    Disappointing! We ordered a pizza at about 7:15 in the evening via the app. The order went in fine, but the time indicated for it to be ready was almost one and a half hours (on a Monday no less). So we waited. After an hour, we went to pick it up. When we arrived the app still indicated that it would be ready in about 25 minutes, but when I tapped the "I'm here" button, the pizza came out to curbside pickup immediately. When we got home and opened the box, it was obvious that the pizza had been ready much earlier. It was cold, hard, and pretty disgusting. So, what happened; why did the app say the pizza wasn't ready when it apparently was? Why had we paid $25+ for a piece cardboard? Pizza Hut should be able to do much better. The rating gets two stars because we were hungry and ate it anyway, but it is last take out from Pizza Hut. Fortunately for us, Papa John's is right next door!

    The manager Taylor was a pleasure to speak to. I had a pizza that was prepared incorrectly. Upon reaching out to her, she immediately had another pizza delivered within 20 mins time. There are other pizza places around but none of them can compare to the quickness and quality of the product that comes from this store. I want to thank Taylor for her expedient attention to her customers. People like her is how you obtain repeat business.

    We tried the new “Melt” today. One All Meat and one Chicken. Both were good. It could easily be shared by two people. This is just a delivery/pickup store with no place to eat. The staff is nice and the food quality is good.

    This has to be the worst pizza delivery i have ever ordered from. Please do not waste your money. Service is terrible, food comes cold and no sauce on the Pizza. Had to go to the store to get a refund because the phone at the store was never answered.

    I used to order from this location often and never had any issues! But the past several times have been awful. We won’t be using this location anymore. Example today I order one pizza and the delivery time was 2:15 almost 3 comes around and no pizza so I called and the guy had an attitude and went on about how they only have one driver.. we’ll this seems to be a reoccurring issue here.. he didn’t seem to care what so ever! Needless to say it was FINALLY delivered 2 hours late and cold! Tonight I decided to finally use the reward for a free pizza got home and there is a BABY ROACH on the pizza! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Do yourselves a favor and don’t order from this location!

    We ordered 5 pizzas and 2 orders of bread sticks on 12/03/23 to be delivered at our home. The order took well over an hour plus. As we are in the Christmas season we gave driver 20.00 tip. Anyway, when we got everything to the kitchen we realized we were missing 2 pizzas. The pizza we did have was cold. We tried to call several times and no answer finally we tried option 3 and someone answered and put us on hold waiting for manager after a long period decided to hang up. We contacted the main complaint site and finally got a response , said they apologized and the store responsible would contact us within 3 days. We were not contacted, I wrote back and told them I wasn’t contacted, I haven’t had a response from either main complaint contact or store to resolve our order. We will not be ordering from Pizza Hut in future. With all the pizza choices in this our area we can do without a business that doesn’t care about customers or giving the customers what they paid for.

    I honesty have avoided this location for several years due to poor and slow service. I decided to roll the dice the other day and was very surprised. Not only was I greeted (which has never happened before), but my order was actually ready and pretty good. The friendly older black lady working completely changed my experience. While I am still leary bout this PH delivering my food in a timely manner, my carry out experience has brought back another customer.

    Bad. Horrible. Garbage. Ordered food on the app. Waited for 15 minutes past the “delivery time”, tried to call. No answer. Called 4 times. Finally was able to talk to someone, a supervisor. Supervisor had me on the phone for 20 minutes waiting to talk to a manager. Supervisor came back and said the location is closed for delivery. I was never notified and I was charged. Horrible experience. Do better.

    Our pizza took 1.5 hours to be delivered. Tracking said it left the location 45 min prior to our food was delivered. Our food was cold. Customer service was horrible when I notified them about our order

    Horrible. Three hours late on my daughter’s birthday. 3 hours! What a joke. Manager said she cared after 2 hours, knew it was a birthday delivery…. and then I got a DoorDash alert that the delivery would be over an hour after I called her. I realize low quality service is de rigeur with pizza chains these days. But this one (and the Little Caesar’s near it) is horrific. From now on I will only order from Bulldog’s — a fine local place. They are slow, but honest, and not 3 hours slow. Or at least Dominos on Rayford — they’re clean and care. Bye Pizza Hut! As the kid in Sandlot said, FOR-EV-ER. You don’t mess with my kid’s birthday.
