Beware of Bait and Switch tactics at this facility! You’ll be scammed money wise. I went there to take advantage of the $99 new patient promotion. I received a dental exam from Dr. Todd and the X-rays. When it came time for the cleaning (as said on their website) the cost was $1,064!! I have attached a photo of my evaluation with the cost clearly visible. I do NOT recommend this facility as they do not honor their commitments at all.

had my first appointment at this practice on 11/9/23 at 2:30pm I am very impressed with the professionalism, compassion and respect that i received. Laura was my dental hygienist and she was fantastic! She explained everything that she was going to do to perfection. She also apologized when i had to wait a few minutes . and Dr. Sarah Downes she was Amazing !! She explained everything to me so that i understood what she was doing and a plan of action with my dental work. I love this practice and i am going to refer anyone looking for a dentist to you guys. so very satisfied with my experience.

Receptionist is rude and will literally laugh at you if you show any unhappiness with being rebooked for the thousandth time, because this place does not have it together. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

I have been terrified of the dentist for many many years to the point where I couldn't even call to make my appointment. Everyone at Horizon are truly amazing they understood my severe anxiety and where loving and gentle with me. I didn't think this kind of dentist existed but does. No judgements. Thank you for making me feel calm and not judging because many others do.

As always, it was a great experience. The doctors always kind, friendly and understanding as well as the rest of the staff. I had a new hygienist today and I thought she was in extremely thorough, knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend their services to those seeing such services.

Kaitlyn and Dr Flanagan made my visit very comfortable. They explained everything I needed done thoroughly and took their time w the work I had done today. If you have anxiety with the dentist procedures , I recommend nitrous oxide. Thank you so much for everything Kim R.

I have the worst anxiety when it comes to dental offices. Everyone is super kind and gentle and they have so many options for easing anxiety related to procedures. Very knowledgeable. The office is very clean and welcoming environment.

Crown came off. Dentist did a rapid assessment to determine status of existing tooth. No issues were detected and the crown was cemented back into place. Very quick!

I give Horizon Dental 5 stars. I hadn’t been back to the dentist since just before the beginning of COVID so I am well overdue for unfinished work and preventative work, etc. The first visit was a comprehensive evaluation. I’m telling you, this entire staff is so friendly. As we were going through the details I saw this team of specialists doing such an amazing job at documenting all of the work needed in extreme detail. Furthermore, after the consultation I was given the estimate for the work and I was pleasantly surprised that it was very reasonable, especially in this economy. So, overall experience = outstanding. Specialist experience and knowledge = outstanding. Hygienist expertise and wisdom = phenomenal. I am so happy to finally address all of my dental care and with complete confidence in everyone involved. I’m 58 years old and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I highly recommend Horizon Dental and their incredibly talented staff for dental care. Thank you Jamie and Sam for your patience with the x-rays!! Lol. See you again soon to begin the work!

Best dentist office I’ve ever been to, I felt like they cared, listened and valued my thoughts. The office was clean the staff was friendly and amazing and I am happy I chose this dentist office. They explained to me what needed to be done and were respectful.

needed MAJOR restoration work done due to not having insurance for years up until now and being absolutely terrified of going to the dentist, they made the process so easy and were very accommodating to me and my anxiety. dr. evanish and all of the hygienists and assistants are so nice, they remembered me by name and made me feel so much better and took good care of me. the sedation process was phenomenal plus they did a fantastic job on my restorative work and now i can live my life normally again. highly recommend for anyone with anxiety around going to the dentist!
