A great gym with great staff if you need help they are there to help you with anything and they make you feel comfortable 5 stars from me

been going to the gym 20 plus year and it's a friendly place. the lad who now has it is helpful on bodybuilding and boxing. his first love is boxing, he doesn't allow bullying. or drug dealer in the place. they are made unwelcome so go along and have work out all are made welcome

As a local Independent buisness I admire anyone else who also takes it upon themself to do so as well, Luke is an amazing hard worker in every aspect of fitness you can produce and the atmosphere he has created in the gym is 10/10 along with the equipment I'd recommend anyone to support a local gym like Luke has here over any commercial gym!

Fantastic gym in Ashton under Lyne centre - close to Ashton train station it has lots of great weightlifting equipment and machines that you’d struggle to find in most commercial or chain gyms. Plenty of supplements, drinks and snacks on offer at the counter too!

An old school gym with a different approach, I wouldn’t train or PT anywhere else. Any equipment you need in a gym you’ll find at International with constant additions and improvements being made. What makes it stand out above others is the atmosphere and how Luke is always looking to ensure people feel welcome. If you want results in the gym whether it be through training, having a PT or getting a plan to follow, then get yourself to International and speak to Luke 💪

I’ve been a member at international for years and I’m not even the most local to Ashton! Willingly and happily drive over 30 minutes for this gym as the equipment, staff and atmosphere are 10/10. Everyone is welcome to come train no matter your starting point or goal!

Been training at this gym now for long enough to say, it’s a very welcoming enjoyable environment for trainers of all levels. Luke is extremely friendly and opening always on hand to help customers however he can. He takes pride in getting the best equipment he can and providing great prices and services for members. Best gym in Ashton-Under-Lyne! International has a tonne of great bodybuilding equipment you wouldn’t find in a commercial chain gym and a great team of personal trainers and coaches. Has a dedicated cardio room and dumbbell room, I never struggle to get into a piece of equipment that I need even in peak times it’s never too busy
