Got a ring re-sized to what they recommended and it was to small the first try. They treated it as their fault and re-sized it for no charge. I couldn’t be happier with this location, wonder selection and polite customer service. A proper jeweler.

The jewelry is such high quality and there is something for every budget. No pressure , pleasant and friendly environment and gorgeous jewelry. I had a lot of jewelry that was in need of repair and they have the jewelers with the expertise to do it beautifully and are actually glad to do it !

Great and reliable service. One of the only local places that I can go to to take any of my timepieces from sizing to changing out a battery. Other places refuse to touch a a high-value piece which can cause a headache especially when you only need a battery change.

Ray's is the only jewelry store I go to. Stacy is very knowledgeable and friendly. She makes you feel comfortable plus she's very talented at making jewelry. I often bring in loose gem stones and she makes the most wonderful pieces. Their prices can't be beat

We were immediately captivated by the extensive selection of beautiful rings and the impeccable cleanliness of the establishment. However, it was unfortunate that there was only one staff member attending to customers. Although the store had an alluring charm, we wished for more attentive assistance during our selection process, as the staff member seemed preoccupied with other tasks. Overall, we were enchanted by the shop's offerings and its pristine atmosphere. The slight lapse in service, due to limited staffing, did not diminish our appreciation for the store's overall appeal.

I have a ring of my grandmothers, who passed away 10 years ago. I was devastated when it broke in half. I took it up to Ray's to see if it could be fixed. The ring was repaired within DAYS. Having this ring whole again healed my broken heart. This family owed jewelry store will ALWAYS get my business. The staff is friendly, selection is very vast and the store is incredibly pristine. Not to mention, turn around time for repairs is unbeatable.

The customer service at Ray's Jewelers is PHENOMENAL!! They are unmatched. We came from another state to have my wedding ring resized and freshened up. I would not trust anyone else with my jewelry.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO IN FOR REPAIR. I went in to get a backing of an stud earring repaired. I gave them one pearl earring and the gold backing that fell off..when I picked it up and came home the back was different from my original earring! I trusted them because they were in our community for a long time but I was wrong! I went back and after arguing with a lady there they agreed to put a new back on my earring to match the original one. My earrings still don’t match 100%. I will never go here again. If you do take pics of your items and all it’s details.

They have very reasonable prices and a high quality selection. Every single staff member is super friendly and helpful! I love when they clean my ring at its annual cleaning and whenever I decide I want it super sparkly. The ring cleaner I bought from them works wonderfully and I use it all the time to make sure my ring is in top shape. Thank you for your time and attention to every customer!!!

Stacey is very nice. It's very very reasonable store for watch battery replacement and watch band width adjustment. Every time I go there to get my watch/es fixed, I return happier and happier due to level of way more than satisfactory service they provide.

This place has been there forever. I've had an antique bracelet repaired there that was a family heirloom. They do great work. A couple weeks ago I had a watch battery installed in a Michael Kors watch that was $6 that would've been $25 at the mall. Great place.

This place is one of the only places I can get my time pieces worked on. It's a great place and doesn't have an affect on ur pockets well depends on what u go the there for.

The owners were very kind to resolve a recent Webpage/Email mix up; they followed up with me; that was cleared up and they went even further to offer to make the repair. I'm very grateful!! Thank You! I have been a customer of Ray's Jeweler for several years and I agree in how helpful they try to be. Last weekend I got a battery replacement for my watch necklace, no problem, but after I had left the store I realize that the tip of the crown of the watch was missing; it could have gotten lost anywhere and it would be small piece but being that Ray's J had just changed my battery it was logical to check there first. There was a customer in the store so I was asked to call later which I did but it was a few minutes after 2 pm and they were already closed (Saturday). I resorted to leaving a detailed message and two emails via the website and got no response. This was disappointing and made me realize that I am not a valued customer of theirs. It was no big imposition for them to call me and say not found and maybe I would have gotten it repaired there anyhow,
