Macy's stores are always nice place to visit. One thing I would like to share with management that while visiting the store there is hardly anyone to attend. If one needs any particular stuff or size there isn't anyone who can guide or help. This may be effecting the sale.

Macy is in St. Louis Galleria shopping complex. I think it's in Brentwood. Almost anything Macy's sold is clothes of different brands. You can find clothes for men, women and children.

Large flagship Macy’s store which many moons ago used to be Famous Barr store. Since closure of the downtown Macy’s this is the largest in STL. Customer service and apparel selection is better than the rest of the area store. They have decent collection of North Face stuff also. The men’s section of suits and jackets need some organization but overall not a bad experience.

Since moving inside the city limits, I have chosen The Galleria Macy's as my location. I find they have much more stock and better items than the South County Center location. Macy's @ Galleria carries a wide variety of men's Calvin Klein and Polo clothing and accessories, whereas Macy's @ South County only stock Calvin Klein socks. Inventory isn't always organized, but I don't mind digging around at Macy's Galleria until I find what I am looking for.

Omgosh, 50% off jewelry sale, I got myself a beautiful pair of gold hoops, and matching silver hoops!!! I got my daughter a Beautiful necklace for her Birthday also!!! My lucky day!!!

Today I took my mother to the Macys(St Louis Galleria) to purchase some shoes. I walked up to the sales lady (her back was turned to me) and I said “Good morning” and she barked back at me without turning around “Shoe Size!!” I told her the shoe size and she said they didn’t have it. I said thanks and walked back to my mother. Then my mother approached her for help finding some shoes and she was just very dismissive, so we left. Makeya (sales person) was just rude for no reason! She needs to be retrained on how to treat customers or find a job that doesn’t require her to interact with the public!

Macy's turned out to be a good trip. It started out as a reconasince mission for a sleeper sofa. The furniture was on sale and may work out for our situation. I'm checking on a chair sleeper too if we have room. I did have success on the first floor in winter coats (65% off). I found a parka that started out as $250 dollars but ended up being about $95 discounted. Very warm and many pockets. Zippered pockets inside and out with a covered placket over the zipper. Nice coat and nice savings. It is a Club Room performance coat. All winter coats were 65% off.

I found Amaris in the Fragrance department who helped me quite a bit with not only this, but also checking out for a great down Pillow. They have a great selection with many discounted items!

Going to Macy's to get a piece of luggage. I was pretty much in and out. Luggage apartment is upstairs on the third floor. It's not too much traffic up there so the line was long at the register. As with most things in Macy's they are pricey. The store was clean, the sales woman was quick to tell me where I needed to go (in a very friendly tone), and thankfully they had a great sale going on. In and out just like I needed to be.

This is truly a department store. There are four separate floors. We bought our daughter items she wanted and needed.

Went to pick up a rug I ordered online only to be told I picked it up already. I did not pick up item! The gentleman rep was very considered by offering me an option to reorder, but not only did I get a good deal at the time of purchase, Rakuten offered 12 percent cash back. Not to mention, the female rep treated me like I was lying about not picking up the item. Wasted trip.

Why does Macy's send you all these reward coupons, even birthday coupons for you charge card, but almost everything in ineligible for them to be used. I left with nothing but $75.00 worth of coupons that could not be used on anything in any department, what a waste of time. Plus it was so difficult to find any employees to help

RUDE STAFF! I was trying to buy some shoes, but the shoes I was given had some dents and marks. I explained the Macy's employee that I wanted to buy the shoes but they had some dents, so I asked if she can exchange them. She gave me an attitude, didn’t say a word, went into the room, and immediately brought back the same shoes I asked to change. I don't know if she was having a bad day but she was MEAN and just not willing to help at all. Yikes!

5 stars for the folks working at the Sunglass Hut in this Macy's! They are kind, knowledgeable and quick to assistant when you need something.

I returned some bras' that I ordered on line. The young lady that waited on me was just awesome. Her name was Brittany. She was so pleasant and very helpful. I also went to the finish line shoe department in Macy where the young man that waited on me and my neighbor was name Jared. The young man was so helpful and very patient, since we were two senior citizens. He was also awesome. Will differently be back.

The ladies at the fragrance counter is absolutely inviting, great at their jobs and don’t make you feel like they don’t wanna be there unlike the man at the jewelry counter. When I told him I couldn’t see myself spending 400 for a pair of earring he’s was almost belittling and not helpful after. I left and ordered the same pair on sale half off from the website.

Pandora and Macy's I am happy that the Pandora store has new staff. Over a year ago they were nasty with poor service. I only went in this year as I needed gifts and was surprised that balance and class were restored thank you

Not the same experience as it used to be. Store didn't have any curtains in stock and it was so messy.

I love Macy's because they always have good customer service and they go out of their way to make sure that you're satisfied and every way

Visually not set up well for a department store. The clothing department is just all over the place on the main floor. Most registers were unmanned, and no one asked me if I needed assistance.

Horrible customer service and there wasn't anyone at the counter. Another customer said they asked someone from Estee Lauder to come over. I received a clinique perfume set from my dad for Christmas. I wasn't a fan of the scent so I thought I could exchange or receive a store credit. The lady scanned it and said it was past 90 days (I read afterwards that there's a special holiday return and returns would be honored until the end of January). I told her that I won't use it and a store credit can't be issued? She was rude and said no. I went to a different Macy's and I was issued a Macy's merchandise certificate, which is fine because now I can purchase the scent that I want.

I like the last chance area. The store is clean, for the most. Macy's has clothing from babies to adults. Need I say more. I hear their supposed to have a Toys R Us in the store. I'll check it out and let you know later.

The store need more staff there is Never Enough people's working to assist the customers also the ladies bathroom on the second level is always out of order also there are too many spiders and other things running around the store almost got bit by a brown recluse the other day but all in all the store is a good place to find almost anything you want especially up and backstage

Great merchandise. People waiting 6 deep in line to try merchandise on. Many fitting rooms are blocked from entry. Line to pay is even longer. What’s going on Macy’s Galleria?

They absolutely positively definitely will not be here in 5 to 10 years. I'm surprised they still exist. I don't get it. What do they have that everybody else doesn't have much better? Nothing. Way overpriced. They put those absurd retail prices on made then give you 30% off which is still way above retail anywhere else

It’s always a great place to shop. The only time to do come to this place is when I need to pick up my online order. I’m in and out and the customer service is always great. Kevin at customer service is wonderful, even if they (idk what they go by so I don’t want to assume) didn’t serve me.

Took 14 months and 6 deliveries to receive a bedroom set with extremely poor customer service no updates many days on hold calling to get updates, supervisors always making promises never delivered on. If you take 2 days for quality control and inspections why did so many damaged materials make it to my home over and over again only to be told another 3 month wait. The sap part is that as the boxes came in we realized the manufacturer address was freaking Minnesota not China. Sad
