Have been here 3 years now. Few days ago the furnace began rattling a loud noise, sent in a work order, Marty came this morning, he was very pleasant, tightened up some loose screws and the noise was gone.

Very nice quiet and safe complex. Maintenance is very quick and prompt to respond. Trip drain on my shower/tub broke and maintenance responded the very next day and had it fixed. They understood that is not something that you can go without.

We like living here and location is good. Work orders are completed in a timely manner. Exterior maintenance kept up well. Clean swimming pool a plus. I just don't know why the rent has to be raised every year. office is great and very nice maintenance people

Deerfield is a great place to live. Safe, clean and friendly. Management is very attentive to all my needs. I'm so glad I moved here!

was really nice with the gated community as well as the washer and dryer hook ups in unit. Had a carport space to make sure my car did get any damage due to the weather. Very nice and well maintained property. Friendly and fun residents.

I could not be happier living here. The staff is helpful and the maintenance is always friendly and prompt. Well kept property, close to lots of amenities and the security gate gives me extra peace of mind.

I love living at Deerfield apts. Not only is it financially affordable but the grounds are clean and well kept. The manger, Jennifer Gerlica is always pleasant and profressional. I would recommend Deerfield to everyone.

My husband and son and I have lived here almost a decade. Any of my friends who come visit comment the same. This place is a steal. We live in a first floor with a nice size fenced patio. What few maintenance issues have arisen over the years (very minimal) have been fixed promptly. Jen is pretty chill and easy to talk to about these things. This place is clean and drama free,hence why we have stayed so long. We’ve made long lasting friendships with many residents including some who have since moved and return for visits in the summer at the pool.

I lived at Deerfield apartments for two years and it was a great place to live. Very quiet community and the grounds are very well manicured. Jennifer and Dennis are great and truly care about the tenants!

Jennifer the property manager is awesome. Every time I’ve needed something taken care of she makes sure it is done right away. I like that they property is very well maintained.
