👍👍 I love this program and coaches that helped me. I'm in my 50th, overweight with a bad knee. The coaches were able to adjust my workout around my knee and make me look forward to every class. In about 5 months I was able to lose 40+ lbs, feel and look better and do things I haven't done in years.... Joining this gym was nothing short of life-changing for me. In a time when everything was scary, stressful and uncertain, The Forge gave me the opportunity to gain a much needed sense of control. Starting with the 6-week challenge, I learned that I was capable of so much more than I thought both physically and mentally. The trainers here are amazing at what they do and they genuinely want everyone to achieve their personal goals (and then set new ones and achieve those too!). They make it easy with personal nutrition plans and customizable workouts that are doable even for people with limitations or injuries. I’m a stronger, healthier, more disciplined version of myself than when I started at The Forge and I’m confident that once you join, you will be too!!

Best workout, best trainers- Joe, Chris, Brice, and Jeff are awesome trainers! They take the time to work on your form, demonstrating exercises, and no rushing at all. The variety of workouts each day/week make hybrid cardio, strength training, etc even more enjoyable. The trainers are very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do. They encourage you without pressure to reach your full potential, so there is no complacency. We have been coming for 3 months, our strength and energy levels boosted, and the results are fantastic. It is well worth our time. My family and I highly recommend The Forge to anyone regardless of your workout level- beginner, intermediate, or advanced. The family atmosphere and welcoming vibes are added bonuses! Very personable staff! 2 shakas all the way up🤙🤙

I was looking for a good gym for almost a year: challenging classes, positive atmosphere and friendly coaches who always inspire you! I am happy I found The Forge. After only one month of training I've started to notice the results I've been working towards! 💪 That's incredible!

I dropped in for a class and was welcomed like a part of the squad. I only had my rash guard and shorts and Professor Reppin had a gi he let me borrow for the night. Tough rolls, nice guys, locker rooms, showers and way more than just BJJ is offered here. Quality group of trained assassins.

Started going to this gym in April and I’m obsessed!! It’s been a God send. I love that it is strength motivated and we lift heavy things but also-do some HIIT training. The coaches are amazing. Super knowledgeable and really care about you and your form and making sure you are doing things correctly! They do check in on you when you haven’t been in for a while after going consistently for a while without notice. This is a good gang of people with great knowledge and great results! Check it out!

This gym is such a fun and inviting place to workout. Regardless of fitness experience or goals, everyone can come and get a great workout! The coaches really take time to get to know each member and their needs to help customize movements for injury and strength levels. If you have fitness and health goals and show up, you will get your butt kicked and get results. All the coaches have different knowledge and backgrounds and tastes I'm music, lots of variety in class offerings and times. Fitness and strength, kickboxing, yoga, martial arts. It also offers kid classes, so I can do my fitness class while my son is doing a fitness/Taekwondo class.

The forge fitness is fantastic. Its a REAL GYM. Not a huge corporate empire where you pay your dues and thats your only relationship with them. The forge will build a personal relationship with you and will help you out when you need it. When i started coming to the forge I though the training waa going to be free for 6 weeks but i was wrong. Instead of them telling me to come back when i have money the owner just told me to pay him when i can. So i got to start training and everything worked out for both of us because of MUTUAL LOVE AND TRUST. I will always stay loyal to them because of this. The attitude is great here also its not too slacky or too strict. You dont have to throw up every session or they will get mad but they are not going to be happy with your lazy work out. If you want the max gains and dont care if you puke they can get you there also. They care very much and dont let you quit. If you quit you didnt talk to them and you just walked out because they would convince you to stay if you talked to them. Much love to the forge for forging me.

so I posted a review on Facebook that I guess they didn’t like so they blocked and removed my review definitely unprofessional especially after they fraudulently signed my agreement for a price change with two days notice when I was paying $109 they raise that to $165 again definitely unprofessional! I’m surprised that they would increase the rates at the gym especially after I got MRSA last month at the gym and is the only gym where i need to get on my hands and knees after a class and scrub the floor with the rest of the members! don’t think I need to say much more! Be safe because the place is nasty and dirty!

If you are looking for a gym that is high quality and only supplies the best training, checkout Combat. I have been a member of Combat for a little over a year now and every class that I have taken there has been consistently challenging and has helped me exponentially in growing stronger and building muscle mass. Recently, I have taken up personal training with Brice Peoples and I am impressed with each session. Brice sat down with me to identify my personal goals and from there he created workouts and a nutrition plan that caters to exactly what I am trying to achieve. It is this attention to detail with each of his clients that makes him such an impressive trainer. So, if you are in the market for a personal trainer that is going to help you achieve your goals, contact Brice!

I was sick and tired of being sick and tired about my health so I took the 21 Day Challenge. I had concerns about not working out in a long time and not fitting in with already established classes or not knowing how to correctly exercise. When I took my first class I found the greatest group of instructors and members that I could have hoped for. A lot of personalized attention and they worked with me to find what worked best for me. Long story short, I lost 21 pounds in 21 days and am going to continue going to the Forge. The 21 Day Challenge at the Forge was the best decision I’ve made in a long time.

I've been training at Combat for 1 year and it's been a great journey. The gym provides a wide variety of fitness classes including weight training, athletic performance and body weight several times a week. The trainers are well educated, passionate and always pushing you forward to reach your next goal. The group class are planned by the trainers with challenging circuits and workouts that focus on different body parts each day, which allows you to hit all the group muscles by the end of each week. The gym is big with plenty of training equipment and weights. I came to Combat looking to switch my training and gain muscle strength, to help me with my day-to-day work activities which always require hard work. Since starting to train here I've seen results, better performance and a great understanding of how to properly do exercises to improve muscle strength and growth. Combat is a great place to train, highly recommend it!

Where do I begin?! I love this place. I went in being a little scared that I wasn't ready to tackle on an MMA gym but all the trainers make you feel comfortable no matter your fitness level. I started by only taking a couple classes a week and then taking classes became an obsession as I got stronger and I sometimes ended up taking 2 classes a day. Erika is so awesome, she motivates you all throughout the class and corrects your form if your not doing it correctly. Pete, was always there to talk you if you had questions about anything fitness related. He wants you to be the best you can be and will take the time to talk to you about things. I took classes with Kim and Ned as well and they were always there to kick my butt too! If you are looking for a place that will improve you physically and for a team of trainers that looking out for your best interest, look no further you have found it.

I loved training here! I wanted to get more in shape and train up for beach volleyball. The trainers seriously pushed me to have better form and try new classes to challenge my body. Pete, Carlos, Brice and Rocky are all awesome and will get you in shape - as long as you do your part and show up to class! There's a variety of classes (bootcamp, strength training, boxing fitness, etc.) and super convenient times. If you're looking for a gym community - they are the best!
