I’m walking distance from here so I come at least once a week. They no longer offer curbside service (presumably due to staffing issues) so I typically order carry out in the app. It’s always ready for me when I arrive. Fast, friendly service and delicious food. I mix the Chick-Fil-A sauce with the Buffalo sauce and use that on both the spicy chicken sandwich and as a dipping sauce for the waffle fries. So good! They also give offers in the app pretty frequently like free nuggets and sandwiches.

Now, this is a Chick-fil-A, of course, but as far as fast food places that I've been, it is absolutely extraordinary. The food is prepared as well as can be, but more importantly, the level of care and service is above-and-beyond, from the cashiers to the managers on site, ensuring everything is going well with customers. Each table has a small vase with fresh flowers, it's impeccably clean, and the staff are incredibly polite. It's always nice to interact with Kate and Doug when they're working - top notch people. This may be fast food, but it's fast food done incredibly well, so if you're looking for a quick bite, I'd highly recommend it.

You obviously go here because the chicken is always great, but wow, they are super fast too. I got my food 30 seconds after I sat down -- even though it was extremely busy.

Breakfast on the go so I got a chicken biscuit and orange juice. Usually their chicken is moist and tender but this sandwich must have been made from the rooster. Chewy and dry best describes the meat portion. The biscuit was tasty and crumbly. Their orange juice is Simple Orange that is pulp free and it’s delicious.

Mac n cheese was yummy, fries were hard not fresh, 5 piece nuggets and the chicken sandwich tasted like it was cooked with old grease had a unpleasant taste, sweet tea was good, chocolate shake was not the best and some of my condiments were missing that I asked for .( ordered through Uber eats )

They did NOT ask about cheese… It’s bizarre, like that entire experience. But I’ll still give it 2 stars because I ate it anyways.

This is only a review of the service I received via online ordering and then picking it up at the location, nothing to do with the food or atmosphere. Placed online breakfast order for pickup through drive thru, got email confirmation and my card had a pending charge, got to location about 20 minutes later(15 min drive from work) and they could not find the order and since it was now past breakfast time, they could not fill that same order, so I was SOL and nothing they could do for me besides offer me up a sorry. Terrible way to take care of the customer imo, at least offer me up a discount or something for next time.

Came to pick up food for lunch and the strips look and taste like they have been sitting under a heat lamp for hours and the fries as well. I normally come to this particular location and my food is usually fresh..well not today. Tried to call to make a complaint but the number goes straight to a voicemail that says it’s full smh. I need a refund

Quality has definitely dipped since covid but still better than any competitor in the area. staff are friendly and polite. Need more cleaning in the dining area

Always fast, always delicious. I've never met a Chick-fil-A worker that wasn't kind or didn't seem to appreciate me as a customer. A+

The food is average. Bout the only thing good here is the brownies. The mac& cheese is a hit n miss. Sometimes its ok but most of the time its not. I can't tell you how many times I've found hair in my food here. Not to mention most of the employees don't wear gloves. This location constantly has new employees that have absolutely no idea what their doing. And most of the employees are rude and disrespectful. They don't value regular customers that come to their establishment everyday or very often. They just don't care. There is no respect there. I was told by a female worker that I can go spend my money somewhere else. That just goes to shows the level of disrespect and carelessness they have for their everyday customers.

The staff at this Chick-fil-A location are really courteous. There was a slight mix up with my order, I ordered chicken tenders, but was given chicken nuggets. The food was still delicious, this was overall a good experience.

Like most Chick-fil-A restaurants, everyone was attentive. The food was exactly what I ordered and was served hot. It was very clean, despite being so very busy. A great example of what Chick-fil-A should be everywhere. Updated 7/17/23 - still great food and service. I wish we had a closer location but I'll go to this one every chance I get

GREAT SERVICE!!!! They were nice enough to let my team and I inside when they already locked the doors. The workers were very nice and welcoming. The workers that were working on April 5, 2023 deserve a raise!!!!!

They let me and my teammates in after they initially locked the doors. By far my best experience at Chick-fil-A. The workers on 4/5 were wonderful and so good. They all deserve a raise!!!!

“no compensation” do better chick fil-a there is mold literally sitting at the top.

If Chick fil a could just run all of the world. One day off for family and God. PLUS excellent service and a willing additiude to make every happy. Unreal. It still amazing this place can exists in today's society. Thank you, Chick-fil-A! Best service as always.

Yummy as always. I like spicy chicken deluxe and side salad. I tried Grilled chicken cool wrap which is also good. Waffle fried is everything
