service
at
this
location
is
deplorable.
Asked
simply
for
fresh
hot
fries
and
get
told
by
the
“manager”
nobody
else
complained
about
them,
well
did
anyone
else
pay
for
my
order??
He
then,
unknown
manger
that
refused
to
give
his
name,
continues
to
fuss
and
at
that
point,
I
said
he
is
a
poor
example
for
everyone
of
the
employees
watching
him,
and
I
said
with
emphasis
“
A
POOR
EXAMPLE”,
he
then
begins
to
YELL,
IF
YOU
CONTINUE
TO
YELL,
YOU
WONT
GET
A
REFUND
AND
YOU
CAN
LEAVE,
he
was
the
ONLY
person
yelling,
he
is
a
big
guy,
guess
he
has
the
baby
boy
syndrome,
that’s
he
he
takes
his
position
here
to
an
extreme.
I
then
walked
around
to
the
front
counter
and
asked
the
cashier
for
a
refund,
he
was
trying
to
explain
that
he
couldn’t
do
it,
the
the
little
manager
comes
around
from
the
back
and
continues
to
say
that
if
I
keep
yelling,
he
had
been
dismissed
so
why
did
he
feel
the
need
to
come
around
front??
Guess
he
wanted
to
feel
important,
so
the
female
manager
that
has
watched
all
of
this
unfold,
comes
to
issue
a
refund,
she
did
not
refund
the
correct
amount
and
wanted
to
go
back
and
forth
and
I
had
to
show
her
how
much
the
total
was
and
she
had
to
go
back
in
the
draw
to
get
the
additional
money,
she
refused
to
give
his
name
as
well.
Is
this
the
normal
way
they
treat
customers
or
could
it
be
because
THE
BLACK
WOMAN
wanted
him
to
do
his
job
and
he
felt
some
type
of
way
about
that.
Poor
service,
poor
example
…
