Went to see Dr. Nanney and was extremely nervous about switching physicians and seeing someone new. The office staff was extremely caring, waiting room was busy but patients were called back timely. Dr. Nanney was absolutely amazing!! Spent time discussing my concerns, shared personal insight that was extremely helpful. Did not feel rushed or treated like my time wasnt valuable.

Dr. Nanney is the best Dr. I've ever had. He is very kind, and he listens to the problems you are having. He never made me feel like I didn't know my own body. I live in Alton, but I drive to bunker hill to see him because I know he's going to make sure I'm alright.

Jim is a very compassionate provider and human, in general. He's personable, easy to talk to, compassionate and never makes you feel rushed. My whole family has transferred their care to him because he is such a great provider!
