    {"0":"Wonderful little spot for authentic Cayman food at very reasonable prices. Great conch fritters with a nice kick. Had read great reviews of their Coconut Curry Grouper and it did not disappoint! We also had Garlic Shrimp, Chicken Soup and the Brac Attack Bluff Burger. We shared all the food between four of us. The burger was sooo good we discussed getting two more since 1\/4 was just not enough! This burger has real heat, which we all love. Maybe when we pass that way again!","2":["0","238"]}

    Pictured is the Coconut Curry Grouper with Rice and Beans. It was delicious. Be mindful though, the area gets pretty hot although it's screened in. Make sure you're hydrated!

    A wonderful local spot with a ‘dining room’ that consists exclusively of a large screened patio. Excellent food, friendly locals, and very helpful staff. One of the better meals we had on the island.

    {"0":"Local cuisine ~ super fresh! We loved the Monday Cayman Style Grouper special. Got it grilled instead of fried and it was perfect. Don\u2019t let the basic vibes throw you off, it\u2019s a gem!","2":["0","183"]}

    {"0":"Great little gem. We arrived just before a steady stream of people and it was great. Very unassuming, but a great screened in area that was clean with great food! The delicious smells catch you as you enter and extend into your meal. We had the Cajun chicken and bbq chicken, as well as a piece of key lime pie. It was all well cooked and nicely presented. Really enjoyed this stop.","2":["0","240"]}

    We were disappointed in the food. Cayman style Grouper was fairly heavily battered and deep fried and then had some sauteed Peppers &Onions added, the fish lacked texture and flavor. The stewed Chicken & Dumplings tasted and looked like it was cooked in a dark sauce rather then gently stewed. All in all not what were used to from the Caboose Kitchen.

    {"0":"Delicious local food from local people in a super cute hut. It has 12 tables and plenty of fans. Bar next door provides you the island beverages you need.","2":["0","154"]}

    Food was fantastic and service amazing. Curry grouper was delicious as was the conch fritters, marinated conch, coconut shrimp and Pernod shrimp. Excellent value for money. We'll be back if we can squeeze it in!

    The food was fantastic! The curry grouper was exceptional. Coconut shrimp had a sweet chili sauce with nice and subtle kick. Fritters were creamy inside with great flavor. Everything was good, with great prices. Don’t pass this up when you are on the north side of the island!

    The Caboose came highly recommended by a local guide and I can see why. Great fresh fish at great prices in a laid back atmosphere. Don't miss the coconut curry grouper!

    The food here is amazing and the locals like this place soooo that tells me it’s legit with the flavors I’m tasting. The service could be a little friendlier but it could just be me used to Americanism. Other than that I rate this place a 12/15. Price is reasonable for what they have do remember if you’re buying in usd it’s going to be more than the prices you see!

    This might have been the most delicious meal we had on Grand Cayman! So simple but fantastic flavors. Even if we stay on Seven Mile Beach we’ll drive to The Caboose!

    Stop on your way to or from Rum Point! We went twice and had the same meals it was that good. We had the coconut curry grouper and (jerk) chicken wrap. Yum wish we had time for another meal. Quick service too. Dine-in is in a screened tent with fans.

    {"0":"Dined here in hopes of trying authentic Cayman Island cuisine. The food did not disappoint! We ordered the Cayman Style Grouper and The Cayman Style Beef as well as Conch Fritters. All tasted amazing! The service was average with servers not being very welcoming, however they did provide adequate service. We finished our meal with Key Lime pie which was amazing! Overall, this is true Cayman food but the atmosphere may not be for everyone! We will be back!","2":["0","237"]}

    Probably the best meal I got on the island - simple, quiet and non-fussy place. I got the cayman style grouper - rice, potatoes, fish - everything was delicious!

    It was a reasonable place for lunch. My burger was so-so but fries were very good, crispy and cooked in fresh oil. Friend had curry which he said was very good, it smelled good to me. The bread for grilled cheese was done well but the cheese wasn't melted which was very odd.
