The
owners
were
very
kind
to
resolve
a
recent
Webpage/Email
mix
up;
they
followed
up
with
me;
that
was
cleared
up
and
they
went
even
further
to
offer
to
make
the
repair.
I'm
very
grateful!!

I
have
been
a
customer
of
Ray's
Jeweler
for
several
years
and
I
agree
in
how
helpful
they
try
to
be.
Last
weekend
I
got
a
battery
replacement
for
my
watch
necklace,
no
problem,
but
after
I
had
left
the
store
I
realize
that
the
tip
of
the
crown
of
the
watch
was
missing;
it
could
have
gotten
lost
anywhere
and
it
would
be
small
piece
but
being
that
Ray's
J
had
just
changed
my
battery
it
was
logical
to
check
there
first.
There
was
a
customer
in
the
store
so
I
was
asked
to
call
later
which
I
did
but
it
was
a
few
minutes
after
2
pm
and
they
were
already
closed
(Saturday).
I
resorted
to
leaving
a
detailed
message
and
two
emails
via
the
website
and
got
no
response.
This
was
disappointing
and
made
me
realize
that
I
am
not
a
valued
customer
of
theirs.
It
was
no
big
imposition
for
them
to
call
me
and
say
not
found
and
maybe
I
would
have
gotten
it
repaired
there
anyhow,
