Thank you, Varinder, and the entire team for the overall great experience. I never thought that after years of traveling in the Himachal region, I would come across a new traditional Himachali dish called Siddu. And it is a great one. Thank you, Gargi's Gourmet - Siddu Cafe, for introducing us to a variety of Siddu. I learned that it is the first and only Siddu Cafe. Simply wow! We tried three variants of Siddu, and all three are now our favorites, especially when paired with the delicious spicy chutney. In addition, the coffees (literally handcrafted), chai latte, and masala tea were amazing. It's difficult to find better ones in the whole town. We enjoyed engaging in conversations with the team, discussing everything from food to the Himachal region as a whole. The overall experience is what sets Gargi's Kasauli Cafe apart from the rest in and around Kasauli. Our three visits to Gargi's Cafe in just two days were definitely the highlight of our trip. And all of this was achieved by team within just seven days of starting the cafe! It's marvelous. This place is a must-visit if you are in Kasauli.

Once we got to know about this place serving siddu we were quite excited to try some for ourselves. And yes they were equally delicious to our excitement. Enjoyed paneer and apple walnut siddu with some coffee. They played some good music as well. Weather was light and view was delight . So enjoyed a serene and delicious lunch with a beautiful backdrop.

Great vibe! Tasty walnut siddu mix, sweet siddu with apple compost was very good too! Owner too is very cordial. Must go to try local Himachali cuisine.

Tried walnut and chicken Siddu. Filling was so generous and very delicious. One of the best and authentic Siddu's in Kasauli town. The owner is so humble and they delivered the order at my hotel within 45 mins.

The 'Siddu' ( a himachali dish) has been perfected by Gargi and Hemant to a sublime level. We had a classic walnut siddu and a walnut and chicken siddu along with an Americano coffee and Cool apple tea. Gargi's siddus have a very generous filling and are wrapped in cloud soft dough steamed to perfection. This is accompanied by a tangy chutney. The coffee and apple tea were also very good. Truly a gourmet experience ..a must have for every food connoisseur.

Siddu's dough was not fluffy as it should be. It's better everywhere else, especially at Kasauli bites at Heritage market. Walnut filling inside was good. The person asked us 200 for just half cup hot coffee, where we gave our own milk. This was a very greedy attitude and shows irresponsibility and crookedness.

So when we reached here the cafe was closed and Hemant was leaving for his hometown for Diwali. We called him and requested if we can have the siddus. Not only he came back, opened the cafe but gave us such an experience which can put a freaking seven star property to shame. Amazing siddus and loved the fusion siddus as well too. The guy has so much attention to detail and he knows what exactly he’s doing. He was patient enough and sat with us and we chatted for almost 30mins. I’m glad we stopped here and called him! It was an amazing experience and if anyone who’s visiting Kasauli n not coming to Gargi’s, I’m sorry to say it’s totally your loss. Will be coming back very soooon.
