The billing is terrible. They did not provide a proper bill for the transaction. The transaction process is not clear and they gave wrong bills, multiple times and are not providing correct bill for the exact transaction. Even after 15 days of the purchase, they called again and asked for more as the bill provided at the time was wrong according to them. They promised the correct bill later, but they took too much time and when the bill arrived, it was again wrong. The person who handled our purchase was Sheetal. Very Disappointed and troubled by the experience.

Visited Tanishq for wedding collection. We got unique designer. The sales executive Pushpa was very patient and showed us almost 30 different designer. He very patiently showed all the varieties.Sometimes he insisted on seeing some more products. Also Mr Manas was also very very polite and cooperative. Even though the Aundh outlet is near our house but still we prefer to go to Kothrud.
