Dr. Nishesh Jain. During that time the staff were friendly and cooperative they took good care of my grandfather, were attentive to our needs and were always available. The doctors were quite decent & helpful. Over all we had a good experience in Pushpanjali and were very satisfied.

This hospital deserves rating in negative. Very poor infrastructure. Services not upto the mark. Highly unprofessional and overpriced. Once you go there for any treatment, their doctors and hospital staff will try to loot you and cheat by increasing the your bill. They charged us ₹4000/- for a normal dressing of my child. The same dressing I got it done from other hospital for ₹350/-. I was forced to pay extra ₹1500 OT charges for a normal bandaging, 1250 doctors charges and ₹1250/- for ointment, cotton swabs and cotton bandage and tape. Never ever visit this hospital.

bad experience. I met with an accident and went there to get the x-ray and treatment done. i had a broken foot and they meet me walk here and there with no staff to help. they did the x-ray and i was sent upstairs to the reception area then again i was called for x-ray didnt understand why. My father was not allowed inside cuz of covid as he is a senior citizen and no support from staff. My pain got worst by walking without support and you cannot touch the grill on the stairs to walk. Then big no doctor available and i was informed earlier that doctot is available, then again and here and their. No sanitiser inside the hospitals and they accept only cash payments. Not at all recommended.

My sister was admitted in Pushpanjali hospital for surgery and we had a very good experience in the hospital. Hospital staff is highly qualified and trained & they are very cooperative and helpful. We recommend pushpanjali as one of the best hospital in east Delhi.

Giving one star because that's the minimum I can give, wish I had an option for negative rating. A sad hospital which will drain your money (overpriced and unnecessary tests), plus provide you with poor services. Not based on one experience, I've had 3 bitter experiences now. We have a Mediclaim (10% pay policy) but the hospital makes your case such that you may end up paying upto 50% of the total bill. Add to that the rude behaviour of staff and nurses. On the contrary, in other hospitals (example Jain hospital) 1) Charges are roughly same or slightly less 2) Services and staff are really good and polite and cooperative 3) They focus on billing the insurance company and not the patient. Example- on an approx bill of Rs 125000 in Jain hospital, I had to only pay only about Rs17,000. (This is not so with Pushpanjali. Was asked to pay 16000 on a bill of 36000) Would suggest to refrain from this one.

Hospital facility is like still updating but not fully old vintage lifts , canteen is good , but better to came here if you know any doctor personally or you have medical policy without policy they will make you in debt loss . Simple logic is here they'll charge their expenses from your pockets and full trust over one doctor is wastage better to consult every other and cross chek

Pushpanjali Medical Centre is thoroughly professional and takes care of it's patients diligently. The staff is courteous and keeps checking on the well being of the patient. The staff was very helpful and kind. They will give you all the care with full precautions specially the nurses Sapna, Jessica and Amrita. The diet was always on point and great so was the canteen staff. The washroom for men and women should be separate though.

They should hire some educated staff (ward boy in emergency department, reception people) They got no manners when in terms of hospitality. They should be aware of where they are working. One of the best patient care they provided. My 14 months old baby admitted for acute diarrhoea dehydration. Dr Gaurav Bharadwaj is a very good doctor, his prescription works and baby feel good within hours of admission. Rest reception, house keeping dietician all are very good. Good quality of food given mess. Nursing special thanks to sister Pooja, she take care of the medicine diet everything timely. Overall very happy with services provided by the hospital. I went there traveling 14km through my TPA . And requested to examine my issue . Dr A.k kundlia even didn’t listen to me and understand my situation. He just denied to examine at first consultation. I told him that I came from very far like second corner of Delhi , I can’t come like daily basis .still he didn’t understand the situation . Bad experience. Dr should listen to the patient also .

Extremely bad situation at this center. No social distancing. The staff is not helpful. Don't go for vaccination here as they make you stand in a narrow corridor which gets extremely crowded.

The treatment provided to me was very good i recovered quickly and discharged within 3 days.Nurses were cooperative and helpful. The services were good.

The experience of this hospital was very nice and good, the doctors were really good and specially the nursing staff which was with us through out the treatment. The staff was available there like 24/7 whenever there was any issue the nurses were there to solve it. The reception and the helpdesk was not good enough and was not cooperative at all. Amazing experience at this hospital. My mum wad admitted for her knee replacement surgery. I was amazed by to see how helpful the whole staff were from Doctors, Nurses to housekeeping. A major shout out to some of the people I got an opportunity to interact with. Starting from Dr. Atul Jain, Nurses Mrs Flora, Miss Jessica, Sapna, Keerti, Ritu and Ekta. Sunita from housekeeping. In terms of rules, zero strictness. I mean seriously how can they allow 5-6 ATTENDANTS with a patient and that illiterate people keep CHATTERING, DISTURBING OTHER PATIENTS. One should have to call nurses and security, but staff allows them to sit with a condition to talk slowly. As if they really gonna follow that stupid instruction. I wish hospital had private single room available that time and we wouldn’t have to face such issue. REALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I’ve never expected this from such a good hospital.

I am giving the review regarding my personal experience in Pushpanjali Hospital when my daughter was admitted in the Hospital. Hospital Doctors are not cooperated especially Doctors who are in Emergency Ward. They just want to admit you in the Hospital by hook or crook and then charged a higher amount from the patients which is totally unreasonable and exeggerated. But I am giving 5 ⭐ rating to Nurse Divya posted at first floor who is wholly dedicated to her work and provides best medical attention and care to the patients. May God bless her and gives a successful journey in her professional career.

Being a CGHS panel person, my experience for my second delivery in this hospital is satisfactory. Many private hospitals differentiate amongst the CGHS panel benefitter n normal patient. But the Dr's and staff of pushpanjali hospital took great care of me during my admission in hospital for my C-sec and post care of it. Dr. Puja Prasad is the only gynac that sees panel patients and she is by far the best gynac i have ever interacted with. The nursing staff and others are best in here. The only thing I want the to improve are the beds that they provide in private rooms.

Dr. Ajmera's diagnosis is very good. As a doctor, he is very empathetic and gentle in explaining the disease, symptoms and the medical course of action. Nursing staff is very committed and cordial. Ms Pooja Saini, Ms. Alka are sincere and friendly. Mr. Javed, house keeping staff is very duty conscious and helpful.

My husband was diagnosed with dengue and he was under supervision of Dr PC Gera and Dr sumeer. We had an excellent experience with the doctors as they are very calm, listen to the patients patiently and prescribe the best treatment. Nursing staff is very good here. New wing has good structure too. Need to improvise on increasing nursing and housekeeping staff. Thanks PCM.

It has been a wonderful experience in visiting Pushpanjali, staff is very helpful and caring.

The doctors and the nurses are well behaved and dignified , they provide good treatment but their is a serious issue of allotment of rooms. The reception people are very careless about room allotment and they provide semi private rooms where there are about 4-8 beds and when you ask for a fully private room, they do shallow commitments about providing single bed rooms but will just waste your time and give excuses after excuses. So if you just want to consult any doctor then this medical centre is good but if you want to get admitted then I will advice that there are way better hospitals in terms of service and room allotment in East Delhi itself.

It was very amazing experience in pushpanjali medical centre... Staff Amazing doctor and sisters ... The staff from the gate keeper, house keeping, nursing,doctors every one cares for your patient and feels the same pain. nursing staff always gives you positive vibes with their special care. Doctors....listens to you, observe you and then treats you the best with proper guidance. Date of joining 7apirl 2023 For maternity . Room no 27 Pooja singhp First start with reception admission n room desk was not statisifed. We entered in the hospital 6am and got the room at 5pm....waiting period is long ...no clarity from the staff about the room Best part is nursery staff... All are very co operative and attended our babies and queries in well mannered . Thanks to all special mention to ekta .Flora n Jessica . House keeping staff sapna n Pooja cared so much and maintain cleanliness in the room as well as floor . Suggestion Propoer communication between floor staff and reception and room desk to be aligned . Patient not disturbed Doctors are good Dr vineet sir very nice Nature and supportive . My experience with this hospital was very satisfactory. We came in with an emergency and the actions taken by the staff members and the doctors were very quick. Nursing staff here are very supporting , they took good care of the baby as well as the mother. I would personally like to thank sister Jessica as she took care of the baby like her own. And assured us completely about the same. Thank you to the other staff members as well.

All the facilities are excellent.& very speedy recovery of patient. all the staff are very helpful and it is very hygienic and maintained.Doctors are good in nature and make yourself comfortable. I had visited for stomach and digestion related issues as I had been suffering from months .... I was told to consume alternate of what I was prescribed by other doctor whom I had consulted before (which I had informed the present doctor)...agar unki line of treatment se aaram ata toh aapse kyu consult krti ? Then I was asked to come again in 14 days.. can't you stop these money making tactics and give patient a patient hearing when he or she's spending 1200 rupees and tell them the right treatment in one go.

Receptionist is totally unprofessional, rude, untrained. Treat people like a government hospital. Don't attend calls properly.
