Extremely rude owner. Facility is too far in and location is hard to reach even by map. Was going in circles around the same area for 20 min, while carrying my dead kitten with me. Went there to perform last rites for my kitten. He took rudeness to a whole another level. He was saying I have better work to do rather than waiting for people like you. All the work was being done by his staff only and he did not even have to be there. How can a person be so emotionless and call himself a pet lover/caretaker. I bet all negative reviews are true. I would never take any of my pet (dead or alive) in his facility. Before anyone decides to go to this place first read his responses on all negative reviews, you will see the glimpse of his rudeness. Edit: In the night? You must be seeing US time zone. It was a day time. Dude you don’t have to think of more lies just to satisfy your ego. You asked for live location? How many lies can you come up with? I saw more positive reviews that’s why I came. But after interaction with you I read negatives. May god bless you, you really need someone to tell you how to treat people. And one more thing you only called once, I was already at your place by then. And thanks for providing me your services however rudely it maybe. Seems owners reply got lost after edit. Response from the owner: Ungratefullness at its height! We serve you in the middle of the night, we ask you for your live location and you cant even provide the same. You want to argue on not answering your phone even after providing you the service, I think it would have been much better if we refused serving people like you who are totally ungrateful. If you read all the reviews why did you come to us in the first place?

Horrible place and worst service ever. I wish there was negative ratings. Pet lovers please don’t waste your time and money with these unsavory people. The staff and owner are extremely rude and impolite. They don’t even have basic courtesy to talk. Top of that the owner of the place has a lunatic narcissistic self illusion of being a pet savior. Dude - I don’t know you’re smoking( must be something strong) to have this maniac insane self complex. You don’t have basic courtesy to talk to people and drumbeat of being animal lover. You are NOT. You’re running a business of milking money from unsuspecting pet parents under garb of being animal lover. These duds were on-spot arguing for detailed home address, Id proofs, vaccination certificate etc. They want all my personal details - but won’t guarantee safety of sensitive personal data. I’d called them twice before going - they did not inform any of these over call. Later were creating ruckus on-spot.

First of all, most of your responses say that you are a members-only club. However, we were not informed about the same, and you directly sent us the quote. We had to ask you for regular updates. The videos clearly show our cat being kept in an unclean cage. He came home depressed with rashes on his body. He lost body weight. BTW in the past 20 days, we have had to visit the vet multiple times to make sure he recovers from the trauma he suffered because of you. Now that he is better, I will concentrate all my energy on exposing you no matter how long it takes. I am quoting your lies - "you did not even have the time to visit the facility and see how cats are kept, drop offs were made at your request at odd hours, you really have the audacity to mark us on google without even consulting us, shows how ungrateful you are, it is a pity that i even need to tell you that am awaiting to see you enact your threats!" But other people have complained that they were not allowed in the facility even after visiting. Also, you are asking us to consult before adding a review. Had a very bad experience. First thing I noticed was, d owner of this place behaves very rudely. A person who behaves so badly to a pet parent can also misbehave with their pet. Second thing i noticed is that they are not ready to share any details about themselves. But will ask us to submit all kinds of your documents regarding personal details.(Some of their customers have also accused them of misusing their personal information). This kind of thing is really quite disturbing.Thirdly, their charges are too high and when you try to ask any thing regarding the facilities that they are providing, they refuse to talk about it and they'll ask you to pay them as per their demand and are not even ready to disclose any information about these things. Next thing, its located faraway from the city. Very isolated place. I had to travel 25 kms from my place , it took me 2hrs to get there and when I reached there, the owner got angry with me asking "why did you come so late"?Also he seems to be hiding something. Dont know what. But got a very bad vibe. And the last thing i noticed is that this person has a habit of talking rudely with everyone. You can go through the comments and see it for yourself. He has never apologized to anyone. Instead of improving his services he gets annoyed easily ,uses disrespectful language and starts blaming others for everything. We, people who come to them for their services, are expecting a much good, kind , mature and welcoming response and behaviour from these people..we are conserned about our furry babies.We want these people to take good care of our babies.Thats why we are ready to pay such a huge amount to them, without even giving a second thought. So it is their responsibility to be a little more transparent. I request all the pet owners, pls don't keep your pet here. Your pet is not safe here. Avoiding going there, just after reading the owner replies to the ratings/comments. It doesn't matter if you are right you have to be humble and graceful. But here you are abusing. Just imagine what if those negative ratings are true ? It's a risk to our pets and may be to pet parents also

Pune Pet Park - I have a sunconure bird as pet. I use to drop my pet everytime here, whenever I use to travel out of town. In my experience, one of the times the cage of my bird was never cleaned and on asking them about the same they got angry. My bird after coming from the pet park use to eat as if he never got food there. (I use to provide them with my birds food as well) They use to never return the left over food back to me. The owner Derik was very rude. Once, I wanted to pick up my bird at 10 pm, he denied and said not to come. I was about to drop my bird once in evening at 5 pm, I was denied and told to drop him before 4 pm. Infact, their website do give an option to select timings post 4pm. They should have made changes in their website, as verbally they don’t accept anything. They use to charge always an administration fees, on top of that 250 Rs per day for bird, and also I use to provide my birds food as well. Derik directly told me we don’t want to keep your pet as it is we have enough pets due to Diwali. How unprofessional these people could be. I would post the screenshots of my conversations with them of WhatsApp which proves clearly they never wanted to keep my bird. They have rules and we understand, but you can’t speak to your customers in such an unprofessional and rude tone. Their website should not allow to choose a timing for a pick up if they don’t allow. We use to fill up online forms and clearly mention the drop and pick up timings. They have everything online, after which they use to still not accept it. I would want people who leave their pets there to be careful about the same. This is a high Caution state.

How dare you leak our personal data? You need to be investigated. Our suspicion was true. You are misusing original ID proofs, personal sensitive data which is submitted at your centre. This whole issue arose because you wanted to know our complete address including flat number, wing, building etc and we refused. Now you are criminally misusing personal data Rahul has shared, to stalk him online and snooping about his personal and professional life. You have committed a criminal offence by misusing our personal data and it's a punishable offence under The Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019. Any personal data submitted to business/establishment, if misused by the owner is punishable under this act. In your comment on his post, you've yourself admitted that you misused our personal data submitted to your business. This is a very grave cyber crime offence. Apologize NOW. Refund Rs 1,500 IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise you'll face consequences. Don't test our patience - don't play with fire.

Hunting for a vacation home for my dear pet was ended , when I happened to visit the Pune Pet Park. It was indeed a pleasure to be there. Professionalism at its best, I should say. The animals are cared for with utmost love care n affection.The facilities on offer are commendable, worth the time spent there. Chatted up with Derek who is the owner of the property and ever so cordial. I will have no hesitation to keep my pet there. I recommend this place to all pet lovers. Keep up the good work! Great great place. My dog Phoebe has been going there for stay at least once in a couple of months. She loves it there. Derek is great with dogs and he is a very genuine person. Once you take yearly package its just 500 bucks for a day, which is very economical given everything inclusive. These guys love the dogs that they take, this is very important for me to know if my dog is going to stay with them

Guys dont miss the review by Aniket pradhan. 80% of positive reviews are fake by the owner. Check their profiles. Met Aniket and saw all the proofs of their lies and unprofessionalism. Its heart breaking. Forget about sorry but this man lied and lied and lied some more.

Worst service ! Don't even consider this place for any kind of services.

The place is amazingly huge and when it’s fully ready it will be a fun place for your fur babies (currently all facilities are not ready) We had gone to celebrate my baby boy’s 2nd birthday, he loves swimming. We were met by an extremely friendly gentleman Mr Kevin, he guided us quickly to the clinic where Buzzo was vaccinated and then taken straight to the pool for his fun swim. Buzzo enjoyed every minute in the pool with Kevin keeping him company in the pool, monitoring and engaging him in pool activities. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

It is quite rare to find a good pet boarding for smaller furry friends in Pune. We are glad to have discovered Pune Pet Park for our pet rabbits. Our rabbits were very well taken care of and handled extremely delicately as per the care instructions provided. Both our bunnies were healthy, happy and hygienic in their proper care. They have a spacious and well-equipped facility for different types of pets. The management is very friendly and polite. The process of enrollment, pickup and drop is very easy and only a click away. Highly recommend this 'home away from home' for our furry family members!

Horrible experience....my sincere request to all pet owners...plzzz plzzz plzzz never board your pet with this group...they wont deal personally and over phone...only through the site...and they make sure you will pay...and once you reach there and interact with these people you will then realise you are trapped....am lucky that I visited the place day before i plan to board my oreo there...why i am taking this pain to write an review is for the true pet owners who wish to use this pet park...plzzz never even book...if u book 500 rs gone...take my word...

Place is very nice, they have everything inside the property, location is good and place is big, little expensive than other pet boarding but again its bigger and better than those as well, it would have been amazing if they charged little bit less rest all good...

Derek and his team has managed the place very well. Absolutely no compromise on the quality of the place. Very well maintained . It’s a home away home for my pet. We are at ease when we travel because my pet is been taken care of. And not to mention my pet goes super happily every time we leave him there.

Best place to keep your pets and be at peace. Pets are well taken care of and lots of open space for the pets along with small swimming pool. Update: Ohh, is it! Didn't knew that fact about swimming pool though :)

Its like a vacation resort for your pets and trust me they wont feel like going back home with you the moment they spend a day here. We don't have to think and take tension when we leave our pet family member here and go on a vacation. He/She is well taken care of by Derek sir and his staff. Pune pet park is a flexible and professional establishment for you dog and i would definitely bring my loved puppy back to them. Only downside, the ruffhousing of the dogs is visible. But I know he his kept well and looked after with many dog interaction and even a pool. Its really great

Jake and Marie simply love this place. @ 4 and 7 they have been so accommodative with the other breeds. I just so can’t believe it. Eric spends quality time with them. I even have a pic of them swimming with him in an amazing and well kept pool. I have had devastating experiences with separate boarding places in the past, so gathering a lot of courage in my heart I approached them to board my 6 year old boy for 4 days. Since this was my first time with them Derek the owner constantly kept in touch with me to let me know that things were fine with my boy. His pick up and drop was smoothly done too without any hassle. Highly professional team. Above all when Buddy (my dog) came back home he acted just like his regular days without any anxiety or anger! Finally found a place I can trust ❤️

I have cats and dog as my furry friend, I visited this place before boarding my three sweethearts❤️, and I must say to see human caring dog, cats just like human has touched by heart. After I get my pets from boarding I will definitely write the review. This place provides lots of positivity even to pet owners who visits there...keeping pets is now no worry, we can always keep our furry friends there in case we go for vacation.. I don't want to say anything on rates as for me my friends should be happy and healthy, that is what it means to me Thanks Mr Derek for assured care.... I will definitely like to do some volunteer service if available and granted.

Pune pet park is an amazing place which offers a lot of services which one couldn’t dream of for their pets. My fur baby is so happy each and everytime he visits the park. Way to go Derik and team!!!!

After my cat returned home he had a terrible skin infection and was in a bad condition. We thought we were gonna lose him, however, somehow he survived. He was kept in terrible and unhygienic condition. We wouldn't recommend anyone sending their pets to Pune Pet Park. We will take necessary action!

We left our puppy here for almost 6 months. When we left him, we were really worried. But he got adjusted there like it's his own home. They send you a video of your pet often, they keep you updated with everything which your pet is into. And also our pet loved their swimming session. They made us calm when we were really worried. This hostel is a blessing for pet owners. Have availed services from them many times and was reasonably satisfied with them.

They have a great aviary to keep birds. Along with that they have a great air conditioned kennel to keep dogs.

I am a cat owner. It was bit struggle to find daycare for cats . After much research found this place. Petpark is saviour . The place is very vast and spacious. They have separate sections for each animals. Yes they have section for birds too. For Dogs, they have swimming pool too . My cat is very happy when he goes there on weekends or long holidays. And yes the owner Derek is very polite and helpful and understands our pets needs. Will recommend the place to all pet owners

This place is a Haven for dogs and other pets that visit and stay there. A swimming pool that is maintained with more hygienic concerns than many human pools do. Dogs have ample place to run around and exercise. The management is fabulous and straight forward which leaves nothing to be concerned about when your pet is boarded there. Beautiful and a Fabulous place that every pet must be given an opportunity to experience.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Pune pet park for my dog's stay, and I must say it was far from satisfactory. The owner's rude behavior and frequent use of abusive language left me deeply disappointed. From the moment I stepped in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority. The owner's abrasive attitude created a hostile environment, making it uncomfortable for both pets and their owners. Communication was a major issue; the owner's lack of professionalism was apparent in every interaction. Instead of addressing concerns with courtesy, they chose to resort to offensive language, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. I strongly advise pet owners to explore alternative options for their furry friends, as the negative experience at Pune pet park outweighs any potential benefits. A pet-friendly environment should extend to both animals and their owners, and unfortunately, this establishment falls short in that regard. In conclusion, my stay at Pune pet park was marred by the owner's disrespectful behavior, and I cannot recommend this hostel to anyone seeking a positive and caring environment for their pets.
