Rooms are good and clean, but room service is not up to mark. -They will only provide one pair of sleepers while 2 of us were staying. -Fir basic items like coffee is not available in room. -They will not provide you with utensils if you bring food from outside. In short Hotel is good but services are not.

We stayed at Tripli Hotels Stone House Cottages for 2 nights and I would rate this as my best stay amongst many reasons: 1. Location: Best location as its 3 to 4 km away from main city…away from crowd and noise but provides fascinating views from rooms and balconies. 2. Hotel Reception staff is very polite and good. When we went there they come to the car and take our bag to the room. We requested to give a RO water instead of mineral water & they charge nothing. 3. Food: I would say that their chef is excellent and food was very tasty (breakfast) and price is little bit high. Restaurant staff was always smiling and very courteous. 4. Rooms: It’s a new property so rooms are very clean, beautiful, spacious and offer amazing views from balconies. 5. Housekeeping: Very nice staff and keep premises very clean and offers all help as needed They offer good suggestions for sightseeing and offers some packages but never push for them. 6. Parking : Hotel is 50 m From the main road. The way is little bit tight. Small car like I20 are comfortably gone in parking but if we talk about suv it's harder to park. Hotel parking is deeper when we come outside the hotel from the car it's high chance of hitting the car from bottom so they have to work on it. 7. Price : We booked the hotel from agoda for suite with balcony 2 nights at very reasonable price 2038 rupees with all inclusive (Tax and Fee). 8. One thing is missing is lift but the staff is friendly so don't worry about it. Overall it was a hassle free stay and we were all happy with food and their hospitality. One should go ahead and book their stay here and they will not be disappointed

It was a pleasant experience for me. I booked it through agoda and oh, it was a great choice. Turned out to be super neat, hygienic and view from the balcony was mesmerising. Service was nice, staff was courteous as well. Overall good experience.

One of the best stay I had in some time . This is the best value for money stay I found in manali . The service is great the receptionist bunty is great guy . The service staff in restuarant is good as well . You get rental bikes from here from a good guy named Alam. He is good . The food is good . Choose their breakfast buffet which is 150 per person .it's kind of worthy. But only thing I won't recommend is do not use their laundry service. Bcs it's not machine wash .your clothes will be ruined. Rest everything is great .

Hotel room is very good, but service was pathetic. I asked water bottle and they provide me after 2 days. They dont have basic coffee an stuff in there room.

Very comfortable stay and a good clean fresh room. Staff wise is also kind and supportive. I personally recommend, please try once.
