Trainers, staff, and classes are awesome!!! The facility is clean and has plenty of equipment and space so you aren't waiting around for your workout. It's the old Best buy so imagine that!! One of my favorite parts is the women's gym. That and the restroom are keypad locked. Not to say I don't feel safe in the other parts of the gym but it's just nice they have that.

Update: Just don't do it. Too Expensive for the 30min workout you're given 2xs a week. My trainer left due to poor treatment. You can cancel your membership but it has to be in writing 30 days before your next payment. If you no longer want a trainer, oh well, you're stuck paying 3mos to buy out of your contract. Seems simple, but we're talking about a gym! Not a lease. Lots of fine print. Just pay attention and look beyond the excitement of trying to get healthy. I went back PF for half the cost and no contract. Nice, clean and friendly environment. Ladies, they have a room inside the locker room just for us in case you're feeling too shy to work out in the main area. The equipment is up to date. Parents! They offer babysitting while you workout. (Membership only) They have so much to offer.... go and ask for a tour of the facility. You won't be disappointed. And shout out to my trainer, Tony! The spiritual journey alongside my physical journey has helped my mental state beyond words. I actually crave the gym now.

Everything you’re looking for in a gym other than 24 hour service. It’s clean as well and usually not too crowded.

So let me start off by saying I have a membership at another gym that discontinued basketball hoops , and basketball is how I get my cardio and mental exercise, so I was in the market for a new membership, new gym , new diet , new fitness goals etc . So I make a wrong turn into a plaza and find club 4 fitness off Winchester next door to Burlington Coat Factory a couple other stores ... The Gym is Big , it's Very Very Clean ... And it have a Football field to just run , and it have a Cardio Room with the Lights off , it have massage room and infrared sauna , tanning beds steam room and hot sauna. It's like a Dream Come True oh not to forget the Daycare So with all those great awesome and amazing things going on what happened Kory I did the 3 day trial membership and it was heaven. I can back on the fourth day ready to sign up I was told by a employee not to use my credit card because they will start charging a bunch of fee's and they can't really be trusted. Same exact employees say the company doesn't pay them well , and the upper MGMT treats them like garbage. So I got on indeed and look at the reviews and yes it was multiple employees who spoke about not being paid and being treated like second rate human being ... All hear say No Pool ...... Membership is $35.99 plus a $79 dollar start up fee and 3 months later another $99 club maintenance fee which you will get every 3 months .... They have classes and Personal Fitness trainers which who also left negative reviews on Indeed about the companies lack of initiative towards actually ensuing members reach health goals not just pay for training. Outcome Base I would love to find a Gym to partner with to bring clients ....

Best gym in the city. They clean everything multiple times throughout the day. The classes are well taught and the gym is SO spacious. Never have to wait on weights or machines.

Please do not ever come this g because the staff and manager is very rude and they don't never clean up the restrooms Restrooms are always nasty and the staff discriminate against people. I been a member here for awhile and was told by the lady that's the manager on duty that she cancelled my membership because I made coffee so I said the coffee was empty and it's no sign that says guest can't make coffee so then she started hollering at me and called me out my name so then I said what's the corporate number and was told by her that they don't have 1 please do not get a membership here because they watch you and discriminate against people they don't like. I give this gym a 0

Love the fact that this place has a steam room.

It’s starting to get really dirty here the areas are not being kept up well, the womans Sauna room is dirty they never sweep floor or clean the wooden benches there dirty! The bathrooms are super dirty not kept up well at all! The machines are not cleaned only when customers wipe them down! It’s sad how the owners don’t care about there establishment’s definitely when there in or close to the urban neighborhoods! I probably will be ending my membership here soon!

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I've met a very supportive community of people that have inspired me to become the best version of myself. The 🚲 classes with resistance bands and weight training has changed my life. REAL results if you just stick with the process and clean up your diet/eating habits.

They are so money hungry , I didn’t pay for 3 months due to a medical condition. So it’s only $190 they sent it to a collection’s agency. Trying to put it on my credit. They literally sent it to collections so fast as if they are just some broke mfs. Going back to planet fitness because at least they’re reasonable and give you time!

I’m giving this gym two stars because it stays dirty here definitely the bathroom rooms! And they suppose to be remodeling I guess but the work they started on has been left undone for about a month now! Adding pictures for ppls who are thinking about joining! And equipment is starting to look ran down!

What's the purpose in building a 🌎 class gym to close it at 9pm on a Friday. New Orleans, LA has a similar gym open 24 hours. Imagine how I felt transferring my membership to here only to find out I'm paying the same price for half the availability.. Update: Gym is now closed until further notice due to a pipe busting and damaging equipment. Staff stated no timetable for gym to re -open.

It’s a great gym but I canceled my membership because I couldn’t use the gym daycare twice if needed it’s not an every day thing but sometimes I would like a double work out and since I’m a paying member that shouldn’t be a problem new day new rules it’s beyond annoying what am I paying for if I can’t get what I payed for in a contract which includes daycare

First class gym with experienced and friendly coaches. It’s been a wonderful experience for me and would recommend anyone of any fitness level to join CLUB4 Fitness. You won't be disappointed!

I applied for the night shift and went in to meet the manager “ Jaye Tate”. He told me to email him to set up a interview and I did. It’s going on three weeks now. I’ve called at least twice a week and either he’s in a meeting, he’s not there, or “it’s to much going on”. It’s funny, I went in and spoke with the assistant manager and he said they needed a cleaner badly and I was very much needed. But I can’t even get a interview because the manager is “to busy”. Applying for this job is a complete waste of time.

This is a friendly environment gym, their trainer are friendly to relate to and there is always a motivation for you to always get that work out done

Has everything I could want and more.

This gym is everything I needed to start rehabilitate my mind, body and soul. There is enough space to perform all of your workouts. The gym has instructions on how to use the equipment properly.

I visit there . I really enjoyed my time. My insurance pay my gym, but I am attempting to pay my own because the place is so clean and up dated equipments . Thank you.

Missing the former GM Ms. Makayla. She was very professional & kind. The place is clean on the gym floor, but not always in the restrooms. Love the group fitness classes & the women workout room is the best place in there. The kids club is pretty good. The front desk staff is helping.

Love this location! It's always clean and the equipment is working. The ceiling fans are a plus that keeps it a cool temp, not ideal for bacteria or viruses to grow. That's very important in a gym.

Sufficient variety of equipment with a welcoming staff. Gets a little crowded sometimes but which one doesn’t

Wish the gym would go 24 hrs. Crunch Fitness is new and is 24 hrs. It would be nice to have later hrs for those who work night shift. At least maybe until 2am.

1.Owner seem to be Money hungry. 2. You can only bring your kid 1x daily. 3. Gym want use Job insurance Programs like other Brand name gyms. 4. Some of the staff are polite. But it’s usually clean.

This is one of the nicest gyms in the city! There is so much exercise equipment and everything is state of the art. It is always clean and the staff is amazing! They always greet you with a smile when you enter and are always happy to answer any questions you have. The instructors appear to love what they do and are always passionate about helping you reach your goals. I love the large assortment of work out equipment and the sauna room and the hydro massage chairs. I am so grateful I found this gym and look forward to reaching my health goals. Thank you Club4 Fitness!!

Nice environment, fun classes with great instructors, clean restrooms and showers, and lots of room. There is a separate workout areas for the ladies who are uncomfortable in the larger space. Most importantly, given the summer heat, they have AIR CONDITIONING! They also have childcare. If you’re looking for a new gym experience, come check out CLUB4 Fitness Memphis (Mane)!

Great gym. I love all the different equipment. The sauna and steam room are a huge plus. Only critique I have is I wish the daycare hours were open during traditional business hours not just 8-12 and 4-8.

Love love the group fitness classes! Only reason I didn’t give all 5 because I would like more options and class times with a live instructor.

Overall good but its really hot and lacks air circulation in the free weight area. Also their pricing policy has lot of conditions so please investigate before taking it.
