I have been there multiple times for eyebrow threading. But this time I went for nails. First and foremost, they were charging way too much, which would still be acceptable if their services were worth it. Unfortunately, they did a really terrible job. There was no precision, and the nail tech seemed like she was doing it for the first time. When I pointed out the issues, she countered by claiming that it was my first time getting my nails done! It was so bad and ungroomed that I had to pay another visit the next day. She did try to make it better but failed, and she apologized, accepting that she had forgotten to put the cuticle oil. If you zoom-in in the pics you'll see how ungroomed it looks. I'm really disappointed. I would rather call Urban Company and get my nails done at home than visit this place, spend a hefty amount of money, and end up disappointed by their pathetic services.

KainChi is an unassuming salon with great service and affordable pricing. I happened to be here during a leisure visit to get a Detan and Pedicure done. I was really impressed with the service, they folks are professionally trained, polite and get the job done without speaking a lot. A special shoutout to Revathi, she was kind to check if the service was good and satisfactory. A total professional! I would highly recommend this place if you are not going for all frills but looking for a salon with good pricing and service. Thanks a lot!

This was my second visit for hair colour at Kainchi Hair Salon and I was truly happy with the service, professionalism and dedication delivered by Niraj and Salman. Both the stylists are aware of the job and do a great job at ensuring customer's comfort and safety until the very end of the service. I recommend the duo for any styling and colouring services.

I felt the charges are exorbitant. I got a clean 0 trim for which I was charged 400. Please ask before u take a haircut. However, I had no issues in service. But definitely not worth 400 for a clean 0 trim

I had an issue with how my nails were done but the owner was nice enough to acknowledge it requested me to revisit their salon. They got a senior employee to do my nails this time and it came out AMAZING. Jaspreet is really great with nails I have to say. Also I was offered a complimentary pedicure which indeed uplifted my mood.Will sure revisit again.

Their service is great. Kritika is so accomodating and on top of managing everything, from clients to staff, all at once. I have got my hair done from them and I can't ever go to anyone else. Their priority is customer satisfaction and that is the best thing, this also makes their services good. Neeraj has done a great job with my highlights. They also always have some crazy offers running all the time. Highly recommnded!

Visited here for hair smoothening. The hair dresser did a great job. Deducting one star for the rates. Called in prior visit, informed about my hair length and they said 5k. On reaching it was 7.5k. Had to negotiate.

Extremely pathetic experience. Extremely unhygienic place with unprofessional staff. While staf is chatter box and keep talking continuously without paying proper attention over services. They will treat you well only if you go there wearing branded clothes. I went for a facial for which they charged me 1500/- for 35mins with no proper message and they kept a mask and leave me unattended for almost 25 mins while I had told them earlier that I have to leave early. After calling them several times this lady removed pack and left half on my face only. When I asked for tissue paper she handed me a dirty used slightly wet hand towel. I didn't use the towel at all and left the place. I will never recommend anyone to visit here. Don't pay high amount for such below average services and moreover these people don't respect their customers. I would have give -5stars if option available. Better goto Bombay salon, or little hair which is right across the street and provide excellent service in almost same cost. Moreover, once you post the review with actual facts, these frauds will never accept that you had visited to their salon. They will give a response saying that they do not have your record in visiters list. And you will notice that they have mentioned same reply under many actual review posts. I challenge these frauds to display their visitors register in public if they think they are saying the truth.

I would not advise visiting this salon. Despite several attempts, I consistently left dissatisfied with either my hair or beard services. The salon's practice of frequently moving clients between chairs and barbers contributes to bad experience.
