Wonderful sales associates! Their collection is geared toward a younger clientele, but even so, I find some of their items cut so small/short.

Just went in today and had a return, the price rang in wrong but the two girls(they gave me their names but I already forgot) :( they helped me for ten minutes or more and made sure everything rang up correctly and I got my money back! 10/10 experience:)

I love American Eagle I've got 36 in seams and it's the only place that I can find pants long enough for me as a woman

I literally only buy my jeans and leggings here (mainly for the actual deep pockets). The gentleman who helped set up our dressing rooms was beyond helpful and super nice to talk to. The store was well staffed and clean. I don't shop here often but when I do, it's always been an easy and pleasant experience (minus the hit to my wallet)

While in Collinsville, IL for a cheer competition we decided to go to St. Claire Square to visit Aerie and wound up shopping at this American Eagle. Biggest AE ever!! Fully stocked with new spring line for girls & guys, along with some great clearance items!! LOVED shopping this store. It was so big, like 2-3 times the size of the AE at Fox Valley Mall, Aurora. IL. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The young man working on the men's side was extremely friendly.

Not this store, but the whole experience ordering from this company online was absolutely terrible. I was sent the wrong item, was told I would get a refund and they would reorder the right item. Still have not gotten the original refund and the reordered item was the WRONG ITEM, AGAIN. Now american eagle can not fulfill the order because the item is sold out and offers nothing but coupons? Like I'd ever shop here again.. no thanks. Contacting the BBB and possibly a lawyer.

Great customer service. Join the loyalty program it helps keep track of previous purchases in case you lose a receipt. They have various options and sales. The staff is friendly and they are always willing to help. The store is clean and spacious. The men section is separate from the ladies. They carry the best jeans for all body types.
