By far the best GameStop I have ever been to. Everyone is extremely helpful and polite. I'm always in there looking for Pokemon decks and they have always helped.

Fix Paypal online... I've tried placing 3+ orders and all of them just bounce back as pending charges on my card that fall off later and it fails to complete a purchase. Also, website in general with checkout is a horrible experience.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Joe had NO knowledge how to do a online return… wanted to argue with me that he couldn’t do it.. I asked for a manager, he said he was the manager. Finally made a phone call and started the process… took way to long and asked for useless documents to proceed for a return that had a already printed label..

The corporate pretty much sucks but the associates here have always been nice to me and talked about games, helped me find a new favorite etc. Good place to just chat too

Small location not much inventory

Bought a used game here the other day and the girl working behind the counter was great. She was very helpful and the price for the game was more than fair. I have used this place several times and will continue to give them business when I can.
