Extremely disappointed !! No cleanliness, washroom was getting flooded with water, soiled bed sheets, defective electric kettle. Charges were exhorbitant ..7000 Rs for two adults for one night stay without complimentary breakfast. It should be blackisted from the list of hotels recommended under VIT .

I once stayed in this hotel. They asked me to pay during check-in itself. After that they gave me a room. They provided me a room with two single beds. For single person. They didn't inform this before booking. An old guy around 50's was in reception. When I called him and asked for single queen bed, he said it was not available. They find our emergency situation and try to chear us. Such a worst guys are working there. Be careful before you check-in, get all the details you required.

Rooms were clean and good long ago. I have stayed twice in the last month. Very smelly pillows and No hot water. When booked online, they have given non-window rooms. I request the team to please take care and give your best on maintenance. Hopefully you can rectify in future. Looking forward to staying again.

Room was good. Just that it did not have windows at all. That was a bit surprising. Room was neat. Bathroom was clean but had hardwater stains. Drivable distance from Vellore CMC.

This is not good hotel if you expect a decent morning breakfast. All food cold and very poor quality. Complementary breakfast standard is 1/10. Room space and clean 9/10. For People check in night halt and check out early morning this is good place.

Overall, a decent experience, thought just for a day/overnight... would've preferred an in-house restaurant giving the option of ordering typical 'room service'. Location is bang on the highway...about 4-5 kms away from the centre/hub of the city...

The location of the hotel is away from the centre of the city. Room service is poor. If someone asks for room service or house keeping they take at least 30 to 40 minutes to respond. Breakfast is complementary but if you need tea or something you have to order from their restaurant and tea is served in disposable plastic glasses 😞😞.

The cleanliness in each room was good. The hospitality given to our guests were also excellent. There is no parking issues. It is located in the highway itself. The total stay was comfortable

The rooms were very well maintained, staff are very friendly and cooperative, complimentary breakfast is tasty. In last one year I visited this place 4 times. Looks like, this is going to be my regular halt from next visit. Parking facility is available. Hope they maintain it.

Good place to stay. Neat and nicely maintained. Good and tasty food with great hospitality. No amenities though.. but would recommend if wanted to stay for visiting nearby places.

Place was good accessible and on the highway so for ones travelling by car can locate easily, a little distance from Sripuram temple, but good location there is a good restaurant next to it pure Veg and famous for both Indian varities. Rooms were neat and got help with extra bed.good enough for a 2 day stay.

Overall the hotel is at right location, brillant rooms..need to segragate smoking and non smoking and AC noise and light to be checked..

Clean and neat rooms. Best stay. Loved the service. This is little distant from vellore new busstand, you have to take auto they charge 100-200 rs.

Helpful staff…wanted to watch a live match on TV instead of phone…they activated the tv pack for that channel,Ofcourse its not much cz i paid 2.6k for room but most hotels wont do that,they will just say some excuse… Kailash parbath restaurant downstairs has good food

Excellent hotel, room very clean, staff behavior is very good, I have been coming to Vellore for 5 years, got the first pleasant experience from the hotel facility, I would like to come here again.

Hotel is nice but maintenance is zero. Rooms are good for bachelors or drinks party but not for families.. Rooms are full of mosquitoes and cigar smell. Bathrooms are not at all clean. Food is worst, unable to eat one full idly also.

Had a two-days stay here, i must say that rhe experience was pleasant. Hotel staff were very caring and warm. The restaurant named "Kailash Parbat" served awsome food, the service was par excellence. Manoj the restaurant manager deserves a special mention here.. Highly recommend anyone who is coming here should stay here!👍🏼

Very good location next to the Chennai-Bengaluru expressway. Room was very good, neat and clean. Food at the Kailasha restaurant was excellent.

Nice place to stay for patients visiting CMC cardiac center, which is few blocks away. Highly benefits the patients. If patient specific diet is provided, it will be very useful.

Decent stay. Service was okayish. The room service restaurant (Kailash Prabhat) doesn't have a south indian menu which was a bummer. Also, for the price of 2k+ per room the rooms provided didn't have a view and not even a window to get an outside view which was a bummer as well. Apart from these the rooms were fine.

Really enjoyed my stay for two days in Aloka. The staff were very receptive to my needs and promptly responded to my request for a change in room. Real value for money. Sri.Suresh, one of the founding partners is extremely kind and took personal care of my well-being during the stay. Checked in on 20th April 2022. The room tariff is 2800. Which is high in comparison to any metro or tier 2 cities for the rooms being provided. 1st room provided was puffed with cigarette. Got an alternate room. In the evening there too much of power fluctuations. Usually it’s understandable. The hotel boasts they are charging 6000 per night in some season. The genset/ ups didn’t work properly as well in the day time with multiple cuts. The AC in the middle of the night stops working on its own even though there was no power disruption. Such hotels with same facilities in BLR or AMD or MAA charge only 2K. Rooms are clean which seems to be the only positive factor.

It was difficult to find the car parking basement because security guards were missing when we arrived. Lift facility available. The room was spacious. Bathroom was not clean. Intercom was useless for restaurant service. Outside food allowed. Basement was smelly and full of mosquitoes.

Had a pleasant stay. Hygenically maintained and the ambience is very comfortable. Parking space is too less, gets congested when the hotel is full with guests arriving in their own vehicle.

The Room was great very nice and comfy... I really enjoyed the stay but the only one thing I didn't like it was the food.. it's actually expensive food but it was not worth it... Poori was cold and Idli was so bad they didn't even have the white chutney also... Otherwise everything was good

The hotel Aloka Stay Inn is located 10 kms away from VIT,Vellore,TN,India. By transport say car,rickshaw it takes 25mins to reach the destination ie VIT ,Vellore. Hotel provides breakfast only with the stay. Service during breakfast needs to be improved. In Hotel , the rooms ,toilets facilities are good. Hot water pot,Coffee sache ,creamer sachet, Towels,comb,brush are provided by the hotel.

Little high price, Complimentary breakfast not so good & located in sathuvacherry little far from Busstand comfort for the passenger who travelled from Chennai in own vehicle.

Prices are a bit on high side considering the amenities provided in the room. Room size is good. Toilets need some upkeep. Breakfast options are limited, but decent. Indoor parking facility available.

Ambience, location, and service good. Rooms are nice and spacious. Had to ask them to change the sheets and pillow covers as they hadn't changed before handing over to new guests. I would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Over all stay is good. Breakfast will be severed in the room unless they had a reasonable occupancy in the hotel. Non-veg food not available in the hotel but we can order it from outside.

I had a comfortable stay Alok stay inn. I stayed one night in 303 on 28..morning complimentary tiffin also good, The Checking in and check out was smooth, rooms and Toilets were pretty much clean, the towels were clean, parking no problem,

The staff were friendly and helpful,The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. The service is bad. There was no staff to help us pick our luggage up. Hotel filled with musquitoes. They don't provide repellent until asked for it. Room service is bad. There were hair on bed and bathrooms left uncleaned even after asking for better room cleaning.

The room was good. The bathroom was dirty and there is scope for cleanliness. Please take into consideration. The breakfast options could have been better.

Excellent restaurant with yummy food and very fast service. But, the rooms are average with very small external window and fake curtain for the entire wall. Otherwise, rooms are reasonably clean with good water. Hence rated 3 ⭐

Clean Rooms and Good service. Will definitely recommend for families !!! I was travelling with family ( with 9 month old kid)from Chennai to bangalore. Due to heavy traffic, had to take room at late night in vellore. Hence booked in last moment. I had apprehensions initially in staying , but proved me wrong. 1. Very good Rooms. Spacious and clean. 2. The receptionist was very courteous. Ours was late night check in. ( 11:45 PM). They gave us rooms within 5 mins. 3. Big rooms. Neat washroom. Provided with toiletries. 4. Breakfast (served in rooms) was simple and tasty. They provided portions of Poori masala, Idli, Vada and coffee. It was tasty and neatly given in tray. 5. Checkout was again simple. Took max. 5 mins. 6. Price ( paid 2800 Rs for double room) little higher side. But rooms are spacious. Hence, not complaining. 6. The have Car parking facility ( Open) On the whole, I would definitely recommend this place especially for families. It's a neat and clean one.

Following aspects may please be taken care of:- 1. Providing morning filter coffee or tea from restaurant will be beneficial. Coffee/tea bags provided will not compensate for the freshly brewed items. 2. Hot water from shower was at less pressure and quantity. Needs to be improved. 3. Health faucet water pressure was very high. This may please be rectified.
