Room were good. Staff is very cooperative & attentive. Pet Friendly. Hygiene was missing in dining area. Lots of flies and one was also found in Sambhar. We informed, but no one bother to take look also. Swimming pool should have also dress code and shower around to take bath before and after. People were swimming in their regular clothes.

Good and decent place to stay as resturant and couple of tourist places are close by, but there is no lift facility so bit difficult for elderly people. Their pool is quite good but didn't find any other activities to do. Overall that's a decent place to stay with your family and friends. But a bit pricey just for a room without any view or any other facilities at room. Note: no extra pillow provided if you have requested for an extra bed 😉

This is really a good place to stay with friends and family. .group stays should be preferred. I liked their swimming pool it was very clean and we booked duplex cottage it was too good and clean. Service was very nice.

As per the price rooms are not luxrious. Deluxe rooms are very expensive but not clean. Complementory tooth brush, tooth paste not available. There is no hot water in geyser on second day. Hot water provided in bucket. Staff is very cooperative and humble. Food Quality is good. For complementory Breakfast can add more items. Overall average experience.

The staff was very kind and polite. Suggestion for the hotel to begin with is to work on hygiene part cause when we entered the room they had a weird smell nothing unbearable but the rooms need more air ventilation, in addition to we found a cockroach in upper room of the delux hotel room. Also work on your toilet flushes and geyser's cause the water takes alot of time to get warm. Swimming pool had bugs and flies. Regular maintenance is required for swimming pool. Excellent location, great place to stay with family, nice breakfast menu everything was served fresh. Parking they let you park just outside the hotel which is very safe and has a security guard.

Good resort for family, Friends, as well as corporate project events and outing @ Mahabaleshwar. Rooms are very good & clean. Food quality is also good. Staff is very polite and active.

This place serves the most delicious food that you will ever eat. It's clean and hygienic. Pool was clean. Location is great too. Perfect for vacation. Room service and overall service was great too.

Good place for staying and enjoying with friends, clean swimming pool, they have very nice food. spa is a bit expensive if compared to the place. Would recommend it to all the friends and family.
