    I ordered ahead of time, to cover my tail to get back to work. Upon arriving they were extremely busy. My order was 1/2 ready and I had to cancel my order. The lead there was very considerate of me and took an extra step and personally made my order. I am completely flabbergasted at the customer service here. These employees are some of the best at this location.

    Visiting from out of town and decided to stop at this Starbucks thinking it’s like every other Starbucks I’ve been to with quick and friendly service. Boy was I wrong about that smh. This is the SLOWEST most RUDE Starbucks I’ve ever been to. No one greets you when you walk in. Everyone has this attitude “don’t ask me anything” look on their face and their service is even worst. I came in, ordered a Chai Tea Latte and should have known to leave when I saw 8 other people waiting on their drinks ahead of me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it’s Starbucks. 20 minutes later and I still received no drink so I just left. The employees there have zero sense of urgency. It’s quite pathetic

    I loved going to this Starbucks until today when I found a bug in my drink, ordered a trenta and got all the way to work after drinking some of it and discovered a gnat in my iced coffee. Very disappointed, I immediately tossed it out. I Will no longer go to this location

    I walked in said good morning. No response. I checked the order which was correct. I said thank you and have a great day. They looked at me and did not respond. Customer service needs some attention here.

    I have been to many Starbucks, and this one is, by far, the best! The employees were so friendly and sweet to my me and kids. They steamed my oatmilk, which kept my coffee hot. Nobody has ever done that...they always just pour cold oatmilk in, which makes it lukewarm. They seem very community-focused with local support and businesses on the wall. Just made my day to have our coffees here as we head home. Thank you!

    While taking our order I guess it was time for the girl to get off work so before we finished she just put down her headset and walked off.. we had to act like we pulled off and then pulled back up for someone to take our order.. and then whatever we ordered they just made whatever they wanted.. for the price that I'm paying for these drinks I would prefer to get what I ordered. I had to go to QuikTrip next door to make my drink something that. I actually liked so I could drink it

    This used to be my favorite location in north county… I absolutely hate it now.. drinks are always made lazy and taste watered down. The workers they have now, are lazy, talk too much and move like turtles.. then they get mad when you ask them to remake your drink. Like I didn’t just spend $15 on a slice of bread and drink.. pastries always taste like a burnt oven smh it’s gross

    I don't know maybe because it's north county and they have gotten comfortable with just being slow the outside of the place is very nasty the drive-through has trash all through it and on top of that you have to wait 15 18 minutes in the line. My order yesterday was sloppy I had a venti (200 bonus points gone to waste 🙄). I might as well order a medium because that's what they gave me in my cup.Its was watered down in 2 to 3 minutes of receiving it. I expect better because we need this in our community and know it helps out a lot of people around but make it worth your time sitting in line if you have the customers waiting make sure that the orders look like something that you would want to take home. Some days you may see 2/4 bags of trash sitting by the speaker while you're trying to order your food. I've seen it with my own two eyes but they can see it on their cameras of course if corporate really care but that's another story.

    Someone wise said dont complain without suggestions so here you go.. Currently sitting in drive thru and have been sitting here over 15 min this is EXTREMELY inconvenient for people who are going to work. If staffing is the issue offering a limited menu during rush hour could possible speed up the process and orders of 3+ drinks must be picked up instore since drive thru is suppose to be quick. but making customers wait for outrageous amounts of time in drive thru is insane

    Absolutely ridiculous. The slowest and most u organized Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The girl in the drive though continuously laughed while taking my order as she told me all the items that they did not have. She not once offered an alternative drink or anything. Trash everywhere outside and very childish employees. And who wears a bonnet at work??? TRASH!!!!

    Beat Starbucks I've been to. It's become my regular stop on my way to work. Christopher is an excellent manager and you can tell he pours into his employees because they're never in a bad mood and never in a rush. He makes my morning great!

    Horrible. Unfortunately, it’s sad to say but I knew once the new Starbucks location came to North County-there were going to be hiccups sooner rather than later. I don’t know what happened to the people a few months ago that were working there but they need to bring them back. It seems that every time I go there-which is now dwindling (The Lindbergh location is way more efficient and much better in my opinion); there’s trash outside,flies flying everywhere and the attitudes seem to be just as Bad as the trash outside. When there’s a wait no one tells you or even thinks to write a sign. Then when you finally do get to the window they’re either out of something or it takes them an hour and a half to make a simple drink. On top of the drink not being right, they act like we are wrong for asking for our drinks to be made correctly or even RE MADE. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I know how busy Starbucks can be. But when certain things start happening and it became more of a hassle vS a happy little luxury-I gave up. Today I waited 30+ minutes in line and they weren’t even open, when they were supposed to be open at 5:30/6:00 AM…I waited in line till almost 8:30/8:45 ( pulled up around 7:40 ish). The line was wrapped around the drive-through, it took for a Ferguson police officer who was also waiting in line to get out of line and pull back around and tell each individual customer that they were not even open. They don’t give out cards for messing up your drinks or even for waiting long times when there should be no wait..it’s just not worth it. I’d rather drive on the other side of town, to ensure I enjoy what I spend my money on. Convenience isn’t always distance. 🤷🏿‍♀️

    The coffee was great. Our barista seemed overwhelmed and exhausted. Evidently the location had a super busy (crazy?!) morning from the looks of things... Tables needed a good wipe down, floor needed sweeping, napkins and straw papers strewn randomly about the place. The staff just can't keep up.

    Playing too much behind the counter. Possibly could get more orders out faster if they were a little more focused. Atmosphere is okay but the yelling back n forth about things that have nothing to do with work was a bit much. I know they’re just having a little fun to make time pass but it was too loud.

    If you don’t get anything else from this review, know that their drinks are the worst here. Watered down. That’s not the case for the one off Lindbergh, so it must just be poor quality drinks at this location. I wanted us to have something nice. But, there are those who will ruin nice things for our area. Everyone is short staffed. This location is short staffed ALL the time. Short staffed, it’s dirty, and most of the time the people aren’t nice. Though, sometimes you can catch a “Have a nice day”. Do you have time to stop for coffee? NO, not if you stop here. Got in line at 10:53am with 4 cars in front of me. I would tell you when I finally got my order, but I’m still waiting at 11:17am. Oh and did I mention I pre-ordered about 30 min from now? Just last week I ordered a Frap with no Whip and almond milk. I wait 20 min for it to have whip— though it said “no whip” on the sticker of the drink that has whip. I ask for it to be re-made. I’m lactose. She cops an attitude makes it right away and it’s so watered down it taste like Carmel water. Why get upset with me because you didn’t do your job properly? I’m used to this. When I go I just make sure I have a hour to spare. The only thing that surprises me is that they’re about a 4.0 rating currently. #MindBlown

    This is the first time I have ever had an awesome experience in the drive thru at a Starbucks. The barista, Chris, was super chill and gave great recommendations when they were out of the drink I wanted. They need more employees like him.

    Not a coffee drinker, but I had giftcards to use. I got two different breakfast sandwiches. They were small and tasted horrible. I couldn't even finish eating either one. I definitely would not recommend their breakfast sandwiches. TWO THUMBS DOWN!

    Idk what happened to this location or maybe the employees have changed to ones that really don’t care, but it has gone downhill. Everybody has an attitude, it takes 30 mins to get your drink made and then when you get it it’s not done right & it’s watered down. Like, you took all that time, gave me attitude, and a messed up drink? Please close down for proper training and try again.

    The workers were absolutely lovely, but my espresso was burnt. My red eye tasted like volcanic rock, even with add-on cream. I didn't have the heart to tell them. My cold drink was perfection, so maybe it was the machine?

    The absolute slowest and most disorganized Starbucks I've ever been to. I think they need to hire more people, or something. I think I'll just skip morning coffee, instead of being late because i waited 20 minutes for my online order, every time! Edit: now they aren't even taking online orders. Just close the store, already. Pathetic.

    I decided to stop by this Starbucks before heading back to my hometown and I had the worst experience I have ever had at any Starbucks. There were 6 people on the clock and visible but only 3 people actually working. Nobody acknowledged that I was there and they just kept having their own side conversations. What HORRIBLE customer service!!!!

    This place is disgusting trash was on the floor behind the counter where they prepare food and drinks I normally use drive thru My first time in dinner one of the barista came from the back and stepped over paper towels and other nasty stuff that was on the floor I decided to continue to use the drive thru pulled up at window three barista was standing around talking looked at me act like she didn't notice me the other barista noticed me when one of them tried to make it seem like she didn't want to take my money stared at me rolling her eyes I addressed her about the situation she told me don't come back so I'm writing this review on the disgusting service I received keep a look out for the rudeness and disrespectful service!

    The worst customer service, waited in drive thru for 10-15 min before taking my order then told me to hold again in the middle of taking my order ending with then not having what’s needed to make the drink

    They said " we have no white chocolate for mochas" I'm from WA this is not how Starbucks operates. I was not offered anything for the inability to make my drink

    The customer service is wonderful but this location just isn't quick or efficient. I appreciate that these baristas come into work every day and do what they need to do, but Starbucks as a company clearly doesn't care about this location and should really focus on better time management skills if you're going to charge people so much for a coffee that isn't worth a 20-40 minute wait.

    Visited Saturday May 21, 2022. When making purchase, upon swiping card, machine said error as if card was not processed. So my boyfriend used his card and machine said same thing. At least that's what the clerk said. As of this morning, we find that we both were charged the $25.97. At the very least, the location at West Florissant owes us $25.97 because we were CHARGED twice for one order - all because their credit processing machine kept saying error. Specifically the clerk said we were not charged.

    On this particular visit recently we decided we needed some protein so egg whites sandwich swiss cheese no condiments..sandwiches needed something just like cool whip for taste Qtrip had everything next door and if a little pepper and strawberry jam did it for us....Drinks were satisfying!
