Lab testings are good however Doctors are never on time. Went to collect report and doctor consultation but had to wait for a very long time. Dr. Sameer Sabat (consulting Dr) had left during the day time to do some personal errands. Not professional at all.

We visited for the precautionary dose for COVID vaccine and thrilled to see the behaviour of reception staffs, such an amazing gesture and welcome. Really Apollo has preserved the gems by hiring and training such staffs. Delighted as a customer and such behaviour pulled more business for this clinic as I decided to go with my multiple body fitness and other tests here only.

Clinic is well polished and furnished and cleaned.... . Staff is too friendly and helpful..they always try to solve all problems quickly ... I had a beautiful experience with this clinic . Dental department is very good. I had a very good experience with Vanita sister ...she was supportive and helpfull she guided me for everything. Staff is so kind and supportive .

I have visited here for precaution Covaxin dose. & Experienced that apollo Nigdi have Very polite & Experienced vaccination staff. Very smooth & speedy process. The Nurse has first confirmed the vaccine by showing vaccine bottle & batch number 👍. The breathing instructions by nurse helped to reduce the needle penetration feeling. Overall Perfect management. Thank you apollo for such fast service ✌️✌️

Today I visited this place for my annual check up under corporate plan via Progno. The place is congested. Reception staff is not courteous. Systems are poor and lack of clear communication.Availability of qualified staff is limited and it takes your day to finish few tests. I came at 8:30 and it’s 14:00 hrs and still waiting for more than 2 hrs for doctor to arrive for my 2 D Echo test. Overall very disappointing experience.

I was here for annual health checkup sponsored through company. You need to reach early as usually on saturdays there is rush. The processes are pre defined and they follow it one by one. They stopped providing breakfast. You will receive sms to view reports online. How ever you can visit to them after 3 days to collect. I would suggest to call them before going to collect the report. They do have covid vaccination facility. Physiotherapy lady was very rude and my suggestion would be to avoid her. Rest were all friendly and helpful. Front desk ladies, keep on judging you however do their work so not much of concerning issue. Dr sameer is friendly and helpful with consultation. Overall its a good center with enough facility to have your annual checkup.

Try to avoid Saturday Sunday. (Refer my pic) Somehow they are managing people. And also whenever staff instruct to go for another test please check with them twice thrice or record it other wise they will not remember further and they will deny. Make sure to check your list of tests and do it accordingly.

I went here for complete body checkup. Staff are very co ordinating. In respect to crowd management there is scope for improvement. Consulting doctors available timings are quite shorter, as they not available for complete day. In summary good for check up. Good staff!!

Very professional. Well behaved, well trained and customer oriented staff. They handle the rush in morning hours very nicely. Cleanliness is good. The doctors attend the patients very nicely. Simply perfect! One star reduced just because of one reason..... Their tie up with a nearby restaurant "pocket idli" for breakfast is a wrong decision. The restaurant is spoiling Apollo Clinic's reputation. Or else I would have given all 5 star for sure.

the receptionist named Sneha has no manners to talk to patients, they just treat us as only we need them they don’t need us. And when asked about the appointment the receptionist in a rude manner answers that she never saw the appointment on her machine. This is very common answer which she gives to anyone. Because she is not attentive at her work.

Extremely basic thing, how can you have a male doctor for mamo sonography. They had not alternative but tried to convince me to get it don't from a male radiologist. The place is crunchy, over crowded. I would a much better experience at Jehangir Wellness at slightly higher cost. Regret coming here.

I love the doctor’s consultation, their care and cure. The only thing I was not very happy was with the attitude of the receptionist and the way they communicate , there is no warmth , no greeting , it was like we were booking a bus ticket . Just a suggestion , receptionists should keep in mind that they should always treat a customer here a patient , the way they themselves like to be treated .We had to pinpoint the second time on the appointment, post which only our billing was done.

Apollo clinic nigadi, doctors might be good. But service is pathetic, they make you wait for 1 hr and they say person is not available to perform the test. It happened with me for USG test. Already I drank too much water and then receptionist is saying person is coming or not coming I can’t say.

Excellent Customer service, was here for corporate health check and found staff very cooperative and punctual, Deepak tole from blood testing was very supportive in attending. Would recommend this to everyone, ensure you are explaining health package and schedule well before visiting.

I alongside my wife ( both senior citizen) visited Apollo clinic, Nigdi for full body check up. We found that Doctors, sisters and other staff members who conducted check/ tests are extremely cooperative, well mannered & helpful especially to senior citizens like us. We found d clinic systematic , neat & clean. We place on record our appreciation.

Visited for general health checkup. The service is quick. They take leas time to complete the process. The Parking space is available next to the clinic.

Very very bad. Doctors are money minded and thoroughly non qualified despite their certificates. Do not even go for general check-up and any suggestions 🙄...don't recommend this hospital very bad experience
