I
originally
gave
this
place
a
5-star
review.
I
was
impressed
of
the
individual
care
I
received..at
first.
While
on
the
phone
with
the
receptionist
a
car
hit
me
I
screamed.
I
was
hung
up
on
and
later
it
was
noted
in
my
file
that
I
had
yelled
at
the
receptionist
who
repeatedly
kept
saying
huh
huh
huh
while
I
was
shaking
and
trying
to
explain
everything
to
car
accident.
When
I
attempted
to
have
that
removed
and
speak
to
her
employer
the
employer
stated
that
it
was
true
because
I
had
yelled
at
her
once
before
as
well
although
I
had
never
spoke
with
this
woman
ever
before.
I
was
supposed
to
receive
$100
gift
card
through
them
for
a
set
of
requirements
completed
via
insurance.
I
asked
what
it
happened
to
it
several
times
and
I
never
ever
get
a
response.
I
was
directed
to
a
specialist
and
had
attempted
several
times
for
the
required
MRI.
Oak
St.
failed
to
provide
and
forward
the
referral
multiple
times.
I
had
drove
to
the
specialist
appointment
twice,
after
Oak
St.
verified
the
referral
was
sent,
just
to
find
once
again,
nothing
done.
I'm
aware
that
a
certain
physician
had
left.
I
feel
this
may
have
caused
a
loss
in
proper
management
that
Oak
St
needs
to
run
smoothly
and
correctly.
My
next
visit
was
absolutely
the
opposite
of
my
first
visit.
The
office
seemed
as
if
there
was
no
one
in
charge,
they
were
unaware
that
other
people
there
besides
themselves,
the
receptionist
was
extremely
rude
chatting
with
some
friend
on
the
phone
while
I
stood
there
waiting,
the
place
was
a
mess
like
recess
at
a
grade
school.
it
is
such
a
shame
because
this
was
a
great
concept.
I
highly
recommend
not
going
here.
