It's a very nice place to stay for families. It's spacious so we weren't on top of each other, and the fact that everyone had their own bed was a definite plus. Although the oven hadn't been cleaned after the previous renter, having a full kitchen helped us save on food because we were able to cook instead of buying fast food the entire vacation. My only complaint would be the smell of urine near the coach. I understand pets are allowed but maybe they should designate a certain floor or maybe certain rooms for people with pets.

Came down on a trip with a booked bnb. The bnb got canceled last second and we had nowhere to stay. Traci, Lyndon, and David worked thier butts off to get us a place to stay on Memorial Day weekend. Rooms are amazing and spacious with a kitchen, sitting room and patio. I can't say enough good things about the staff and accommodations. AMAZING!!!!

We were stranded on Memorial Day weekend. Air B and B had cancelled. Found 1 night on a travel website. MGMT. went on to find 4 additionsl days for us. Saved our lives! They will write songs about you guys!

The condo is very nice...upscale! Cleaning service provided and you have a washer&dryer. The resort is huge so please remember your way around. It has a nice balcony with an ash tray ready for the cigar smokers. Staff super friendly. It would be a 5 star if it was on the beach or in walking distance of one. Other than that it is a beautiful place.

The staff are wonderful. They go out of their way to accommodate your stay. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom fully furnished condo is very spacious and clean. There is so many things to keep you active from their huge pool, kids water play area, inflatable water slide, pavilions, restaurants, gym and golf. Its located in a very nice area and walking distance to various shops and restaurants.

My mom and I recently spent a month at Emerld Green Resort during her medical treatment at Moffitt. Everything about our stay was first rate. The condo was very nice and exceeded all of our expectations. It was clean, roomy and provided all the comforts of a home away from home. I would also like to acknowledge and thank the friendly and helpful staff. JR, Tracy and David went above and beyond to make our experience five stars (and then some!). We look forward to staying at Emerald Green soon.

Nice quiet condo with plenty of room for families to spread out. Within range for a short drive to Busch Gardens

We recently rented a two bedroom condo at Emerald Greens Resort for two weeks and could not be happier. The apartment was spacious, clean and fully furnished. There was room service on a daily basis and all the service staff was wonderful. They always helped with whatever we needed and kept the place very clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay somewhere spacious, clean and comfortable.

Great location to go to Bush Gardens, Zoo, etc. Several restaurants and grocery stores are nearby for shopping. Manager is very nice and helpful. Nice pool and splash pad. Would be nice to have the pool decks cleaned at night to remove bark, leaves and such. Only items in room were the coffee pot, which had coffee grounds spilled in it, and the master shower had no shelf or place to sit a bar of soap or shampoo. You have to put it on the floor. We did find a soap dish on the vanity sink so we put that in the back corner of the shower to place a bar of soap. The beds are very comfortable, it was quiet and our room was spacious and nicely decorated. Thank you for a great vacation stay!

Such a great experience working with Dean Baker. He was very kind and helpful when I needed to make changes to our stay based on my sister's schedule at Moffitt. The condos are spacious, clean and comfortable and the grounds are also beautiful. A great location, close to grocery, shopping and major roads. Definitely an excellent place for long-term stays! Hope to come back!

My boyfriend's family lives there and we visit all the time. His family has never had anything negative to say about Emerald Greens. Very nice & clean outside and inside. The concierge that was on the 2nd floor, he's not there anymore but he was very nice. He took the time to actually talk to us whenever we saw him. Very polite and very personable.

Our jaws dropped when we first got to our place. Higher end finishings, very spacious, and quiet. The balcony overlooked a splash pad and a large pool. Everything was quite clean, smelled nice. Would absolutely recommend!!

My family and I stayed for a week here and it was great! The location was amazing, and amenities were fantastic. All of the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend!

Lone elevator didn't work. Mom in walker with 6" metal rod deteriorating in her back had to walk up and down stairs for hair and makeup. (We were there for our wedding) 2nd shower in room didn't work so 2 brides maids couldn't shower in time. There was almost never anyone at the desk past 5pm or weekends. (They left a sign with a number to call the AGM if anything was needed) The bed was INCREDIBLY lumpy. We slept for about 3 hours and headed home for a 4 hour nap in our own bed. It must have been more than 10 years old. Id apologize for being cruel in this review, but for how much this place charged us to stay close to our wedding venue, and what we received for that charge, was criminal. DONT STAY HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.
