Staff don't know how to use till, customer service non existent, with the amount of staff walking around you would think you could get someone to help, but no they all had more important things to do.

Pricey and slow at the checkout!

Difficult to believe, but appears to systematically overcharge. My advice is to carefully check your receipt. Happened to me over and over again and the relevant adjustments were made but only after a protracted wait. No apology was ever made either, so a regular, major inconvenience made worse by being made to feel a nuisance.

Isa was absolutely amazing. She went way above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did she process my return successfully . She also found me the exact product i was looking for in the store without me having to search for it independently or online. Isa also, very kindly took care of my wound after i had taken a fall outside the store. For an employee to take so much care of just another random customer must mean that Isa appreciates , understands and mirrors with her actions exactly how Leroy Merlín aims to value each of their customers. Well done to the Company and to the Isa in this case the individual whom not only represented her employer outstandingly well but also set a fine example for her own colleagues. This has had a lasting affect on me as a customer and for this reason i find value in my loyalty to Leroy Merlín. Keep up the great values Isa!
