It took this location over *four weeks* to get my very basic, single vision glasses order to me. I ordered Transitions Amethyst, but I got Transitions grey. I picked up my glasses again last week, and they're still grey not purple. It's also still not my correct Rx, it was supposed to be remade to my previous Rx. I give up. Very poor service, with the exception of Dr. Spelich. Their Optometrist is attentive, professional, and detail oriented. *****You can always see their Dr, then take your Rx somewhere else, or order your own glasses online!***** I had to keep calling them, to check in my own order, as opposed to someone there proactively notifying me. Additionally, they fired the store manager, Fred at this location, and he was the only employee that seemed to know what they were doing. Overall, a chaotic, unprofessional and disorganized office. Recommend taking your business to an independent eye care provider rather than a big box chain.

I went in for an eye exam and selecting new glasses about 3 1/2 weeks ago and it was a nice experience with both the doctor that did the exam and the staff that help me pick out glasses. I was told my glasses would be in two weeks. After 2 1/2 weeks I called and I was told they would be in on Wednesday or Thursday. It’s now 3 1/2 weeks I’ve left two voice messages and two text messages and no response and no word on my glasses. Which started out to be a really good experience is now an experience I would not recommend to anyone. Go somewhere else! I am revising my review since talking to Fred who is the new manager. He gets “customer service “ and since working through issues with him I am more confident in Pearle’s ability to deliver quality. Thanks Fred!

For those of you that don’t like to read a lot of details, just stop here.....GO TO THIS LOCATION (Park Ave, Seminole City Center )YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!! .... So, I finally decided to get a pair of glasses, mostly for night driving and movie watching. I only need a slight distance RX and have been getting by for decades without glasses. Needless to say I was a newbie to the process. I shopped all over the area, probably at least 6/7 stores. Talked to many professionals, but kept coming back here! Alex and the gang have the most amazing amount of patience!! After trying on at least 40 frames, and loving the 30 day guarantee (can return for full refund for ANY reason...meaning if I couldn’t get used to wearing the glasses I could get a full refund!!) I wanted to have my distance RX as well as readers put in the lens (I learned this was called progressives). This was a bit of a challenge for me to get used to. I needed the line (invisible) moved a bit, then I needed it moved again. The staff was MORE than accommodating when it came to getting these just right for me. Always always so professional and so pleasant. I was in the store an embarrassingly large amount of times yet they never made me feel awkward or uncomfortable! They just wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new glasses. I LOVE THEM!! I have told absolutely everybody about this place and these people...AWESOME! Thank you Alex and everybody there that helped me, I very much appreciate everything you did for me!

Great customer service at this location! All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Even the doctor is really nice too! I don't mind coming here because they are so welcoming. It makes shopping for glasses, eye exam or getting fitted for contacts not so much of a chore, more of a friendly visit with friends. I can't say enough good things about these people. I also like that the doctor seems to have the latest technology for testing your eyes. I especially liked the machine that takes a picture of your retina and you can see on the screen what it looks like. He takes the time to show you the picture and explains what you're looking at and what the health status is of each component of your eye that is in the picture. All in all a great experience. I am a repeat customer! :)

My family and I have come here for two rounds of glasses and contacts. Two years ago I spent a lot of money and bought a pair of glasses with the scratch resistant lenses. They lasted me those two years without a scratch. About 3 months ago we went back and got our replacement scripts and new glasses. Once again, I spent the extra money on the scratch resistant lenses and they already have a scratch on them right where I look down to read. When I returned to have Pearle Vision fix it I was told I would have to buy all new lenses because I don’t have the “extra protection plan” on the lenses. I have taken the same care with these new glasses as the old ones and they scratched. Despite the fact that I spent EXTRA money to have SCRATCH RESISTANT they offer NO warranty or guarantee even after only 3 months. This store refused to do anything to fix it other than telling me I have to spend more money to buy all new lenses. So BUYER BEWARE when they sell you the “scratch resistant” lenses. You’re spending extra money for nothing. I spent a ton of money here on myself, my husband and 3 of my 7 kids in the last couple of years. You would think that would matter! I will be taking ALL of our future eye exams and optical needs back to Visionworks!

The customer service at this location is beyond awesome. They did everything they could to give me my glasses in a quick manner due to time restraints. Alex is a rockstar and she is great at what she does! I would recommend this location to everyone.

I'm used to going to a more traditional doctors office type setting for eye exams and I was initially concerned that the focus would be on selling eyewear and contacts and the exam portion was just an assembly line function to grab sales. I am willing to admit that this assumption was wrong. Brandon contacted me ahead of my appointment to prepare for my visit. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building and did not have to wait long at all to begin the exam. I am not a 20/20 in both eyes patient and Dr. Wexler was very thorough in his examination even of my 'hopeless' eye. He took the time to learn the efforts made in the past to help my vision and really worked at honing in my prescription to work well for me. The exam process seemed no different here than it had been in other offices. Out on the floor, Korina, my consultant, provided very attentive service by making sure I understood all of the options available to me. She was upfront about all the costs associated with my new glasses and even took the time to make sure I understood the warranty available. Finally, the store itself is well organized, comfortable, and clean. They are quick to greet everyone who comes through the door. I recommend this Pearle Vision location.

So I wanted to share a great experience I had with this awesome team. We rushed down here from Indiana to enjoy the holiday. And when I woke up the next morning realized I didn’t have my contacts. So it being a long holiday weekend, my eye doctors office wasn’t until Tuesday. I called a local Walmart and they said to have them fax a copy to them from my eye doctors office. They called me back and said nope they don’t have it and I need to try some one else. A bit rude when I ask for any ideas. But that’s for another review. So when I called this Pearl Vision. The experience was so different. Sasha did a great job getting with my doctor and making sure they had my contacts waiting on us. As soon as I walked in a nice gentlemen named Eric made sure that as soon as we walked in we were helped. And Sara and Mia finished getting my contacts to me. That I have to say we’re waiting on me at the counter. And they even opened a room up for me so I could put them in. So if your in the siminole area needing any eye care. Please don’t go any where but here. I truly think you won’t regret the experience. I own two companies and love to witness happy, gainfully employed team mates.

Staff was very helpful, kind, and professional. I was explained to the entire time about what to expect and given directions during each procedure. We have been customers since they opened, trying to keep local business profitable, my wife went in because she had a grain of sand in her eye, she was told that they were all booked up and she would have to make an appointment for the next day. I told her to go across the street to there competition Enhanced Eye Care, and they said if she didn't mind waiting they would take care of her. She waited and sure enough it was a grain of sand. She was so happy and thanked them so much. Now if our regular eye center Pearle Vision would have done this I would not be writing this review. If this was my business I would make sure that all my customers were taken care of, no matter if we were booked up. I understand that people want to go home at a certain time, but the customer should always come first. It is obvious that this particular Pearle vision care more about going home, and not the concerns of there loyal customers. We will be moving our business.

Was very attended to and initially the time to wait for my actual glasses took a three weeks. Went back last week to get a lens fixed and it was a 100% better experience. Emma and Fred took amazing care of me and expedient return to get glasses back.

By far the absolute best eye care facility around! Clean, welcoming location, plenty of in stock options, and the staff cannot be beat as far as attention to detail and their obvious desire to help their patients/customers! I will be back and bringing the family with me!

After having a very rough day, I rushed out for my eye appointment at a new-to-me place. Each of the 3 women at Pearl Vision-Seminole turned my day around through their kindness, sincerity and all-around great customer service. This office was fantastic from start to finish. They worked in my eye exam for the same day, they were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Plus, the fabulous staff have a great sense of humor. If I could give them 3 thumbs up, I would, but then that might get a little weird so 2 enthusiastic thumbs up it is!

Emma provided me with several options and the best savings through our insurance company. She then took the time to thoroughly review the order and proof read each line item. Dr. Spelich is AMAZING!! I was wearing my trial pair of contacts and noticing I could not make out street signs (like 14th St) until I was on top of the sign. I called and they had me come in for a Contact Fit appointment. We tried another pair and then she double checked if again to see if another pair would make everything sharper and another change in the left eye and I am set. She was super DILIGENT and PATIENT, I can see so much better now and don't need readers to make out the computer screen.

My first time here and I will never go to another eye DR. I was referred by Kyana, I had no wait at all they immediately got me in the staff was amazing and helped me pick out the perfect glasses. The DR was very knowledgeable and educational on the readings of my eyes, because she was concerned about my nerve upon looking at my eyes she screened them to make sure it was nothing serious at no charge to me. I can truly say she loves what she does and has an amazing optical staff , thank you ladies !

I had an eye exam today, something I have put off for ten years. My experience was fabulous. The technician was so pleasant and answered all my questions. Dr.Megha was the best. So informative and friendly. The two ladies that helped me with my glasses were just awesome. They were so honest in helping me choose my frames. I highly recommend this office/store for all your eye care needs as you find the staff exceptional.

I had SUCH a great experience here. I've got a little bit of white coat syndrome but Dr Quo was absolutely lovely to work with and put me right at ease. The exam took only a few minutes but then she stayed and sat with me answering all of my questions and taking the time to make sure I understood everything. In one word, it felt so REFRESHING compared to other medical experiences in my past. Will definitely be coming back again a year from now.

My visit was AMAZING! I've been to several different vision providers and this place blows them out of the water! Marissa got me right in and was so nice. I was happy to hear the dreaded machine the blows air into your eye is a different one now, so much better! The Dr Spelich was also very pleasant and didn't make me feel rushed at all. She took time to answer all my questions and all their newer equipment made the exam better than any I've ever had. Tamra the assistant manager helped me try on an embarrassing amount of frames with great patience because they are very meticulous about sanitizing every frame for covid precaution. With her suggestions I ended up with a frame I would have never even though of on my own that I'm in love with. Highly recommend!!!!

Needed a new prescription and glasses. All staff members were pleasant and helpful. Thorough and professionally conducted eye exam. Found frames I liked at a reasonable price and good price on the lenses. Will use Pearl Vision again, much better than my experiences with Lens Crafters.

I was having a terrible day dealing with other eyewear locations and was sent to Pearle Vision in Seminole,I couldn't believe how nice everyone was. Tamra was exceptional in her service and went above and beyond researching my insurance plan to make sure I left happy and with the glasses I wanted. I highly recommend if you need eyewear you will be glad to visit this location.

Exam was great. Everyone was nice. I was told the glasses would arrive in 7-10 days. Over 2 weeks from when I was told that they haven't arrived. When I call now they want to blame my insurance. Very unsatisfied with the service and fulfillment. I would recommend somewhere else.

I'm on only my second year of wearing glasses and this Pearle location has been nothing but a positive experience for me. Dr Spelich has a great energy to her and spent the time to answer and explain every single question I had about different lense types and options that would be best for me. I felt very comfortable that I was getting the attention and care I needed. For me, the real stars of the show are the sales associate especially Daniela. She had a world of patience while I was going through the array of frames and being very indecisive. For my second pair I had to go with a multifocal and decided to try traditional bifocals. They didn't work for me while driving at night and when I came in to change them for progressives, her patience and customer service was just as exemplary as my previous encounters with her. It might sound silly to be this impressed with someone doing their job but customer service is a dying art and Daniela is excellent at it. Making people feel welcome and a priority is how a company can create and maintain a loyal customer. I hope upper management and corporate headquarters recognize and value the team they have at this location.

My exam was smooth and easy; Tamra was ready and waiting when I walked out of the exam to help me with all my insurance questions and to get me fitted in the perfect pair of glasses. She was knowledgeable about all the insurance “ins and outs” so I could maximize my benefits! This is the third pair of glasses I’ve purchased from this store/location. 5 star service!

My wife scheduled my appointment for me and I received a text message to remind me of the appointment. I sat down and was waiting for the Doctor for my eye exam. I was told I needed to reschedule my appointment? Because it was not confirmed. The appointment was made for me 5 days ago not months ago. I own a medical practice myself I wouldn’t send a patient away for an unconfirmed appointment. At least they could have tried to fit me in or the girl up front could have apologized and been more accommodating rather than blaming me for not confirming. Disappointed

This place is great. They saw me on time for an eye exam. No waiting at all. The staff and doctor both asked me if i had any questions and wanted to make sure i understood everything. When i went to pick out lenses the lady there was awesome. Very attentive and explained everything. I ended up buying Flex On frames as she had mentioned the durability of the frames. Just an all around great experience. I would highly recommend this place.

I was on vacation visiting from Ohio when one of my contacts tore. Not only did they offer to call and get my prescription from my Ohio office for me, but they called to inform me of the status along the way until it was resolved. They genuinely cared about my dilemma and were able to get me set up with a trial pair and I was able to enjoy the rest of my visit. I was so pleased with the service here! They went above and beyond!

Such an awesome location, staff, and selection. We brought our 6 month old with us and the staff was so accommodating to her shrills and laughs and were so hospitable. I was checked in and seen immediately by the doctor. We were in and out and they were so fun in helping select my lenses and help me leave feeling confident and beautiful... even with a messy bun and workout clothes! Thank you! I would recommend them again and again! I even got my glasses within a week of my appointment and got them adjusted and was out the door within five minutes. You guys rock!

She answered all my questions and provided such helpful information. The prices are very reasonable as well! The staff is extremely friendly and professional.

I've been coming to this Pearle Vision location at Seminole City Center for a number of years now. Dr. Christina Spelich is a fantastic optometrist. She makes you feel so comfortable and takes the time to answer all your questions. The staff is so pleasant and kind here! Emma did a fantastic job helping me order my new glasses and made adjustments to my "back up" glasses too. Very quick and efficient.
