Its
totally
waste
of
our
money
and
the
management
is
not
good
enough
for
handling
the
customers.
We
guys
initially
called
to
the
reception
guy
and
asked
about
the
room
price
,
location
and
other
details.
He
said
there
will
be
2
bed
and
it
cost
around
2000
rs,
So
we
decided
to
send
the
room
video
and
location
details.
He
sent
one
video
to
us
,
in
that
video
the
room
is
so
good
and
well
maintained.
Literally
we
booked
the
room
(
Paid
the
advance
)
in
call
and
later
we
visited
to
that
place
we
shocked
about
the
room
condition
and
then
we
decided
to
talk
with
owner
of
the
cottage.
Because
they
provided
the
room
for
us
is
receptionist
guy
room
(
Whatever
in
that
video
initially
they
provided
is
now
totally
changed
),
the
room
is
so
pathetic
like
TV
is
not
working
,
Wire
socket
is
outside
of
switch
box
,
Bed
is
not
clean
enough
and
so
many.
We
immediately
called
to
the
owner
(
Owner
is
not
in
this
area
,
I
think
he
is
sitting
in
some
other
location)
and
the
owner
knows
all
those
things
before
that,
He
told
all
the
rooms
are
booked
and
we
have
only
this
room
as
of
now.
We
literally
flighted
many
times
with
him
for
the
room
arrangements
and
all.
The
owner
is
taking
advantage
of
the
season
timing
and
charging
high,
which
is
not
fair.
As
much
one
business
unethical
they'll
lose
the
double.
Later
the
owner
saying
to
us
,
we
have
1
bed
with
cost
of
1000
rs
of
and
if
you
want
you
can
take
it
(
After
shouted
many
times
to
him
).
The
owner
is
too
business
oriented
and
money
minded.
And
the
time
is
around
10
or
11
PM
that
time
and
we
don't
have
time
as
well
as
no
other
nearby
rooms
in
this
location.
So
we
decided
to
take
that
room
and
checked
in.
Next
day
owe
immediately
checked
out
of
this
hotel
and
never
turned
back.
