Booked an appointment for Sonography for next day. Received a confirmation call and a follow-up call on the day of appointment. Staff is well aware of all the process facility looked well equipped clean and well maintained. Doctor who did the sonography was also nice she gave atleast primary info of what's there in the reports and what can be done next. Over all a very good experience. I spend ₹1500 for Sonography test

Though Dr Mishra is good but the staff dose not give correct time for appointment . Waiting time is more than an hour. The reception is rude and will not tell you correct timmings. So be careful once you plan your visit with timings.

My mom is taking his medicines and prescription since last 6 months and result is so good. We’ve tried so many hospitals before vitalife but the results of Dr. Monish Chhabra are so effective. No empathy for patients... i had been there with a prior appointment of Dr Munish Chabra... Dr timing is 6 pm to 7 pm... 7:30 when enquired about Dr the approached him and informed me that Dr is still on Ravet and cannot make it.. There were other aged patients waiting for dr before me and they were yet to get an appointment.. I would not suggest this clinic to anybody as this is sheer waste of time and money.. The staff later messaged me there was emergency which was an utter lie... not sure if the doctor was lying or the staff..

It is too much expensive unnecessarily. Consultancy charges are high, which are Rs 800, even neuro surgeon doesn't charge that high. Follow up fee is also Rs 600, within a week. They say follow up is free within 3 days, but generally Doctor gives medicine for 1 week. I suggest better go and see same Doctor somewhere else, maybe in his/her own clinic. I don't suggest to go for this clinic.

As per doctor's advice I have visited Vitalife clinic for dressing. I was surprised that they did the whole process in a few minutes. Sometimes you feel like you have to wait for a long time, but that was not the case here. My dressing has done by sister Karisma she has done very well. All the nursing staff including the billing desk are also very polite and cooperative.

Dr Dheeraj Mishra is excellent ENT Doctor. The way he handles the patient is very good. When i visited for consultation, I saw many patients standing for his appointment. I have visited Vita life Pimple Saudagar 3rd time, and I must say that the management from 2020-2021has been pathetic, they are not taking care of the appointments and patients. The staff is not trained about appointments and they make people wait for 1.5 hrs after confirming that the appointment is in few mins. The staff is also not ready to accept there mistakes and not showing any empathy. The lady at the reception has been not even kind to say, I will adjust if it was staff mistake for your kid, never would like to visit any Vita life clinics

They are looting the people and they don't care about the patient and administration woman don't have way to talk.Doctor was not there so I asked sister what is my ECG report but all they discussed and refused to tell. People may die due to this kind of behaviour. They only care about money.worst people.Worst experience.

The consultancy is good, Dr. Is also supportive, but the management is very worst. I booked appointment for 12-20 to Dr. Mishra and my number came @ 4 pm. Very very worst time management. In the second visit also I booked for 1-40 pm and as per my previous experience, I visited 2-30 but still I had to wait for another 2-3 hrs. Hope this #vitalife team can improve thr management system

I visited Vitalife for a simple request of changing a dressing for a surgery I had someplace else. While it’s natural to wait and I was expecting that I would be asked to wait around, I was pleasantly surprised that the entire process took less than a few minutes. Not just once, I’ve been there multiple times, and each time they’ve been courteous with the timing and service. The place is clean and hygenic and the doctors and nurses seem like experts.
