Absolutely pathetic! I had to pick up my own stove and fridge because they were too scared to drive in the snow, they did not install for me, the stove was missing the power cord and the fridge was missing the water hose needed for the ice maker! When I called I was told they do not supply the water hose but I could come pick up the power cord. So I had to drive back across town when they should have brought it to me. AND when I went in to get the power cord the salesman kept his face in his cell phone and tossed it to me!!! Not the Cleeks I remember from 20 years ago! They are lucky they are the only place in town that offers this service or i would have went elsewhere. I am a retail store manager and if any of my employees acted like that they would get fired on the spot!

I have been with Cleeks since 2010 and have bought numerous items and paid off on time..I have to say I was debating ever going back but a young man by the name of Zack changed my mind.. Zack is so polite, caring and yet very professional..I had wanted a new couch and several told me they would call me back.. After a month of waiting and several calls I was basically ignored..One day I got Zack and he did exactly what I asked..He found it and it's mine now..Customer Service is very important in the sales business and if it wasn't for this young man I would of went elsewhere..I hope Zack is recognized for his dedication and hard work he excels with in both customer service and showing he cares about his job with Cleeks...Thank you Zack

Helpful staff, prices not too bad for quick furniture on payments, and the store is kept clean. We're happy with our purchase experience.

need to be a little quicker on delivery dates. Don't really like waiting 2 days for something. But other than that. They are very nice and will work with you but you gotta keep your word.

I worked with Courtney this Saturday for a new refrigerator! This was such a rush ordeal on my behalf as we were in the processing of moving and realized our current refrigerator was no longer working. The process was easy/smooth, Courtney was extremely helpful. She measured the fridge for me, she helped every step of the way. For example, my phone died in the middle of filling out the application, she provided a charger. They offered free ice cream, and even stayed approx 15 mins late after closing so that it could be picked up. Service was incredible, thank you so much Courtney! They provide discounts for medical field workers, you can receive credits for referrals, and although the overall price is intimidating, they over feasible monthly payment options, and the option for 6 months same as cash!

Aarons always works with me on my payment when I can't make it in due to when payday is. I have purchased a washer and dryer that are still in outstanding condition and I am now purchasing a living room set. It makes it so much easier to have nice things without having to have a large chunk of change at once! Thanks Aarons!

First they lied about pricing for the furniture. And then one month I couldn't make my payment on time and I wanted to wait an extra week to make my payment and they said they couldn't do that. I'm sorry but that's ridiculous to me. Any other bill I pay is willing to work with you. But not Cleeks.

They have had good customer service and been helpful when it comes to payments. They overall are a good furniture place.
