My daughter and I had an amazing experience doing treatments with Winnie and Kristen! They make my daughter and I feel comfortable and secure throughout the plentiful treatment. Their teamwork and efficiency are impressive, and they always ensure our physical comfort. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking a positive and reassuring treatment experience!

Had an awesome experience at Ideal Image in South Tampa. I was very nervous as I was having a procedure done that I hadn't done before. The staff made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. I love my results as well.

I received cool sculpting treatment at this location. The cost was over $5000 for several areas. I kept asking them if there was no change to the areas of my body, what would be the solution as this is a FIVE THOUSAND DOLLAR + procedure. Everyone from the staff to the admin that did my paperwork claimed they would “work with me to find a solution” so I would be satisfied. After conducting post imaging I found there to be minimal or no changes to my areas. Their response was to argue there was changes and offer me to pay more in order to try the procedure again! Very much do not recommended them.

Winnie, Kristen, and Shelly did such a good job with my treatment! They made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. Lauren and Blair at the front desk were so friendly and helped me feel welcome! Definitely coming back.

I got Botox with Winnie and am SO happy with the results! She’s gentle and made it painless. She was so helpful in deciding how many units to get along with other services I was interested in. Lauren works at the front desk and was so friendly and welcoming. She also gave me helpful info on other services which I appreciated. 10/10 recommend the Tampa location for results and excellent customer service!

This company does not inform its customers that they have a 2 year window to use your package you buy. Will not use this company again, it's frustrating they sign you up for certain amount of sessions and the fine print they don't tell you about is its planned so you can't get scheduled to finish. Thanks but no thanks for stealing hard earned money and scamming people, will not go back for next ones and will be sharing

This is about my 4th session for my underarms, bikini and upper lips and the results are amazing! Winnie was the technician that helped me today and honestly I love her! She made my session so smooth and fast I didn’t even feel a thing !

Upon walking in, the entire faculty was extremely clean, the two ladies at the front desk immediately greeted me with smiles, and were so friendly upon exit as well. My laser hair removal tech was extremely knowledgeable, and would frequently check to make sure I was doing okay during the appointment. At the end she even took off the white pencil marks for me and put aloe on all the treated areas!! I almost can’t wait for my next appointment lol.
