My son loves Martial Arts! He is not too much into team sports and he has really enjoyed this sport. One of the things he liked so much is that on his birthday the instructors made him a wood board with his name that he got to break in front of the class. Highly recommend it!

Our children (7 & 5) started at PMA this past summer and it’s been the best experience. The owner Greg is so friendly and welcoming. They truly make it all about the kids. Instructor Randy is hands down the best guy for this job. He is so encouraging and patient. I love that they are having fun and gaining essential life skills at the same time. Our 7yo has autism and it’s been great for him. Seeing our kids confidence grow as a result of joining PMA is priceless. I can’t say enough good things about their program. I would highly recommend them to any family.

My children have been attending Creve Coeur PMA for a few months and I must say, this is an excellent martial arts studio and the staff are in tune with how to be effective in teaching not only martial arts but general life skills of respect, integrity, discipline and self control to children. The staff are patient with children with special needs and extremely encouraging, teaching the students to lift each other up. The staff are also able to balance effective and appropriate discipline when students (ie, my younger child) is not being respectful to instruction. (Can we say wall sits and push ups). I cannot more highly recommend this studio and staff.

We love PMA! My son has grown so much physically and mentally since starting in June of 2021. The staff is wonderful and they care so much about each student and helping them succeed.

My son is 1 of their little ninjas, the improvement in his confidence, behaviour and his focused has improved. Sensei Kelly and Randy are the best!

My son loves coming to class and being a part of PMA. He has learned respect, self discipline, and self control in addition to his martial arts skills. The instructors work really well with all of the kids, and I trust that they have my son’s and each child’s best interest in mind. The owners and instructors are very good at communicating upcoming news/events/schedule changes/etc. They have responded well to ongoing changes with the pandemic and have brought a little bit of normalcy, safely back into our lives!

Both of my sons, 15 and 9, have been in classes since last fall with PMA. Sensi Randy & Kelly have been amazing with them both. They could not be more different and he tries to encourage, support, and push them to be their best. My oldest is now enrolled in the black belt program and is thriving. I'm so happy to have a community for him and a place he really enjoys.

We have had nothing but the best quality instruction and care for our children as they learn to protect themselves and others. They are not only becoming stronger physically but emotionally. They know that the studio is a place they can be themselves and be challenged while having fun too. The PMA team has been incredible and their teamwork reflects in their approach with the kids. We are incredibly proud of how much our children have learned and grown personally.

My son is a student under sensei Randy and just had a birthday party today. I know that it will be fun, but never thought it will be above and beyond my expectations. He connects with (non-martial arts students) easily and convert them to kids who seem to be familiar with the respect serve when one is in a dojo. Kids had a blast, the bouncy castle got his workout today. Before we got home, my son said this is the best BIRTHDAY he ever had. I am happy for him. Also, shoutout to the sensei from Cottleville (i forgot the name, forgive me), he is patient with the kids and knows how to handle crazy situations! PMA is the best, teacher Randy rocks!
