Newly opened Multyspeciality, 350 needed Hospital with all indoor facility in Eastern Delhi area, a chain of Kailash Hospital by Dr. Mahesh Sharma ji MP. His efforts for humankind are well known and he is going very good.

I am a CGHS beneficiary and my treating doctor of CGHS Wellness Centre had referred me to the emergency of any CGHS approved hospital. I went to Deepak Memorial Hospital, Vikas Marg Extension, Delhi for emergency treatment. But the Casualty staff were very much casual and did not respond me properly. No proper treatment provided and without examining me, seen the reports and send to the OPD of Dr. Renu Chawla, Gyanecologist in the evening. There also behaviour of doctor was not good. She did not examined me. I visited the hospital three times and not received proper treatment. Finally, my doctor at CGHS gave me medicine and I got relief now. Very much irresponsible doctors and staff.

I had to be taken into emergency and the staff on duty was extremely prompt and helpful. They did not waste any time or ask us to fill forms or anything like that, as is the case in other big hospitals. Their first priority was to take care of my emergency, which they did with extreme care. Not only that, the doctor took special attention to ask me if i was feeling better, as did the nurse. They were extremely kind, helpful and attentive. Also, the beds were clean amd the service was very affordable. I was very impressed with the service provided. Highly recommended!

Excellent service by all the doctors, Nurses and other staff. The room service is really nice, and every 2 hours housekeeping team will come and clean the room and washroom. The patient's food is very hygienic and of good quality. The floor manager will come every day in the morning and ask for feedback if you face any issue you will share it with them they will help you asap. Dont know from where I start to describe , lot of things i measured in first visit , doctor was late after appointment around one hr, , when asked she was in meeting and send her junior after 35mins and she also said to wait some more time for her as my wife's problem is not fine and her senior better consult or treat, everyone's time is very precious when the patients are visiting on the name of East Delhi's big hospital than doctors are ruining the fame with their absence and bad or rude behaviour. Yeah 2nd about her rude behaviour , here when she back from meeting she checked my wife who already was pain , she send my wife to toilet ,said she ll check than after , when wife back doctor's way of talking was not good , wife replies there was already someone in toilet that's why she took time . Than after she treated my wife and send for some tests and guided us that she ll check all reports , but when we back she had left the OPD as her time was over . ( When you not giving the proper time in OPD than why wasting the time of your patients ) . We can visit or consult the doctors here near by us , who are charging one-thrid less than you and treat well or behave well . Also want to inform that hospital doesn't have the female radiologist, receptionist informed wrong that they have female doctor who ll do ultrasound, but my wife's ultrasound done by a male radiologist. That means leir in hospital. So how can we trust , its all about the life of someone who is visiting for some treatment . Wasted my time or money , ll NVR visit or request to anyone .

This hospital is generally good. I visited in October, but the cafeteria food is very poor and overpriced. That's the only issue. Overall, I would say it's a good hospital for patients, but a bit challenging for the families staying with patients. If you are a family member of a patient, it's advisable to come with food from home and avoid the cafeteria.

They r truely professional... They Dont care about the condition of the patient they just make money, unnecessarily they do many tests and even then they unable to diagnose the actual problem, just for the sake of money they do whatvr they want to...Our patient is no more with us and they have a major role in this loss. And afterwards they make a false death report/summary. So its my request to all that dont admit your patient into this hospital they are highly careless and make the case more lengthy and complicated.

I have been relying on Deepak memorial hospital for past 7-8 years and since then till today not even a single instance was dissatisfactory. Staff and most of the doctors in panel are good. Special mention for Sr. Radiologist there (Dr. Bhatt). Ultrasound done by him are best. Only reason I see is his seniority and dedication towards his work.

Do not go if you do not have cashless claim or panel, they delay your discharge and increased your bill. They will try to get maximum possible amount.

This week I got my wife discharged from this hospital and trust me, this is one of the worst experience I had in my life. No proper process nothing. They doesn't even know how to prepare a proper reports (tons of mistakes). I would never recommend this hospital especially when it does not come under your panel.

This is a newly build hospital by Kailash and the services provided by this hospital is top notch At the moment they also have the panel facility so that you can consult any doctor with the panel rates. Disaster Hospital, Doctors are not coming on time. They don’t care about patients and time OPD Staffs are not professional treating a patient’s very rudely very unprofessional behaviour. OPD time was 11am but doctor reached at 11:45Am because he was occupied in other hospitals Pharmacy in the hospital, very slow service. For 1 injection they will took 15 minutes. In Emergency staff are very nice very helpful. Very disappointing .

Worst staff of casualty. They prepared a wrong prescription with wrong disease and doctor name is also incorrect. When i approched their my mother was only patient in casualty and staff is busy in gossips. They prepared the discharge slip with wrong disease. Even doctor check it and mark it as correct. I made a complaint with authority and on their mail address but no action from their side. They are not able to attend a single patient so go with a reputed hospital where staff is educated and responsible because it's a matter of life and seriousness is most important in it. But in this hospital there's a lack of seriousness. Gossips are priority for their staff.

I found the Kailash Deepak Hospital very good with modern facilities. OPD staffs and Doctors are good and hear patiently to the patient, esp Dr Lakshman Ramchandran, I found him very gentle and co-operative and he tells what all medicines he is giving. Overall experience was good.

Very bad experience today. Took prior appointment from the Hospital for Dr. Aashish Deewan. But when visited the hospital. Dr. Was not there. OPD called the Doctor over Phone. Firstly Doctor asked can the patient wait for 1 to 1.15. hrs. When agreed then also doctor told the opd to tell the patient that doctor is not well and he is suffering from fever. No such prior information was given to the patient. Very sad affairs.

My wife is admitted in room 239 on 24.1.24. On 25th endoscopy test was done at 11.00. But I am sorry from the time neither any doctor has attended the patient nor any information is provided to me. I requested the counter so many times, but all in vain. I think the hospital is unable to lookafter the patient

My nephew born in this hospital.The staff is very cooperative, friendly and always available in need. One improvement is needed- Allow more than two attendant at a time. The doctors are well experienced and staff is pretty much nice. Somewhere, it is also costly, so they have to look around the packages and makes the customer happy. But I recommend this hospital for a proper care of newly born baby. Overall, I give it 4.5 stars

Got treated from Dr Shailin Gupta , Dental surgeon ; he diagnosed the problem of cavity in the front tooth at the first glance which no other Dr diagnosed when we visited them on separate occasions! He knows his work and has an expertise in it …. We are more than satisfied ! Highly recommended .
