Altair at the Heights has been the perfect transition after selling our house. The leasing staff, Ellie & Trevor, have been amazing throughout the move in process and settling in over the last few months. They are accommodating and always willing to help. The support staff is also amazing! They keep this place running and in good shape. I can’t say enough nice things about Gabriel. He always greets me and my dogs and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Overall, I really love living here. The amenities, the location, and the cleanliness are top notch.

I moved into Altair in July 2023. Our experience so far has been nothing excellent. From the smooth move in process to the kindness of the leasing agents. Apartment complex and the amenities are very clean. We look forward to our time here and would recommend the complex.

Altair has been a wonderful experience. The staff are excellent, kind, and friendly. The building is modern and up to date with beautiful features. We have had no issues since moving in and greatly enjoy our apartment!

Altair gives attention to detail, ensuring that every little thing is not only functional, but luxuriously finessed. Amenities such as a pool, fitness center, tennis courts, coffee shop, laundry, and work areas save time and money and provide fewer reasons to leave home. The staff is friendly and personable. The facilities are sparkling clean. The location is ideal with plenty of shopping and the interstate nearby, as well as minutes away from Forest Park for a quiet getaway. Altair at the Heights is certainly a place to call home!

I've had the privilege of living in this apartment community for the past year and it's been a truly wonderful experience. One of the highlights for me has been the incredible staff in the leasing office – they're not just professional, but also genuinely friendly and always ready to assist. The apartment itself is well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable living space that feels like home. Additionally, the valet trash service is a game-changer; it's efficient and so convenient. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a harmonious living experience!

I enjoyed Altair at the Heights for the most part. It’s a great location but I do believe it’s overpriced for what you get, not as pet-friendly as other places and the move-out process was so stressful with them that I wouldn’t have moved in the first place. I don’t consider it super pet friendly. They were passive aggressive during my pups first time alone. He barked and instead of just calling to notified for Situational Awareness, I got told to remember my lease and they could order to have a pet removed which makes it very stressful. Another apartment complex handled it so much better when I lived there. During the move-out process, I got encouraged to use their cleaners to avoid fees and then got charged with carpet cleaning because there was a pet in the apartment and that’s standard. I was very upset. That’s not listed in the lease. That apt looked so neat with the recommended cleaners and I paid so much to then get charged again. I then waited one paycheck still within 30 day period to send the final bill via mail since I couldn’t pay online and their office hours don’t work for me. USPS took long, out of my control. I got a collector’s call as soon as day 30 hit. They could’ve called to check in with status. Sending it to a Collectors so soon was upsetting especially since I had sent it on time. The letter was timestamped. If you don’t take payment online, factor in days for snail mail. All those little incidents are not worthwhile. If you have a pet, just go down the street to an apt complex managed by Greystar. They were excellent with my pup and better move-out process.

Altair has been so good to us! Trevor and Ellie are professional, friendly and very responsive. The community is inclusive, and the resident events held by staff are wonderful for getting to know our neighbors. Would recommend!

Altair has been a great place for my fiance and I to live and a great place to raise our first puppy! We love the staff and facilities. Recently, Altair had an amazing resident appreciation week with tons of events planned for residents, including a taco night, field day, build-your-own flower bouquet night, and so much more. They have different events monthly for residents to look forward to. It's all really thoughtful!

Excellent facilities and beautiful location
