This was earlier known as Brand Factory. Ground Floor - Women's Indian Wear 1st Floor - Women's Western Wear, Kids Section and Cash Counter 2nd to 4th Floor - Men's wear. Wide range of variety in Clothing, Jewellery, Accessories, Shoes, etc. We only had a bad experience while billing was that the one shirt from 'Cool Colors' did not have a price tag. They couldn't do anything about it and we couldn't buy that shirt. In many sections we found that only 1 single piece of product was there and not even size options were available.

Well , its Rebranded Brand Factory as Fashion Factory. With their all old known famous Offers buy 2 get 3 and so many options. Must visit.Also you can get so many offers here.

Not all brands here are well known. Brands available on the Ajio website are also available here. The Collection is decent. Offers are available every day. You will require time to go through the entire collection of apparel, so the minimum time spent here is one hour. Equivalent to Brand Factory.

Went to get some clothes for my maid. Pathetic service given by staff. The staffs are busy gossiping and also saw a staff carrying a tiffin and eating with her colleagues and hiding the tiffin away between a pile of clothes.

We have visited here on weekends. They have offer sale going on. We spend 3 hrs and go to cash counter for bill payments. But they have only 2 cash counter in entire 4 floor mall. And the queue is very big so we couldn't do payments. But put our bags over their only. Very disappointed 😞. Need to add extra cash counter desk on every floor.

I recently visited here, and I must say, I was impressed with the selection and quality of clothing available. Not sure what rating to provide. There are all brands present but after discount prices are same as original price. So discount is fake. Also, the billing machine shows different amounts as self experienced.

Extremely poor customer experience. You hardly get the size you are looking for in clothes or shoes. The discounts are also just not worth it. Customer service is absolutely non-existent. I was shopping for shoes and about twice I had to walk right up to the lift to ask for help because the staff was busy gossiping there. It's only when I asked for the manager's name that one of them showed some interest in helping. And this happened even though there was hardly anyone in the store, so it wasn't as though they were tending to other customers. In fact, one of them said that their shift was over and not willing to help. Wow, what a wonderful customer experience. Good luck competing with other stores and malls around the city.

On 9/12/2023 many people suffered in billing line... because of server down..no one helps us out ....all suffered for atleast 3 - 4 hours....they are not keeping backup also...so I suggest u while going to shop..plz be patient....they waste Lotz of time and no senior person to help... senior citizens...kids all suffered...very worst experience in billing 👎😡

It has a good variety for options in clothing. The only setback I felt was the unavailability of inhouse tailor for altering the clothes if needed. They should have one.
