Had the best experience at the resort! Room size was small compared to others but the service, the staff, the hospitality, the ambience, the food taste, the property all was top notch! Had my best 3 days staycation here with my wife. The most important thing I liked about them was their service towards the customer! We had our 11 month old baby with us and we ask them to make our baby food! We gave them our baby food material and in 15 minutes they served it hot. We were worried about our baby but they did a fantastic job by taking care of it. Thank you so much. Will come soon.

Very nice location and very nice property but little costlier room charges. Food was average. Swimming pool has no slope in depth for kids.

I had a wonderful experience at the Tranquil resort. Every staff member I encountered, were delightful and eager to help! Place is Kid friendly, have good Pool, Spa, Play area for kids, Bonfire area, also have Gazebo which you can get decorated for special celebration.

Beautiful small resort. Limited rooms. They have a pool and spa. No other fancy amenities. A well maintained lawn in the center where one can play badminton if the wind permits. Badi and other small game equipment is provided. Very good staff. Food is ok...cud be better. Rooms are nice, the bed is too cushiony some may like while others won't. Good place to take family.

The resort is an awesome stay close to Mahabaleshwar main market. They have excellent rooms and the service is also great. The food at the restaurant is very tasty and affordable

After reading great reviews booked this resort. Rooms are in very bad shape. We book highest category suite room. AC is not working whole day and my family suffered whole day with out AC. Other suite room AC also not working and those guys are also complaining with me. Food is ok ok. Breakfast is like most 2 star hotels. Location is good but charging over 12k and not even bothered by service. In garden huts people are drinking and shouting disturbing others. They are paying me thousand bucks for AC not working by Mr. Praveen which I refused as I want service not money. Mr.Sanjay gave me other for second day stay which is small room but atleast AC is working. This is my last time in this resort/hotel will switch to some other resort. Money minded owner doesn't care for service.

The property is a small cozy area built with all functional amenities. We visited with our dog, booked a cottage n to our relief his meals were taken care off! This wud hv been a 5* rating only if the bed size was big n if it was not too soft.. Special mention to our server Sunil Doiphode who handled our requests promptly n with a smile!! We stayed at this property for two days, the very first day we checked in late, the AC was not working, we were shifted to the suit room which was worst then our premier room. The second day we were committed that the AC will be repaired and our room was shifted back to the same room.We came back in the evening and the AC was again not working they had nothing to do just to say sorry, we slept in that very room.The hotel staff and manager had nothing to do just to say SORRY. Never trust the management

The food I tried was really fresh and even the quality and quantity was up to the mark. The staff was incredibly friendly and also suggested which one will be better to order as per our liking and taste. The rooms are very spacious. No disturbance from staff end. Breakfast was fabulous. We stayed at The Tranquil resort for 2 days, and our experience was just excellent! We came to enjoy nature and spend time in a peaceful and lush environment. It was our first stay with my family in Tranquil Resort and Spa. We really had a great time staying there. Clean and well maintained rooms, food is very good and top of everything service is very good. Hotel staffs are very courteous and cooperative. Very good ambience and nice place to relax with family and friends. I would recommend others stay, value for money.

I stayed at this place in Feb 2023. Liked the overall experience and service. They have a good swimming pool and gym. Maybe the taste of the food can be improved a bit rest all good. Will visit again.

We stayed at Tranquil Resort & Spa for 2 nights, viz. 24 & 25 Aug. Everything was near perfect... well maintained rooms, courteous staff, great food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tranquil.

It was delightful stay.The rooms are well maintained,clean , a lawn to relax, the plus point is that it's close to the market area.The staffs are very helpful both at the desk n at the restaurant. The staff Pandurang from the restaurant was kind. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Had visited this hotel for a short stay of 1 day in the 1st week of April. It's a beautiful property with really amazing staff and very friendly team. The stay was great and we were treated well. I really can't recollect the restaurant servers name but I'm sure whoever visit will never forget his face. He is such a amazing man with a smile on his face 24/7, his service is just wow and he really makes your experience worthwhile. We checked in on the ground level 02, spacious room for a family of 4 (with kid) along with a decent size balcony. The breakfast buffet is not a large spread but decent enough to fill your stomach. Would request the management to wash the strawberries prior placing it on buffet. I was really disappointed with just that experience. Coming to the hotel area!! They have a play area for kids (it's not maintained well too much dust and spiders) but if you speak to the management they can get it done. I had requested them to get the Tranpoline cleaned which was done. They have a beautiful garden area with patio's and hammocks. Additionally they have a spa which is good and quite comforting the Nepali girl was really good. The pool area is also good but we didn't get time to swim, only drawback is that you need to go down near the spa area and that area looks scary as there are some gaps near steps which is not properly covered so if a kid is around you need to be extra cautious. Overall a good property hence rated a 4 star.

Our was a one night stay (23-24 April), 2 deluxe rooms. Was a bit skeptical initially as we were visiting for the first time. Happy to inform the hospitality, ambience, cleanliness, food and resort area and location were first class... we all enjoyed a lot and had a great time and experience... Will definitely visit against and recommend it...

The rooms are good but way more than they are worth. Food is ok to taste. Location is very easy and near market. Rooms are good but a bit overpriced according to me. The most disappointing thing was even after charging 7k for a night per room, they could not accommodate smallest request. We requested to arrange for candlelight dinner as going out was impossible due to heavy non seasonal rain. But all they told us was order and pay in room. We had to drag table and chair in room and order food to arrange and eat it. It was very outrageous that they can't make a small thing happen. We were not asking for free of charge or any special place other than our room. Even after having pleasant atmosphere it was disappointing experience.

Planned a trip with family and kids below 1 year. Awesome enviornment, good hospitality, awesome food. Booked two cottages clean and good house keeping services too..Sightseeing packages are also available. Overall we enjoyed our stay for the weekend....

We had booked a 4 night stay in Tranquil resort, Mahabaleshwar. Before we departed we had connected with Mr. Bapu who was very sweet and helpful. We informed him that we were looking to enjoy bonfire in the evenings. He was readily helpful and informed us not to worry. When we arrived at the resort, all the hotel staff were very helpful and curious and took care of every little thing. we had a very pleasant stay. The food at the restaurant was pretty decent and tasty. All in all the stay was splendid and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Well situation small resort. Rooms are well maintained and service is very good. Recommended for family for sure. Food quality is very good, staff is courteous. We went when occupancy was low so we could enjoy walk in-around lawn, Sitout area. My kid enjoyed his stay very much. if they can cover kids playpark with roof that will awesome. Location is very good, place is quite and close to nature.Would visit back in winter sometime in future.

The best decision we made was to stay here. Amazing experience. Staff - 10/10 Very friendly staff, very helpful and always a great smile on the faces. Location - 10/10 Just 5 minutes from the main market. Quiet and peaceful. Food -10/10 The food was very delicious. The taste was very good. Cleanliness -10/10 The rooms were very clean. If you happen to call the housekeeping for any assistance they are more then happy to do that for you and come quickly.

I recently visited this resort. One of the best place to visit in Mahabaleshwar. I could say I experienced peace of mind staying here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Spa centre is great too. The mentor is very specialised. The quality of the food is good and tasty. I had 20 months old baby with me. But i must say the staff helped me in and out to take care of my little one. They use to make food for my baby as per my request. The location and Staff gave us the homely treatment. The experience of staying in cottage rooms was quiet different. Due to heavy rains we were unable to visit near by places. So I recommend to have some in door activities to kids and adults if possible. Otherwise resort is flawless. Thank you staff for every pleasent gesture you'll showed towards us.

We stayed in Tranquil on the last week of Aug 2022. I just saw this place one time in the internet and selected purely based on the review and I was not disappointed. Staff: 5/5: super friendly and helpful and courteous, I really say they all deserve a 5 stars including security people. I appreciate management to have such wonderfull staff. The person who explained the rooms details and kitchen staff who co ordinated are best with smiling face. Keep up the same service. Location : 5/5: From my view its calm place located close to market center and all places. People who want to spend time without outside disturbance should chose this. Rooms and resort:4/5 We took deluxe room which had a nice balcony and spacious. Only suggestion is please put a hand shower or jet in washroom also and keep extra water bottles. The pool was not well maintained should be ok considering weather as it was not used. Lawn and garden area is good.. Overall its a very nice cozy and silent place. Food: 4/5 We had dinner here and biriyani was not that great I did tell the same to staff and they were so very much courteous to take suggestion and improve and they didnt include charges for that. Morning breakfast was good its not buffet but evry item was good, especially idly, omlette and tea were very nice. Overall very nice place. I do recommend. If you get any deals for the booking its super duper worth it.

One of the well maintained property at Mahabaleshwar the famous hillstation of Maharashtra. It has 26 well equipped rooms/cottages with big party lawn and swimming pool. Restaurant here serves both veg and non veg food that too a mouth watering delicacies.

It’s a good small resort. Staff is friendly and attentive. We went during Christmas week and rates were too high. I felt it’s not worth that much. Breakfast is good and location is convenient and close to main market. Wilson point is very close from here.

Tranquil is the perfect place to getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The property is perfectly located, minutes from all the activities and markets. The staff are beyond gracious and ever willing to serve you. The quality and variety of the food is excellent. Come and check this gem out for yourself!

They give saty with breakfast package. But, they do nothing but make us fool. Because, first of all they take a very high room rent and moreover, for dinner you will be compelled to have it there since there is not that good restaurants nearby and the rate of food is too much high here and the amount served and quality of food is not up to the mark of that excessive high rate. So, ultimately they are charging for the breakfast also. Seems, that the owner spends the money only for the decoration of the exterior and not for the quality of food.

Negative review, worst experience. On last Friday 28th Oct, we went through very bad experience of Tranquil resort & spa at Mahableshwar. Story as below: We booked this resort by calling the receiption office around Mid September in diwali vacation for two days 28th and 29th Oct. We paid 50% amount and received confirmation. We started from Satara on 28th morning and informed reception office that we will be reaching by 12 or so and that time we got shocking response that there is no booking for us. We thought it might be some issue and we can sort it when we reach the resort. We reachd the resort at 12.30 and when checked with reception, they informed that the person with whom we did all the bookings expired suddenly and he has not made any booking in their register. We argued and showed the confirmation we have received, to which they said the software is new and the entire staff is new. We escalated to manager and he said sorry to us and said we will book in similar resort. He and his team started calling resort owners but since it was diwali vacation, no hotel was available. By this time, it was around 1.30PM and we all including kids were very hungy. They have not shown any curtacy to offer us lunch or water or anything. We were very angry and manager told that Brightland resort has the vacancy. He gave his person with us and we went to this resort. This resort is almost towards other side of Tranquil resort & spa. When we went there, they said there is no vacany at all. It was now almost 2.30PM without food. Then they took us to another resort in the market but we did not like it and finally we settled down at Rajesh hotel. While we finished all the formalities, it was around 4PM and then we had food. Entire day and trip wasted due to Tranquil resort & spa. We would never visit this resort and alerting others as well.
