Josh, Alexandra, Laura, Emily and Tony are first rate! I’ve been going to them since April for several issues and they have been amazing. I don’t think you’ll find more knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly therapists in the area. In the past, I’ve dreaded going to therapy but with them, I look forward to it. My progress has exceeded my expectations thanks to them!!

I also recommend this facility. Joshua and Alexandra have taught me how to keep my hips and lower back strong by using their knowledge and hands on techniques. I'm so grateful for their energy and kindness. Adding Laura, Emily, Justin, and Tony to the team just makes every visit better.

I have been at advanced training, rehab several times at the 675 Old Ballas Rd location. I find them caring and very knowledgeable. I went to this facility after having two accidents one Nov 2022 for being sideswiped and had issues. The second one which I continued after 24 visits completed from an accident fracturing my ankle. June of 2024. The therapist Gave me a lot of exercises which has helped me a lot. They are very helpful with different exercises needed and very friendly. Working with the therapists has been enjoyable. They work very hard to make each person feel safe and cared for every session. Improvement is their goal and they succeed.

I have only great things to say about this location! The staff here are compassionate, upbeat, and knowledgeable. They communicate well with my doctor and insurance company, and handle billing issues efficiently. Physical therapy is hard work, but I really look forward to my appointments here. I have been working with Alexandra for over a year, and I love that she understands and cares about me and my mobility goals. She helps me understand what is going on with my body and why, and she’s so patient with me when I am struggling. Alexandra knows how and when to push me to do more, and she manages to make it fun. I have witnessed all of the therapists being so kind and respectful to their patients. I’ve been specifically impressed with the way Alexandra and Josh speak with patients who are frustrated or hurting. Send your mom here, send your granny here, come here yourself. These are physical therapists who care about their patients as real people and will do everything they can to get your body back to functioning well. Highly recommend!

I recommend, without hesitation, this facility, especially the Creve Coeur Location, which has the best medical professionals that I have ever experienced in my whole life. The therapists there are extremely knowledgable and holistic in the approach to the care that they provide, they treat the body, mind and soul. I feel that without the care of the team there, (Josh, Alexandria, Emily and Lauren), and the administrative staff lead by Theresa, I would not have recovered and healed from my serious injury. They provide the highest level of medical care available anywhere, and speak to patients at their level. The team there doesn't talk down to patients or use technical terms, they connect with each patient right at the level that they are currently at, and explain everything in layman's language. If anyone has the misfortune to be injured, It is an honor to be under their care an I wish and hope that everyone is fortunate enough to receive care from them as they are truly exceptional therapists and people who truly put in their 100% into a person's recovery. Would like to thank Josh and the crew at ATR for their help in getting me back on track after my injury. Their knowledge and skills that they have are excellent, they get know you on a personal level which goes a long way, it's not just a job they really care about you. Equipment is great, they keep a clean and neat facility, staff is very good at communicating and staff is flexible with their schedule to get you in. Thanks again Josh and crew for all your help.
