We just stayed here and were incredibly impressed with the property. This newly remodeled Marriott is updated tastefully for all ages. It has the most genuinely attentive, polite and caring personnel at every level of staff we have ever encountered. The moment you arrive you feel they are glad you are there and work hard to make your stay exactly perfect. The bar area has top of the line drinks available, served by incredible bartenders. The food is incredibly delicious, is fairly priced, we highly recommend the Agave dipping sauce with the scrumptious shrimp. AWESOME! The rooms were spacious, clean, with modern touches, a totally comfortable room. We are planning our next stay already as we have family nearby, it is located less than a easy 5 mins from the airport with free parking at the hotel. You can not go wrong with this hotel stay. You will not be disappointed with your choice.

Marriott is world class when it comes to customer service. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. She gave me a rundown as soon as I checked in and whenever I asked any questions I never felt like a bother. The staff weren’t playing on their phones or distracted they gave me their full attention whenever I needed something. The room was extremely clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the couch was comfy. Everything you could ask for out of a standard room. If you’re looking for a nice hotel near the airport this one is a winner.

I travel a ton (Marriott Ambassador Elite status) and loved this hotel. Don’t let the basic exterior fool you, the hotel has been completely updated throughout. The rooms are updated, modern & quiet. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Additionally, it has an M Club, which if you have status, is a wonderful benefit (includes a full breakfast buffet). This will be our hotel of choice while our daughter is based in San Antonio! Additionally, it is insanely convenient to the airport…which was key for our 5 am departure.

During our stay at the Marriott during a house hunting trip we were unfamiliar with the location, where to eat and places to visit. We had amazing service from our bartender Damion who was extremely personable. He not only delivered delicious drinks but gave us some great advice about the area and made us feel right at home. As a USMC veteran and an MBA graduate I wish I could give him more stars.

Highly recommended. One of my favorite Marriotts near airports. The rooms, amenities and service are what you would expect from a well managed property. The fitness center is good. My favorite is the bar. The staff and the drinks and the food are great. I spent quite a bit of time here. . . and enjoyed it all.

I was not expecting to stay the night in San Antonio, I brought nothing to stay over. I go to the front desk and mention it to the young lady helping me, low and behold she comes out with everything I needed. Toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, shave cream and razor. I look for a hotel with a nice restaurant and workout facilities. Pictures are a little bit of what they offer here. You want to stay here.

This was my first stay here and it's really nice. The lobby is grand and welcoming, and I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I especially liked that I wasn't charged for overnight parking! Thank you for that little perk! Now, my room was gorgeous. The mural on the wall was a nice touch. I didn't give it 5 starts because I was looking for a robe to be available and a bottle of water. I mean, they're charging luxury stay prices, and they have free water available, so why not just stock the room with a couple. I had to go to the front desk to get water.

I stayed this past week, Tuesday - Friday evening. Rooms are very nice. Hotel is updated and very clean. Gym was perfect. Front Desk staff were great. Prices in Restaurant were a little high and service by my Server was not good. I believe it was Dave. He forgot to put my order in. He came back and said did you want chicken or steak with that. I said, I ordered it with chicken. Before he walked away I said; did you already put my order in, because if not please cancel it. He said he put it in. Well, then why ask which I wanted (chicken or steak) and why did it take an additional 25 minutes. Asked him for water and finally on the 3rd request he brought it to me. The restaurant wasn't even busy. The food at night was just okay. The breakfast buffet was great but too expensive.

We stayed there because we were having to board a flight early next morning, so the location was perfect. As we arrived we checked in with Jonathon he was pretty meh about everything. No "how are you" no information about breakfast no nothing he just gave us the key and send us on our way. But that is not why I a giving this hotel 2 stars. The only reason I did not give this hotel a 1 star was because downstairs looks very upscale and nice and the rooms were not bad. But here comes the highlight that I would never return to this hotel. So around 1:00 AM our next door neighbor came in loudly after watching the superbowl. The wall were paper thin so we could hear EVERYTHING! around 1:40 AM We got woken up again with moaning sounds and lots of it! It is a good thing my child was sound asleep. So if you want to hear what your neighbor is up to at 2:00 AM by all means book here!

I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel with such good soundproofing. As soon as the door closes all the noise from the hall is completely gone. The staff is fantastic, especially the bartenders. Shout out to Angelica and Damion, they really know their stuff and made some amazing recommendations.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and got us checked in no problem. The “M Club” was nice and the hors d’ouvres were delicious and they had cheesecake, brownies and cookies for dessert. The room itself was nice and clean. We’ve stayed in San Antonio before and am surprised we hadn’t stayed here because it was so nice. They have lots of space in the lobby for working because there were tables with outlets everywhere…I’m assuming this is who they cater to because it was definitely perfect for that. 10/10 would stay here again

Good Marriott experience, but unfortunately they reconditioned a hotel with dated layout and construction. Biggest problem was paper-thin walls with no sound insulation. If hearing "exactly" what your neighbors are up to at 2AM is your thing, you'll love this place. My family didn't. Staff/amenities were great but this hotel is below par.

Concerning the Marriott Airport San Antonio along 410. I would like to brag on one of the employees, Darius, who was working the front desk on the evening of Friday, March 31, 2023. I was staying 3 nights on business and my son from OKC was traveling through and wanted to stop by for a short visit. My son was traveling with his small dog and I wanted to ask if there was anyway my son and his dog could visit my room so we could order room service and visit. Darius went beyond the call of duty to make certain all criteria was met for the dog to come to my room. I was impressed with Darius’s attitude, professionalism, and all around personality. I wish more hotels and establishments had employees like Darius. Such a pleasure to deal with and made me an extremely happy customer. Thank you for your understanding and kindness, Darius. Sincerely, Joanie N.

This is a new hotel with an amazing lobby and interior. The pool deck is well designed and the food options were also chosen well by their new chef. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and very modern. I will definitely stay here again. Convenient location close to the airport.

Perfect hotel to unwind after a busy workday. My first time staying here and it was great. Well located to the airport. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Look forward to returning.

Will be staying here again. Great location to the airport, shopping, dining and the interstate. Pricing was fairly reasonable per night including fees. Parking is free. Hotel dining was fairly expensive, so if you have transportation you might want to go for a short drive off site. Hotel rooms and grounds were clean as a whistle. No airport or traffic noise could be heard during the day or night. Rooms are spacious, beds comfy, floor to ceiling windows allow natural light to illuminate the area.

Marriott San Antonio Airport Hotel is absolutely one of my favorite airport hotels. Luxurious, gorgeous; with large, clean, and quiet rooms. This hotel has all the amenities and accommodations needed for an airport stay.

As a delighted member staying at Marriott, I am utterly impressed by the seamless experience offered here. From the moment I arrived, the efficient shuttle service whisked me from the airport to the hotel with ease. Upon check-in, Jonathon at the front desk greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. The room exceeded my expectations, with its spacious layout, plush bedding, and impeccable cleanliness, making it a haven of relaxation after a long day of travel. I've made it a point to start my mornings with a visit to the well-equipped gym, where I can maintain my fitness routine amidst top-of-the-line equipment and invigorating ambiance. And after a productive day of meetings, the vibrant bar beckons, offering a tantalizing array of cocktails and delectable bites, all served with a smile by the attentive staff. Of course, no stay would be complete without a dip in the refreshing pool, providing the perfect opportunity to unwind and soak up the San Antonio sun. Throughout my stay, the dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail have been evident in every corner of the hotel, reaffirming my loyalty to the Marriott brand. In sum, my experience at Marriott has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks to its outstanding amenities, attentive staff, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
