Museum
that
offers
a
glimpse
into
the
traditional
art
of
olive
oil
making,
housed
in
a
modern
building
whose
distinctive
architecture,
unfortunately,
can
only
be
truly
appreciated
from
above.
It
features
some
interesting
installations;
however,
since
the
process
of
making
olive
oil
hasn't
changed
much
over
the
years,
the
content
is
somewhat
repetitive.
Priced
at
7€
per
adult,
the
entry
fee
might
feel
a
bit
steep,
especially
for
larger
families
with
Portuguese
pockets.
The
experience
could
have
been
more
satisfying
if
it
included
a
tasting
of
locally
produced
olive
oil
at
some
point
during
the
visit.
For
those
planning
to
visit,
I
recommend
timing
it
during
the
olive
oil
making
season.
During
this
period,
visitors
have
the
opportunity
to
see
the
adjacent
working
mill
in
operation,
offering
a
real
view
of
contemporary
olive
oil
production
that
complements
the
museum's
exhibits.
