Extremely clean restaurant. Watched them do an excellent job of cleaning after each customer. The chili dog was good but a little too much sauce made the bun soggy. The steak Burger combo was big with lots of shoestring potatoes. The ice cream had lots and lots of nuts! Staff was friendly!

Customer service here was awesome. I’ve been at the hospital for 24 hours needed to get something to eat. I stopped in here and couldn’t have been happier. The men working the grill were awesome! I had a great experience from the moment I walked in! Food was excellent!!! Great job to the crew and staff at this place!

This is hands down one of the best fast food burgers you will ever get. I ordered the original double and curds and two kids meals. The food was hot, tasty, and delicious. We also ordered custard for dessert which is phenomenal. Because the food was so phenomenal, I won’t knock a star but I found the service to be pretty rude on this particular evening. Also, the place was TRASHED and no one was doing anything about it. I recognize that it was 830pm, but several people were standing around on their phones so it wasn’t an issue of being busy-which I can let slide on certain occasions. Regardless, the food is too good and I will be back.

Fantastic steak burgers! I normally do not put anyrthing on fries but the Jalapeno Fry Sauce was great! The custard is outstanding. Served ice cold with a great vanilla flavor. I'll will return.

My first time here ! Sister was craving burgers so she suggested this place. Good burgers but way too greasy for me. My chili cheese fries were good as well. Next time I know to control my portions. Had oreo ice cream sandwich as well ! That was yummy. Will be back again. Great customer service from the owner !

Got here around 730 PM on a Sunday. Tables dirty, food was OK ,but the portions were good sized. The one on So. Lindbergh cut their portion sizes in half and place the burger on the same plate as their Chile cheese fries. Not smart. I did notice however the floors seemed to be quite greasy not like when they first opened the restaurants. The floors remind me of the old steak n shakes when you walked in the floors would be so greasy your shoes would slide on the floors.

The veggie burgers are awesome. Don't get the cheese on it... I loved that the bathroom door had a kick pull at bottom. But why do we still have to touch the doorknob to exit? It defeats the purpose

Food is better than your average burger joint. Seasonings are on point. I got the patty melt but also have had their all beef hot dog. Recommend eating here before your movie.

Large $5.00 shake. Ice cream in a cup. Could have bought qt of Brier's for few dollars more. Employee was wiping the counter top. She should have been wiping the tables. The entry glass needed attention too.

The burger and fries were good so that wasn't the problem with our visit. The problem was with the lack of cleanliness. The floors were filthy. Food dropped, straw wrappers not swept up and they looked like they had not been mopped in days. Soda machine was sticky like it hadn't been cleaned in days. And the ice cream machine was caked and splattered with ice cream. It was so caked up I wouldn't venture a guess how long since it had been cleaned. Very poor management. It's a push to give this location even three stars.

My son and I finally tried this place out the other night, mostly because it was the only place still open, but I've been wanting to for a while now and I'm very glad we did! It's very similar to steak-n-shake but dares I say it might even be better !?! The custard was amazing too. I love ice cream of all types so that's a winner winner steakburger dinner for me

I like this place. It’s busy most of the time. The food tastes like it should. One of my favorite associates is Jada, she is always nice.

The individual who took my order was nursing an ear issue (gross napkin in hand and constantly pressing to ear then checking the result) as he took my order He had no people skills and his uniform was filthy. The tables were dirty, the beverage station was dirty. There was an older man sitting at a table closer to the kitchen who was loudly playing music on a portable speaker (no i dont want to hear your tunes bro). The staff clearly didn't have an issue with it given that one staff member kept coming out to chill with this guy instead of actually working. And, of course, the food is highly overpriced.

Great food, great service, rated atmosphere a 4 because it was so packed but that just goes to show the food is worth the wait. 5 stars for Freddy's

Never been here before so I figured I would try it and I'm glad I did. I love smash burgers so this is right up my alley. Also like the little shoestring fries. Service was quick. The team was turnin and burnin some burgs.

The food was pretty good. I know it's a smash burger but the patty was so flat that it was way too wide for the bun, which made it difficult and messy to eat. I ordered a burger with chili cheese fries. When the order came out, I had regular fries and my son had cheese fries despite the fact that he only ordered regular fries. However, when I went back to the counter, they were very nice and apologetic and gave a generous portion of chili, cheese, and onions on the fries. When we left, we tried to throw our trash and put away out trays but the only trash can they had was over flowing and people were balancing their tossed food and drinks all over the bin. I set my whole tray of food on top. In general, it was a good experience and I'd return again. It was bust but in a good way that assisted the environment. It's perfect for after a movie!

I ALWAYs go for the cheese curds. Love them! Sooo good. This time, I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and turtle sundae. The grilled chicken itself was bland but I didnt mind because you can choose a lot of toppings to choose from to spruce it up. Turtle sundae was tasty and well proportioned. One of my favorite quick bites. Never disappoints.

The service at this location is deplorable. Asked simply for fresh hot fries and get told by the “manager” nobody else complained about them, well did anyone else pay for my order?? He then, unknown manger that refused to give his name, continues to fuss and at that point, I said he is a poor example for everyone of the employees watching him, and I said with emphasis “ A POOR EXAMPLE”, he then begins to YELL, IF YOU CONTINUE TO YELL, YOU WONT GET A REFUND AND YOU CAN LEAVE, he was the ONLY person yelling, he is a big guy, guess he has the baby boy syndrome, that’s he he takes his position here to an extreme. I then walked around to the front counter and asked the cashier for a refund, he was trying to explain that he couldn’t do it, the the little manager comes around from the back and continues to say that if I keep yelling, he had been dismissed so why did he feel the need to come around front?? Guess he wanted to feel important, so the female manager that has watched all of this unfold, comes to issue a refund, she did not refund the correct amount and wanted to go back and forth and I had to show her how much the total was and she had to go back in the draw to get the additional money, she refused to give his name as well. Is this the normal way they treat customers or could it be because THE BLACK WOMAN wanted him to do his job and he felt some type of way about that. Poor service, poor example …

I'm a fan of Freddy's and look up locations when traveling. This location is a nice, large restaurant with plenty of indoor seating and a nice outdoor dining area. It's hard to find and the parking setup is unusual - most of the spaces are across a busy driveway. Unlike other locations that offer a military discount every day, the cashier told me that they only offer it on Mondays.

Plain cheese burger nothing else on it. That was one of the burgers ordered. I didn’t check it, my fault. It had pickles, onions and mustard on it. My son didn’t have a fit. He just ate the fries. That’s a win. I learned that I have to check my order. Corporate office contacted me and sent me two free combo meal coupons. That’s great customer service. Mistakes happen. We were pleased with our next order. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely love our local Freddy's!! The staff is always friendly, our order is always right, the food tastes great every time & you can see them cleaning the dining room/kitchen areas whenever there is down time. Not to mention, their reward program is great so we usually eat here 2-3 times a week!!

I went with low expectation, but I was wrong. Once you place your order at the front of the restaurant, you find your table and wait till your number is called. The wait was less than 5 minutes. Food was fresh and hot. We ordered double burgers and fries. When finished, you take the tray up to the waste area, but workers walk around asking if they if they can do that for you. The employees were very nice and attentive.

Move over Steak and Shake! Freddy's here to take over the town! Fresh, hot, juicy burgers. Crisp french fries. Delicious cheese curds! Here in Michigan we don't have a Freddy's and it bums me out. Great prices, friendly staff.

Always a great experience when we come here! The food comes out fast and fresh and the cashiers are really nice! I will continue coming here! (Just as a side note if anyone is wondering- there are no salads here. Someone in my group wanted a salad)

Freddy's has great food. We love their burgers and they have some of the best fries. If you like the thinner crispy shoestring fries, you'll love them. Make sure to get the fry sauce to dip them in. As great as the burgers and fries are, my favorite thing at Freddy's is the shakes. I'm a big chocolate shake fan and Freddy's is my favorite!

overall burgers, custards, and concretes are good. the cheese curds are nice as well. location does get pretty busy even as the night goes on. they were training a new person so did seem like they had a backlog of orders. there is a mobile and carry out option from the app so that is nice. a bit confusing on carryout area in the store itself

First timer! And was amazed! The place was packed, and people just kept coming in, that rose my expectations even higher. Walked up to order, had questions about the menu, the guy helping me which seemed to be a manager was super helpful! Ordered, my milkshake was ready shortly after, THE CREAMINESS!! Ooohhh delicious!! It took about 10 minutes to get my food, the place was packed but food was coming out very quick considering how packed it was. But my food was piping hot, which means super fresh and crispy fries. Fries unlike any other french fries I have ever eaten, the burger? Outstanding, wish they were bigger but it was just enough in combination with everything else. As I was eating the person who helped me ordering, passed around the dining room asking people how was everything if they needed anything and cleaning whatever trays were left on tables. This experience was great! I had always look forward to try this place and now that I did it was completely worth it and now my favorite burger and milkshake place!
